U nas tie smotanovo vinove a syrove kombinacie&#8230;ee. Ale co u nas ide najviac, tak to je bez debaty, kuchyna indicka. Akurat mam problem ten, ze nepoznam tie nazvy jedal . Je to vzdy vec nahody, ked natrafim v nejakych clankoch zmienku o nejakom jedle, ktore nie je korma a vindaloo a dalsie casto omielane nazvy.\u00a0 O Malai Kofta som si precitala v clanku,\u00a0 ktory pojednaval o povode knedli, knedlikov . Ked som ten nazov vyguglila&#8230;fuuuuuu, tri dni som hladala , kym som si vybrala, podla akeho sposobu ich varit . A zastavila som sa <a href=\"http:\/\/kabitaskitchen.blogspot.in\/2015\/11\/preparation-time-45-minutes-serving-6.html\" target=\"_blank\">u tejto blogerky.<\/a>\u00a0 Takze je to jej recept a pripadne nezrovnalosti v originalite , padaju na jej hlavu&#8230;niezeby jej to vadilo \ud83d\ude42 a urcite bude kvoli tomu dobre spavat.\u00a0 V kazdom pripade dakujem za rcp&#8230;Dobry Manzel, ako inak, si uzasne pochutil.<\/p>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><\/td>\n<td valign=\"middle\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Po\u010det porci\u00ed (kusov)\" alt=\"Pocet porcii (kusov)\" src=\"http:\/\/www.toprecepty.sk\/images\/design\/rec_porce.jpg\" \/><\/td>\n<td valign=\"middle\"><strong>Po\u010det porci\u00ed (kusov):<\/strong>\u00a0 3 az 4 porcie, 12 ks guliek<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h2>Suroviny:<\/h2>\n<p>Na gulky:<br \/>\n2 zemiaky (tie moje vazili 250 g)<br \/>\n150 g tatransky syr balkanskeho typu<br \/>\n1\u00a0 velka PL s kopcekom\u00a0 hladka muka (+-)<br \/>\nlyzicka garam masala<br \/>\npol lyzicky chilli prasok<br \/>\nNa omackovy zaklad :<br \/>\n1 velka\u00a0 lyzica ghee (alebo obycajne maslo)<br \/>\n1 velka cervena cibula (alebo dve mensie)<br \/>\n6 ks kesu + 6 ks olupane mandle (ja som mala viac mandli ako kesu)<br \/>\n1 PL nasekany cerstvy zazvor<br \/>\n1 chilli paprika cerstva<br \/>\n2 velke zrele paradajky (ja som dala asi 12 malych ceresnovych)<br \/>\nNa dokoncenie omacky :<br \/>\n1 PL ghee (alebo maslo, alebo olej)<br \/>\npo 1 CL<br \/>\ngaram masala, mlety koriander, kurkuma, kumin(cumin, rimska rasca), chilli prasok<br \/>\n1 PL husty biely nesladeny jogurt, alebo kysla smotana<br \/>\nsol<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Postup<\/h2>\n<p>Hned na zaciatok napisem zmeny, ktore som urobila v rcp. Do hotovej gulky,\u00a0 davala blogerka kusky suseneho ovocia, ja som planovala dat hrozienka, ale som na ne zabudla. Takze neviem povedat, ako by chutili s tymito sladkymi vecickami. Ked budem robit nabuduce, urcite dam tie hrozienka. DM ich zboznuje a tvoria uplne beznu sucast nasich masovych a nemasovych pokromov.\u00a0 Viem, ze pre nasinca, je to dost nepredstavitelna kombinacia, takze si urobte ako chcete.<br \/>\nSyr&#8230;..v indii si robia prirodny tvrdy syr paneer, na vzhlad to pripomina uplne nasu kravsku hrudku. Vzdy ked si objednavam koreniny na azijsku kuchynu, tak na tu senovku zabudnem a tak je nemam ani v tomto pokrme&#8230;.naviac ani netusim ako chuti, pretoze som s nou este nikdy nic nedochucovala.<br \/>\nTak a podme varit.<br \/>\nZemiaky uvarime v supke v slanej vode a nechame vychladnut.<br \/>\nZemiaky nastruhame na malej slzicke a na malej slzicke nastruhame aj syr.<br \/>\nSyr je slany, takze sol som nepridavala vobec, len chilli papriku a garam masalu.<br \/>\nVsetko zasypeme mukou a hned vypracujeme makke cesto.<br \/>\nZasada je ta, ze ho musim vypracovat velmi rychle najviac za minutu. Ak budete pridavat susene kusky ovocia, tak v tejto faze vypracujeme v rukach maly tanierik, kusky polozime, uzatvorime\u00a0 a vytvorime peknu gulku.<br \/>\nZ cesta&#8230;opat velmi rychle&#8230;.vyrobime gulky, velke ako pinpongova lopticka. Lopticky zlahka obalime mukou a muku rozotrieme po celom povrchu.<br \/>\nGulky vlozime do rozohriateho oleja a vyprazime zo vsetkych stran, do tmavo zlata cca 3 minuty.<br \/>\nGulky nemusia byt ponorene uplne, staci do polovice a neustale ich gulajte.<br \/>\nJa doporucujem vlozit vsetky naraz a naraz aj vyprazit. V ziadnom pripade nenechajte gulky stat. Tie prve kofty, boli prenadherne a ukazkove&#8230;.tie moje&#8230;.pri vyprazani sa uplne rozpadli&#8230;.akokeby sa do toho oleja rozpustili a vznikla len brecka&#8230;..vsetko som vyhodila. Ani som tie kofty neochutnala :-(.<br \/>\nAk chcete pouzit kofty neskor&#8230;radsej ich odlozte vyprazene.<br \/>\nTolko ku koftam a ideme na omacku.<br \/>\nNa rozohriatom ghee, poprazime nasekanu cibulu, zazvor,\u00a0 chilli papriku, kesu a mandle.\u00a0 V indii sa pouziva viac kesu, ale ak nemate, tak pouzite len osupane mandle. Prazime a miesame nejakych 5 minut. Ja som to dala do uzkej nadoby a pouzila som ponorny mixer.<br \/>\nDala som do tej hmoty este asi dve lyzice vody a vsetko poriadne zmixovala.<br \/>\nPasta je naozaj husta,\u00a0\u00a0 je na vidlicke a vobec cez nu neprepada.<br \/>\nDo kastrola dame rozohriat ghee (alebo olej) a pridame tam vsetky suche koreniny (garama masala, mlety koriander, kumin, kurkuma, chilli). Premiesame a nechame uvolnit korenistu vonu. Pridame hustu omackovu pastu a miesame na miernom plameni 2 minuty. Zacneme dolievat horucu vodu&#8230;stale premiesavame, nechame zahustit a znovu dolejeme. Toto robime, kym nemame omacku nadherne kremovu a prijemne hustu , podla svojej chuti. Nakoniec vmiesame jogurt, alebo kyslu smotanu, premiesame nechame znovu zahustit varom a vypneme.<br \/>\nNechame trochu vychladnut a podla seba este dosolime.<br \/>\nDo taniera naleje omacku a polozime gulky.<br \/>\nPodavat by sa malo s chlebom naan, ale ja som urobila ryzu.<br \/>\nKofty ozaj neviem ako chutili, ale podla DM boli skvele&#8230;.omacka bola fajna\u00a0 a tak moju porciu tvorila len omacka a ryza&#8230;co uz.<br \/>\nJe to jedlo vegetarianske a myslim, ze aj masozravec by si pochutil.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kto tvrdi, ze francuzska kuchyna je najlepsia na svete, tak u nas by sa nenajedol.
