Aby sa to maso stihlo *uvarit* tak ho tam isla len tenka vrstva (na 500 g zemiakova cca 200g masa). Dnes som to urobila tak, ze som to maso najprv udusila a dala ho ho teda viac. Velmi velmi velmi velmi&#8230;.a bola by som schopna este cely riadok napisat slovo velmi&#8230;.mi ta rolada chuti. Je uplne super&#8230;a kedze pre mna je tak super chutna, tak predpokladam, ze Dobreho Manzela nejako zvlast nenadchne. Po uvareni nechame vychladnut.<br \/>\nCibulu ocistime a pokrajame ju na drobne kocky.<br \/>\nPolovicu kociek prelozime na olej a zlahka podusime.<br \/>\nPridame mlete maso a opecieme ho zo vsetkych stran, miesame az kym sa nezacne rozpadat.<br \/>\nOsolime, okorenime, pridame obidve mlete papriky, premiesame, podlejeme horucou vodou a dusime, kym maso nie je makke.<br \/>\nJa som mala hovadzie, tak som dusila hodinu&#8230;.sama som tomu neverila, ze tak dlho.<br \/>\nDo uduseneho masa vmiesame majoranku a este dochutime podla seba. Nechame uplne vychladnut.<br \/>\nKed mame vsetky komponenty uz studene&#8230;na pracovnu dosku ostruhame na malej slzicke zemiaky.<br \/>\nDo jamky vklepneme vajce a zasypeme mukou.<br \/>\nMnozstvo muky je osemetna zalezitost&#8230;Mala tam ist hruba muka, ale hrubu som nemala&#8230;netusim kolko by som dala muky hrubej. Na mnozstvo muky vplyva aj velkost vajca, typ zemiakov\u00a0 a kolko Vam ich po cisteni ostane :-). Ja napriklad nikdy neodolam a pri struhani *zobem*<br \/>\nTakze pridame muku a velmi rychle vypracujeme cesto. Cim viac zemiakove cesto magate medzi rukami, tym viac budete musiet prisypavat muku a tym viac ho budete mat pri konzumacii tvrdsie. Preto je potrebna pri kazdom zemiakovom ceste rychlost.<br \/>\nNa pracovnu dosku som dala velky kus alobalu, ten zasypeme mukou a cesto rozvalkame na obdlznik, priblizne 1 cm hruby.\u00a0 Pri valkani si podsypavajte zvrchu.<br \/>\nJa mam doma velky siroky kastrol, takze som z cesta urobila jednu roladu, ale pokial Vy taky nemate, tak cesto rozdelte na dve casti. Bude sa Vam aj s nim lepsie manipulovat..ja som s tym nemala problemy, ale mozete si to ulahcit.<br \/>\nNa rozvalkany plat, rozlozime udusene mlete maso\u00a0 a po jeho povrchu rozhadazeme cibulove kocky, ktore nam ostali.<br \/>\nPomocou alobalu zatocime\u00a0 z dlhsej strany,\u00a0 roladu a dobre ju zabalime do alobalu..kludne do viacerych vrstiev.<br \/>\n<a
