Mrkvu a stopkaty zeler\u00a0 nakrajame na tenke platky. Salotku na tenke kolieska.<br \/>\nMaslo s troskou oleja rozohrejeme a podusime na nom pruzky salotky,\u00a0 dusime len kratko&#8230;aby kolieska zosklovateli. Pridame muku a poprazime. Stale miesame&#8230;nechceme aby nam vznikla svetla zaoprazka, chceme aby nam ostala muka biela. Zaklad zalejeme cistym vyvarom, mliekom a smotanou. Preslahavame metlickou, aby sme dostali hladku , kremovu konzistenciu, pridame nakrajanu stopku, hrasok\u00a0 a mrkvu. Privedieme k varu a hned stisime plamen.<br \/>\nMne to varom zhustlo, tak som doliala este vyvar. Nevarime dlho, najviac 10 minut. Zelenina ma byt makka, ale zaroven chrumkava.<br \/>\nKuracie maso nakrajame na kocky a vlozime do ragu.<br \/>\nPred podavanim posypeme nasekanou vnatkou a kto ma rad palivejsie, ako ja, tak aj vlockami chilli papriciek<br \/>\nAko prilohu podavame hrianky. Ja som odrezala kus rozvalkaneho listkoveho cesta a upiekla som tycinky.<br \/>\nVelmi velmi velmi velmi velmi skvele jedlo.
