Prikryjeme pokrievkou na nejak\u00fdch p\u00e4\u0165 min\u00fat, aby sa zelenina uparila a trochu si \u013eahla.<br \/>\n&#8211; Zeleninu zasypeme ly\u017ei\u010dkou m\u00faky a znovu dobre premie\u0161ame, aby sa t\u00e1 zelenina v tej m\u00fake ako keby obalila.<br \/>\nM\u00faka by mala vstreba\u0165 \u00faplne v\u0161etok v\u00fdpek.<br \/>\n&#8211; Hor\u00facim v\u00fdvarom, alebo vriacou vodou po vare\u0161k\u00e1ch podlievame zeleninu.\u00a0 Mali by sme ma\u0165 akoby riedku ka\u0161i\u010dku .<br \/>\n&#8211; Priliala som poh\u00e1r vriacej vody, premie\u0161ala som a vlo\u017eila som stehn\u00e1, klob\u00e1su a slaninu.<br \/>\n&#8211; Prid\u00e1me bat\u00e1tov\u00e9 kocky , nasekan\u00fd\u00a0 cesnak, tymianov\u00e9 vetvi\u010dky , bobkov\u00fd list.<br \/>\n&#8211; Dolejeme vriaci v\u00fdvar, alebo vodu, tak aby bolo v\u0161etko v hrnci ponoren\u00e9.<br \/>\nPrivedieme k varu, prikryjeme pokrievkou a st\u00ed\u0161ime zdroj tepla.
