A co bolo horsie&#8230;uz som isla neskoro a v mojej oblubenej masiarni nemali\u00a0 vhodne maso nato,\u00a0 aby som si ten <a href=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/?p=1590\" target=\"_blank\">plat vyrobila<\/a>. A tak som si spomenula\u00a0 na toprecepty, kde bol pred rokmi,\u00a0 ohromnym hitom,\u00a0 recept na vtacky z mleteho masa. Tie bylinky dajte nejake svoje oblubene&#8230;keby som mala tak by som dala mozno majoranku&#8230;ale som nemala, tak som dala zmes talianskych byliniek.<br \/>\nMaso poriadne vymiesame, rozdelime na styri rovnake kopky.<br \/>\nAlobal potrieme olejom a roztapkame na nom mlete maso na placku.<br \/>\nPotrieme ju horcicou.<br \/>\nKed robievam klasicke <a href=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/?p=1234\" target=\"_blank\">spanielske vtacky z normalneho hovadzieho<\/a>, tak na horcicu polozim platok sunky a az tak dalsiu napln. Takze som toto urobila aj teraz, ale pri uzatvarani naplne do mleteho , mi ta sunka v tom branila a praca bola dost nesikovna. Dokonca mi pri opekani ten vtacik so sunkou , uplne cely praskol.\u00a0 Tento krok so sunkou budem\u00a0 urcite vynechavat.<br \/>\nVajcia na tvrdo pokrajame na stvrtky, uhorky prekrojime na pasiky. Dnes som pouzila ako udeninu, normalne parky. Vlozime opecene vtacky , panvicu po opekani oplachneme horucou vodou a vlejeme do kastrola. Dolejeme horucou vodou, tak aby boli vtacky takmer ponorene.<br \/>\nPridame sol, bobkovy list. Privedieme k varu, prikryjeme pokrievkou a stisime plamen.<br \/>\nVarime priblizne hodinu, resp. kym nie su vtacky makke.<br \/>\nVyberieme vtacky, prikryjeme a odlozime na teple miesto.<br \/>\nSmotanu dolejem vodou. Ak mate vela omacky, tak miesto vody dolejte priamo tu. V nariedenej smotane rozslahame do hladka horcicu a hladku muku.<br \/>\nKysle uhorky nakrajame na tenucke kolieska.<br \/>\nVlejeme do omacky smotanu , vlozime uhorkove kolieska\u00a0 a nechame prevriet na jednu bublinu.
