A musela som urobi\u0165 z\u00e1sadn\u00e9 rozhodnutie. \u010do s \u010dasopisom Dobr\u00e9 Jedlo. Pod\u013ea Dobr\u00e9ho Jedla som varila dlh\u00e9 roky. Pod\u013ea m\u0148a je na SK najlep\u0161\u00ed&#8230;.recepty v\u017edy zodpovedaj\u00fa,\u00a0 ak sa mi stalo 1 x, \u017eeby bol rozpis chybn\u00fd, tak to je ve\u013ea.\u00a0 Na Sk u\u017e nechod\u00edm tak \u010dasto a tak je u\u017e nie pre m\u0148a dostupn\u00fd tak, ako by som chcela&#8230;nu\u017e som za\u010dala h\u013eada\u0165 nie\u010do v Mn\u00edchove a som maxim\u00e1lne spokojn\u00e1 s t\u00fdm \u010do m\u00e1m.\u00a0 Len\u017ee \u010do so star\u00fdmi nieko\u013ekoro\u010dn\u00fdmi \u010d\u00edslami DJ..s \u0165a\u017ek\u00fdm srdcom som ich dala do star\u00e9ho papiera. Naposledy som nimi listovala&#8230;\u010do by som e\u0161te tak&#8230;.No a na\u0161la som si toto&#8230;.je to rcp z \u010d\u00edsla 09\/2010.\u00a0 O kur\u010dati ala ba\u017eant som mala \u00faplne in\u00fa predstavu, preto ma tak zaujal&#8230;na SK sa nerob\u00ed s om\u00e1\u010dkou, len s v\u00fdpekom. Ale \u010do je zvl\u00e1\u0161tne, tak v \u010cech\u00e1ch sa veru v\u00fdpek transformuje do om\u00e1\u010dky. Ke\u010f som dovarila, tak som mala svoje pochybnosti, \u010di nebude DM frfla\u0165 , pr\u00e1ve kv\u00f4li tej om\u00e1\u010dke, ale v rcp nebolo pou\u017eit\u00e9 absol\u00fatne v\u00edno, \u00a0 tak\u017ee\u00a0 to nemalo ten , pre na\u0161u rodinu, ne\u017eiad\u00faci efekt franc\u00fazskych om\u00e1\u010dok.\u00a0 Ke\u010f som to polozila na st\u00f4l, tak prv\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka &#8230;&#8220;Bo\u017ee. H\u00e1dam to nie je len be\u0161amelov\u00e1 om\u00e1\u010dka!!!!!&#8220;\u00a0 Som sa pobavila, ako pozn\u00e1m svojho DM :-). Korenie z\u00edskava \u010derstv\u00fdm mlet\u00fdm, alebo drven\u00fdm koren\u00edm,\u00a0 \u00faplne in\u00fa chu\u0165, . Nech\u00e1me ju prevrie\u0165 a v\u0161etko prelo\u017e\u00edme ku kur\u010da\u0165u. Na kura polo\u017e\u00edme e\u0161te pl\u00e1tky masla. Pek\u00e1\u010dik prikryjeme alobalom a vlo\u017e\u00edme do vyhriatej r\u00fary na 200 stup\u0148ov a pe\u010dieme 40 min\u00fat. Po tejto dobe alobal zlo\u017e\u00edme , vhod\u00edme do pek\u00e1\u010dika\u00a0 mali\u010dk\u00e9 \u010dist\u00e9 \u0161ampi\u0148\u00f3ny a nech\u00e1me m\u00e4so zapiec\u0165.<br \/>\nPanvicu vytrieme olejom a nech\u00e1me rozohria\u0165. Tenk\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky slaniny, rozkr\u00e1jame na mal\u00e9 vej\u00e1riky a ope\u010dieme na panvici z obidvoch str\u00e1n. Prelo\u017e\u00edme ich na tepl\u00e9 miesto.<br \/>\nNa panvicu e\u0161te d\u00e1me ly\u017eicu oleja, nech\u00e1me rozohria\u0165. M\u00e4so\u00a0 a huby vyberieme z pek\u00e1\u010dika\u00a0 a odlo\u017e\u00edme na tepl\u00e9 miesto. K v\u00fdpeku vlejeme v\u00fdvar a metli\u010dkou pre\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me do hladka.\u00a0 Nakoniec vlejeme sladk\u00fa smotanu\u00a0 na varenie a znovu pre\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me. Ak m\u00e1te om\u00e1\u010dku st\u00e1le hust\u00fa, tak ju narie\u010fte. Ak je pr\u00edli\u0161 riedka, odoberte trochu om\u00e1\u010dky do poh\u00e1ra a roz\u0161\u013eahajte v nej tro\u0161ku m\u00faky&#8230;vlejte nasp\u00e4\u0165 k om\u00e1\u010dke.<br \/>\nV\u0161etko nech\u00e1me prevrie\u0165 na slab\u0161om plameni na jednu bublinu a vypneme.<br \/>\nMoju om\u00e1\u010dku nebolo treba\u00a0 dochucova\u0165, ale ak treba tak si ju doso\u013ete.<br \/>\nJednotliv\u00e9 porcie masa, pokla\u010fte vej\u00e1rikmi slaniny, prilo\u017ete huby a prelejte om\u00e1\u010dkou.
