Pl\u00e1tky slaniny rozkr\u00e1jame na mal\u00e9 kocky.<br \/>\nNa panvici rozohrejeme 2 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice oleja a\u00a0 podus\u00edme cibu\u013eu a slaninu do sklovita. Prid\u00e1me ovsen\u00e9 vlo\u010dky, premie\u0161ame a restujeme do svetlozlata. V\u0161etko zalejeme smotanou a v\u00fdvarom. Metli\u010dkou pre\u0161\u013eah\u00e1vame na miernom plameni do zhustnutia. Dolejeme e\u0161te mlieko a nech\u00e1me pri \u0161\u013eahan\u00ed metli\u010dkou,\u00a0 na bublinku prevrie\u0165. Odlo\u017e\u00edme zo zdroja tepla a pomocou vychutn\u00e1vania dosol\u00edme, dokoren\u00edme, (m\u00f4j zdroj prid\u00e1va aj \u0161tipku cukru a mlet\u00fd mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fd orie\u0161ok)<br \/>\nCibu\u013eov\u00fa zmes prelo\u017e\u00edme k m\u00e4su.<br \/>\nPrid\u00e1me ly\u017ei\u010dku soli, \u010derstvo mlet\u00e9 korenie a m\u00e4sov\u00fa zmes d\u00f4kladne vymie\u0161ame do celistv\u00e9ho bochn\u00edka.<br \/>\nZ m\u00e4sa tvarujeme mal\u00e9 gu\u013eky&#8230;.tie gu\u013eky nemaj\u00fa by\u0165 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie ako troj centimetrov\u00e9. Ja som ich z pol kila m\u00e4sa urobila 40 kusov. (V tomto sa tie \u0161v\u00e9dske recepty tie\u017e zhodovali&#8230;gu\u013eky sa robia mal\u00e9, cel\u00fd bochn\u00edk m\u00e4sa predel\u00edme na polovicu a t\u00fa na \u010fal\u0161iu polovicu a t\u00fa na \u010fal\u0161iu polovicu&#8230;..etc)<br \/>\nNa ve\u013ekej panvici rozohrejeme 3 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice oleja a pouklad\u00e1me na \u0148u m\u00e4sov\u00e9 gu\u013eky.
