Zistila som, ze mnohe jedla som uvarila vtedy raz a dost. A ked som ich sledovala, tak som to veru aj lutovala.\u00a0 Vobec nechapem, preco som ich neopakovala&#8230;. A pritom som natrafila na jeden, pri ktorom mi zmizla fotka&#8230;uplne zahadne. Ja nikdy nepridavam rcp bez fota, tak ma to aj zarazilo..ale len na mikrosekundu&#8230;Boli v tom rcp same fajne veci&#8230;hovazdie ..co miluje Dobry Manzel, fazula&#8230;co milujem ja. Doslova chalupnicke chutove eldorado . A doslova vsetko som mala doma, takze toto je on&#8230;.moj hovadzi eintopf. Pocas varenia som vodu asi 3x vymenila a do poslednej, ked uz bola fazula skoro uvarena,\u00a0 som pridala sol. Po uvareni,\u00a0 fazulu nechame odkvapkat\u00a0 na sitku.\u00a0 Ak sa Vam nechce varit suchu, tak ju nahradte\u00a0 bielou z plechovky&#8230;No mne sa varit chcelo, lebo sa mi muselo..nemala som plechovkovu :-).<br \/>\nSom presvedcena, ze toto jedlo zaradim do nasho rodinneho jedalnicka a asi tu fazulu budem varit aj ked budem mat k dispozicii plechovkovu.<br \/>\nMaso som kupila den predtym, pretoze som chcela piect hovadzie. Bolo\u00a0 vyrazne mramorovane a v polovici svalu sa tiahla taka hrubsia zila. Bohuzial som ho zabudla odfotit a absolutne netusim z akeho kusa masa to bolo. Pani masiarka vypocula moju poziadavaku na maso na pecenie a tym sa nas vzajomny vztah skoncil\u00a0 :-)Ale ak pouzijete hovadzie zadne, tak nic nepokazite. Akurat si budete musiet operativne upravit dlzku dusenia.<br \/>\nMaso pokrajame na hrubsie platky a tie prekrojime na kocky.<br \/>\nKocky posolime a posypeme cerstvo drvenym korenim. Nakoniec zaprasime mukou z obidvoch stran a utapkame ju do masa.<br \/>\nNa panvici rozohrejeme 2 PL oleja a maso dobre opecieme z obidvoch stran. Opekame v davkach, maso by sa nemalo navzajom prekryvat.<br \/>\nCibulu a cesnak osupeme. Cibulu prekrojime na styri casti a cesnak na plocho podrvime a poprekajujeme.<br \/>\nDo kastrola dame 2 PL oleja, cibulu a cesnak a prelozime opecene maso.<br \/>\nDo panvice k vypeku vlejeme horucu vodu a prelejeme k masu. <a href=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/eint-po-zaliati.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-5457\" alt=\"eint po zaliati\" src=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/eint-po-zaliati-150x150.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/eint-po-zaliati-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/eint-po-zaliati-50x50.jpg 50w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nVsetko privedieme k varu, prikryjeme pokrievkou a stisime plamen.<br \/>\nDusime cca 40 minut.<br \/>\nKym sa dusi, zemiaky ocistime a nakockame. Zelenym fazulkam odstranime obidva konce a poskodene casti&#8230;poprekrajujeme ju na vhodne kusky.<br \/>\nPo tych 40 minutach bolo moje maso uz uz uz hotove, asi raz som podlievala. K masu pridame zemiaky a fazulky.
