A ako vzdy&#8230;maso bolo nadherne nabalickovane a pripravene priamo do hrnca. Ja som uz robila skutocne len kozmeticke upravy&#8230;..musela som totizto vyskusat moje dva nove noze. Nasla som ich uplnou nahodou v mojom cukrarskom supliku&#8230;uz som sa tam nemala kde hnut, tak som postupne zacala preukladat. Do studenej vody pridame vsetky koreniny, sol a ocisteny dumbier. Dame prevriet a nechame uplne vychladnut.<br \/>\nMaso dokladne ocistime od sliach\u00a0 a nakrajame na kocky. Maso v mise zalejeme moridlom, prikryjeme a odlozime do chladu na 24 hodin.<br \/>\nPo namarinovani, maso z moridla vyberieme a osusime.<br \/>\nV kastrole rozohrejeme maslo a rozprazime slaninu, pokrajanu na drobne kocky. Pridame cibulu, nakratko ju zarestujeme a pridame maso.<\/p>\n<p>Maso zo vsetkych stran opecieme , posypeme citronovym korenim a nasekanymi ihlickami rozmarinu.<br \/>\nTo citronove korenie je celkom dolezite&#8230;ak ho nemate, tak pouzite normalne,\u00a0 cerstvo drvene a zltu nastruhanu citronovu koru. Podlejeme vriacou vodou. Moridlo nechame tiez prevriet a pripravime si ho na podlievanie.<br \/>\nPrivedieme vsetko k varu, prikryjeme pokrievkou a stisime zdroj tepla. Dusila som celkom dlho&#8230;az ma to prekvapilo&#8230;ale tie dve hodiny urcite. Cely cas som podlievala raz horucou vodou, raz moridlom.<\/p>\n<p>Ked uz sa po nejakej hodine a pol zacala stava zahustovat, priliala som vino a trochu cukru. Vlozime dva salviove listy a dodusime.<br \/>\nJa som uz omacku nezahustovala, ale ak myslite, ze je riedka popraste maso mukou a a nechajte este na bublinu prevriet.<br \/>\nAko prilohu som mala zemiakovu kasu. Opiekla som nasucho struhanku, vytrela panvicu olejom a udusila kruzky cibule. Nabuduce urobim fucku, vytvorim z nej placky a opeciem&#8230;.to bude tiez super priloha.<br \/>\nVlastne s takouto hustou omackou je kazda priloha skvela&#8230;akurat si , ja osobne, neviem k tomu predstavit ryzu.<br \/>\nNo a doslo k dalsiemu apdate tohto receptu&#8230;.vravela som DM, ze musim dorobit zemiaky a sam od seba mi navrhol, aby som urobila smotanovu omacku a pridala cestovinu, alebo knedlik.\u00a0 Takze maso s omackou som priviedla k varu&#8230;do smotanu som rozslahala lyzicku muky a vliala do omacky. Nechala som prevriet na jednu bublinu a vypla. Mozem povedat, ze toto vylepsenie, mi chuti este viac, ako povodna receptura&#8230;DM tvrdi, ze obide su skvele.
