Na veceru som uz urobila divoku ryzu a bolo to omnoho lepsie&#8230;.hoci to na mna posobilo, tak nejako&#8230;barbarsky. Maso osolime, posypeme drvenym korenim, chilli a koriandrom.<br \/>\nOkolo masa rozlozime ocistene a prepolene cibulky, bobkovy list, tymianove vetvicky a drvene borievky. Ja osobne rozmarinovu vetvicku nedavam v celku, ale dam dolu ihlicky a pouzijem len rozmarinove listky. Takto isto mozete postupovat aj pri tymiane.<br \/>\nRozlozime slaninove kocky a niekde umiestnime prerezanu cesnakovu hlavicku.. Pecieme nejakych 30 minut.<br \/>\nDame dolu alobal a zapekala som este asi 20 minut.<br \/>\nDlzka pecenia zavisi od velkosti kuracieho a Vasej rury&#8230;strazte si to. Ja som piekla kuracie bez koze, takze som castejsie prelievala vypekom a davala pozor aby som nemala vysusene hlavne prsia.
