Ku kuratu pridame vsetky suroviny potrebne na marinadu a vymiesame. Prikryjeme a odlozime do chladnicky. Ale naozaj len na tych 5 minut. Ja som to raz presvihla a miesto biryani som mala maso s ryzovou kasou.<\/p>\n<p>Do hrnca, ktory ma tesne priliehajucu pokrievku dame 2 lyzice oleja a orestujeme na tom bobkovy list, cumin, stiplavu papricku\u00a0 a kumin.<br \/>\nKed zavonaju, tak do hrnca dame spolu s jogurtovou marinadou kusky kurata a opecieme ho. Ak treba tak podlejeme horucou vodou a dusime nejakych 10 minut. Kura by malo mat omacku.<br \/>\nScedime ryzu, ktora vrela max 5 minut a hned taku horucu ju rozlozime po celom povrchu masa. Zliatu vodu nevylievajte.<br \/>\nPo povrchu ryze pofrkame safran a safranovu vodu.<br \/>\nHned uzatvorime pokrievkou.\u00a0 Ked som pozerala na internete rozne odkazy na biryani, tak pod pokrievku davali este aj latkovy obrusok, aby z hrnca neunikala vonkoncom papa. Ja som nedala.<br \/>\nDame hrniec na mensi plamen na 10 minut, na dalsich 10 minut zvysime teplotu.\u00a0 Spolu je to 20 minut.<br \/>\nOtvorime hrniec&#8230;ochutname ryzu..ak nie je este hotova, tak podlejte trochu horucej vody po scedeni a dajte este na 10 minut dusit.<br \/>\nMyslim ale, ze to asi nebude treba a ryza bude hotova.<\/p>\n<p>Bielu cibulu nakrajame na tenke pruzky a ooprazime ju na oleji, vajicko si bud uvarime natvrdo, alebo upecieme ako volske oko&#8230;..zltko by ale nemalo byt tekute, ale ztuhnute.<br \/>\nCervenu cibulu nakrajame na tenke pruzky a nechame ju surovu.<\/p>\n<p>Po 20 minutach hrniec otvorime a maso premiesame s ryzou. Po povrchu pokladieme uprazenu a surovu cibulu, vajicko a posypeme este koriandrovou vnatou.
