Bolo dost strasne sa vyznat v tych cmaranicach po mesiaci, ked som to chcela uvarit. Potom urobila TV Prima uzasnu vec&#8230;.do archivu vkladali rozpis surovin a rychly postup&#8230;o nejakom videjku&#8230;kdeze, to sme ani nechyrovali o niecom takom.\u00a0 Tie recepty boli pisane normalne v nejakom worde \ud83d\ude42 velka sranda. Z tych cias mam zachovane len tri recepty&#8230;.<a href=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/?p=5458\" target=\"_blank\">tento, tam ho nazyvali eintopf Friedrich<\/a>. Potom toto daube, btw&#8230;.vtedy som si musela pozriet, co vlastne to daube znamena. A este jeden&#8230;.volalo sa to tusim Zatecky posuch, alebo zatecky kolac&#8230;tak nejako. Bolo to z uzatvoreneho kysnuteho cesta, plnene nejakou plnkou&#8230;.a bolo to velke cez cely plech, piekla to tam taka echt pani mama. Na ten zatecky ony,\u00a0 bohuzial rozpis nemam a pamatam si to tak matne, ze to ani nemam odvahu skusat. Ale velmi velmi velmi by som ho chcela. Bohuzial neviem, ako by som ten recept mohla najst.<br \/>\nNastastie\u00a0 recept\u00a0 na daube poznam, bolo to svojho casu, najoblubenejsie jedlo DM a bol to jeden z prvych rcp, ktore som vlozila&#8230;na variaci web&#8230;vtedy na recepty.cz &#8230;mozno dokonca\u00a0 moj uplne prvy. Dala by som tu, ale som nemala, tak som ju nahradila mrkvou.<br \/>\nMaso nakrajame na 4 rezne a v ziadnom pripade ich nenaklepavame!!!<br \/>\nRezne posolime a posypeme cerstvo nadrvenym korenim. Korenie dlanami vtlacime do masa.<br \/>\nNakoniec maso obalime v hladkej muke. Odlozime ich na teple miesto.<br \/>\nDo vypeku, ak treba, tak pridame este lyzicu oleja, rozohrejeme a vlozime nasekanu cibulu, cesnak, stopkaty zeler, stiplavu papriku a mrkvu.<br \/>\nRozmarinove ihlicky nasekame a tak ich pridame k zelenine, spolu s bobkovym listom.<br \/>\nVsetko porestujeme a polozime k nim opecene maso.<br \/>\nVriacu vodu zmiesame s vinom a vlejeme k masu. Do omacky zamiesame paradajkovy pretlak.<br \/>\nPreslahame, privedieme k varu, dame pod pokrievku a stisime plamen. Po 45 minutach pridame ocot a cukor.
