Ja si vlastne ani nepamatam, zeby sa u nas vobec jedavala pecena hovadzina&#8230;akakolvek.\u00a0 S pecenim hovadzieho v celom kuse,\u00a0 som preto mala priserne tazkosti..niezeby som ich nemala hocikedy aj teraz. Chybali mi akekolvek skusenosti a vzdy to stroskotalo na tom, ze som si nevedela kupit dobre maso.\u00a0 Vsade pri pecenej hovadzine pise&#8230;hovadzie zadne zo stehna&#8230;.a tak som si vzdy kupila krasne hovadzie,\u00a0 ukazkovy sval. A pisalo ze sa opecie na panvici a prelozi do pekaca a bla bla bla&#8230;a pecieme 40 az 50 minut. Po tejto dobe som mala maso take tvrde, ako ked som ho vkladala!!!!! Piekla som dlhsie&#8230;maso stale tvrde&#8230;.a po troch hodinach suche\u00a0 a tvrde ako piliny.\u00a0 Ked to asi 3x takto dopadlo, tak som uz na to kaslala&#8230;kym som na to nezabudla a znovu do toho isla.\u00a0 Po case som zacala na pecenie pouzivat hovadziu spicku&#8230;v Nemecku sa pouziva na pripravu tafelspitzu a este sa mi vlastne nestalo, zeby sa to neupieklo do makka. Sparadlami (alebo ihlicami na maso) zebezpecime otvor a prepletieme potravinovy spagat. To moje som piekla priblizne dve hodiny a pocas pecenia\u00a0 prelievame vypekom.<br \/>\nPo upeceni, maso vyberieme a nechame ho stat aspon 15 minut .<br \/>\nKym odpociva, prelejeme vypek do kastrola a privedieme k varu. Do smotany vslahame muku a vlejeme ju k vypeku. Pridame lyzicu nakladaneho zeleneho korenia, horcicu. Stale slahame, kym nezacne omacka hustnut. Podla potreby dolievajte este bud vodou, alebo smotanou. Ak sa Vam zda prilis riedka, odoberte trochu omacky, rozmiesajte v nej trochu muky a vlejte k omacke. Vsetko nechape prevriet a dochutime solou a korenim..<br \/>\nAko prilohu som mala\u00a0 knedlu.<br \/>\nK masu mozeme kludne urobit aj obycajnu hnedu omacku&#8230;vypek prevarime s vodou, v ktorej sme rozslahali muku..ochutime solou a korenim. V tomto pripade by som ale nedavala knedlu. Samozrejme zalezi len na Vasej chuti.<\/p>\n<p>Z masa odstranime spagatik a sparatka&#8230;.ostrym nozom narezeme na platky .
