Grana Padano)<br \/>\n2 PL detska krupica<br \/>\n2 PL jemna struhanka<br \/>\n1 bielok<br \/>\nsol, cerstvo mlete korenie<br \/>\nchilli vlocky, nasekana petrzlenova vnatka<\/p>\n<h2>Postup<\/h2>\n<p>Najprv si urobime knedlicky.<br \/>\nVsetky suroviny dame do misy a rychle vymiesame cesto. Ja som mala cesto este dost lepkave, tak som prisypala naviac krupicku&#8230;asi velku lyzicu. Ricotta je uplne bez chuti a ked som jednu uvarila, kvoli celistvosti gulicky a potom ochutnala, ziadalo sa mi k tomu tvrdemu syru, este nieco palive. vy si urobte ako myslite, ale tie gulicky dostali uplne iny rozmer&#8230;.aspon pre nasu chut.<br \/>\nEste predtym, ako zacnete gulkat, vyskusajte jednu, aby ste vedeli, ci sa cesto podarilo. Knedlicky robime vo velkosti lieskoveho orecha.\u00a0 Vacsie by som nerobila. Jednak , varenim naberu na objeme \u00a0 a jednak, ten eintopf ziska na vacsej oblube, ked pri konzumacii nebudeme musiet lyzicou\u00a0 knedlicky trhat. Pridame pruzky stiplavej papricky, male kocky zemiakov, kolieska mrkvy a malicke karfiolove ruzicky.\u00a0 Dokladne premiesame, posolime, pokorenime a posypeme mukou. Znovu dokladne premiesame. Zalejeme horucou vodou. Privedieme k varu a nechame varit nejakych 5 minut. Vody dajte tolko, aku hustotu chcete, ci polievkovitu, alebo eintopfovu.<br \/>\nPridame mrazeny hrasok a povkladame knedlicky.
