Povedala som si, ze ked to neuzatvaram do poharov a sluzi to len na priamu konzumaciu, tak to nazvem catni.<br \/>\nRobila som z polovicnej davky a podavala som ho s vyprazanymi syrovymi kroketkami&#8230;.absolutne bombova kombinacia. Catni mozete pouzit kdekolvek&#8230;fakt kdekolvek&#8230;.na grilovane maso a zeleninu, k pecenemu masu a zeleninu..vonkoncom sa neobavajte&#8230;.nechuti to po cibuli&#8230;&#8230;a ako priloha Vas urcite nesklame. Ja som ho dnes rano dojedla normalne na chlebe s maslom a prikryte platkom chedaru. Tuto kombinaciu som odkukala od kamosky Papriky&#8230;ona zboznuje chlieb s maslom, pomaranacovym dzemom a tvrdym platkovym syrom&#8230;.tiez fajnota. Je neuveritelne ku akym kombinaciam jedla sme sa v toku casu dopracovali&#8230;..ked pred xx rokmi prvykrat uvadzali v nejakej TV relacii zapecene kuracie stejky s broskynou a syrom, tak si ludia klepkali na celo&#8230;akaze to somarina. Cukor mozme nahradit aj medom, alebo melasou&#8230;..neviem ale s akym mnozstvom. Kto tieto suroviny pouziva, tak si urcite bude vediet poradit s pomerom oproti cukru.<br \/>\nTymian som dala cerstvy, nenasekany, len cele vetvicky. Myslela som, ze sa mi lahko vyberie z hotoveho catni, ale nebol to dobry napad&#8230;.catni sa lepilo na tu vetvicku a cibula z toho visela, ako rezance&#8230;.fakt bude lepsie pouzit susene.<br \/>\nMiesame kym sa cukor neroztopi, vlejeme cervene vino a balzamikovy ocot.<br \/>\nPrivedieme k varu, prikryjeme pokrievkou a znizme zdroj tepla na minimum.<br \/>\nDusime, kym cukor uplne neskaramelizuje a vino sa nevypari.<br \/>\nJa som dusila hodinu a bolo to vela, pretoze po vychladnut bolo catni prilis huste, ale Dobry Manzel prave tu hustotu ocenil. Takze sami rozhodnite co Vam bude vyhovovat.<br \/>\nV povodnom recepte bolo cukru 150 gramov, ale bolo mi to prilis sladke. Neviem ci palmovy cukor je sladsi, alebo nie&#8230;.po vychladnuti som domiesala este balzamikovy ocot&#8230;..catni tym ziskalo na pikantnosti.<br \/>\nVyprazila som spominane kroketky a zemiakove lupienky&#8230;.neponali sme to ako jedlo s priborom na taniery, nakukladala som to vsetko na podnos a mali sme z toho sladke prsty&#8230;..fakt fajnotka.<br \/>\nPokial robite do zasoby&#8230;.marmeladu prelozte do poharikov a zasterilizujte.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Absolutne sa mi nechcelo patrat ci je to marmelada, dzem, alebo lekvar.
