Na\u0161e dom\u00e1ce klob\u00e1sy pustili dostatok paprikovej chuti a tak to robievam aj ja.<br \/>\nZemiaky o\u010dist\u00edme a nakr\u00e1jame na mal\u00e9 kocky, klob\u00e1su nakr\u00e1jame na kolieska.<br \/>\nO\u0161\u00fapan\u00fa cibu\u013eu nasek\u00e1me na kocky.<br \/>\nKlob\u00e1su m\u00e1vam v mrazni\u010dke a ned\u00e1vam ju pred \u00fapravou rozmrazi\u0165, akur\u00e1t ju umyjem v hor\u00facej vode a tak kr\u00e1jam.<br \/>\nNa varenie pou\u017e\u00edvam hlbok\u00fd , \u0161irok\u00fd kastr\u00f3l s hrub\u00fdm dnom a var\u00edm na najmen\u0161om plynovom hor\u00e1ku.<br \/>\nNa roztopen\u00fa mas\u0165 d\u00e1me cibu\u013eu\u00a0 a nech\u00e1me ju zozlatn\u00fa\u0165.<br \/>\nPrid\u00e1me kolieska klob\u00e1sy, p\u00e1liv\u00fa papri\u010dku a porestujeme nejak\u00fdch p\u00e4\u0165 min\u00fat. Prid\u00e1me zemiaky.<br \/>\nZemiaky poriadne premie\u0161ame , aby boli\u00a0 obalen\u00e9 v tuku.<br \/>\nPosol\u00edme\u00a0 a prikryjeme pokrievkou.<br \/>\nTakto bez podliatia\u00a0 ich nech\u00e1me desa\u0165 min\u00fat.<br \/>\nJa to u\u017e mam odsk\u00fa\u0161an\u00e9 a tak sa neboj\u00edm, \u017ee prihoria.<br \/>\nJe tam dostatok tekutiny z um\u00fdvania zemiakov a z toho, ako sa klob\u00e1ska rozmrazila. Va\u0161e hrnce nepozn\u00e1m, tak si to kontrolujte.<br \/>\nJe d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, aby t\u00fdch prv\u00fdch desa\u0165 min\u00fat boli zemiaky bez mie\u0161ania a bez podliatia.<br \/>\nPo tomto \u010dase , v\u0161etko poriadne premie\u0161ame\u00a0 a podlejeme zemiaky hor\u00facou vodou, pou\u017eijem maxim\u00e1lne 300 ml.<br \/>\nZnovu premie\u0161ame, prikryjeme pokrievkou, st\u00ed\u0161ime\u00a0 plame\u0148 a nech\u00e1me bez mie\u0161ania dvadsa\u0165 min\u00fat.<br \/>\nZnovu premie\u0161ame.<br \/>\nPod\u013ea typu zemiakov sa n\u00e1m za\u010dne tvori\u0165 hust\u00e1,\u00a0 \u0161krobov\u00e1,\u00a0 ochuten\u00e1,\u00a0 hust\u00e1 zmes.
