Posolime ho, okorenime a posypeme mletou rascou.<br \/>\nDo kastrolika s hrubym dnom rozotrieme stetcom trosku oleja a rozohrejeme. Maso opecieme z obidvoch stran, podlejeme horucou vodou a dame pod pokrievku dusit. Dusime tak, aby tam bola pritomna tekutina a malo sa co odparovat. Ja som dusila asi polhodinu.\u00a0 Strazte si to podla svojho masa.<\/p>\n<p>Bulgur pripravime tak, ako zvykneme pripravovat ryzu. Do maleho hrnceka znovu kvapneme trochu oleja, rozotrieme po dne a nechame rozohriat. Vsypeme odmerany bulgur, premiesame a zalejeme dvojnasobnym mnozstvom horucej vody. Ja som cast vody nahradila tekutinou v ktorej sa dusilo kura. Ja ani nepodlievam, pretoze spenat je vlhky po oplachovani a bohate to staci. Dusime\u00a0 maximalne 2,5 minuty&#8230;staci aj 2.<br \/>\nSpenat ochutime solou a mletym korenim. Primiesame k nemu bulgur.<br \/>\nPrso nakrajame na medajlonky a podavame s nejakou stavnatou zeleninkou.<br \/>\nHovori sa, ze ked drzite nejaky dietny plan, tak sa Vam zbystria chute a nepotrebujete tolko solit a korenit a tak. No u mna to tak nie je&#8230;.ja mam nadalej strasne rada jedlo, ktore je pikantne&#8230;takze chilli vlocky mam skoro na kazdom jedle.<br \/>\nNo a ako som si myslela, ze to bude jedna porcia&#8230;.tak my dve tretiny z toho stacili. K tej ostavajucej tretine si urobim velky zeleninovy salat a pridam k nemu este trosku balkanskeho syru.
