Pre istotu som\u00a0 na to pou\u017eila len pol kila m\u00e4sa. V o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00ed som polo\u017eila porciu pred Dobr\u00e9ho man\u017eela&#8230;prv\u00e9 s\u00fasto : v\u00fdborn\u00e1 om\u00e1\u010dka&#8230;druh\u00e9 s\u00fasto : aj m\u00e4sko je v\u00fdborn\u00e9&#8230;.tretie s\u00fasto : je to zvl\u00e1\u0161tne a v\u0161etko v\u00fdborne. Hlavne nech V\u00e1s to neodrad\u00ed. V prv\u00fd de\u0148 m\u00e4so na\u0161pikujeme a d\u00e1me do octu, druh\u00fd de\u0148 var\u00edme a tret\u00ed de\u0148 pod\u00e1vame. Samozrejme pod\u00e1va\u0165 m\u00f4\u017eeme hned v druh\u00fd de\u0148, ale mne sa teda sakra osved\u010dilo, nech\u00e1va\u0165 tento typ om\u00e1\u010dky post\u00e1\u0165. A aj m\u00e4so, ke\u010f je vychladnut\u00e9, tak sa nakr\u00e1ja na kr\u00e1sne pl\u00e1tky.<br \/>\nTak\u017ee, v piatok som m\u00e4so husto na\u0161pikovala cesnakom a hranolkami slaniny.\u00a0 Do m\u00e4sa som votrela rukami so\u013e a vlo\u017eila do \u00fazkej n\u00e1doby s pokrievkou. Cibu\u013eu o\u010dist\u00edme a prekroj\u00edme na 4 \u010dasti, prid\u00e1me ju k m\u00e4su spolu s bobkov\u00fdm listom a rozmar\u00ednom. Cesnak \u010do mi ostal , som prihodila tie\u017e. V\u0161etko zalejeme v\u00ednnym octom. Sna\u017e\u00edme sa aby bolo m\u00e4so v octe ponoren\u00e9. Autorka receptu v\u00fdhradne doporu\u010duje v\u00ednny ocot. Mala som aj \u010derven\u00fd aj biely, ale bieleho som mala viac, tak som pou\u017eila biely. Klasick\u00fd ocot by som nepou\u017eila&#8230;.aspo\u0148 ten nemeck\u00fd ani n\u00e1hodou&#8230;nemeck\u00fd be\u017en\u00fd ocot pou\u017e\u00edvam len na odkame\u0148ovanie r\u00fdchlovarnej konvice. Ak mn\u00edchovska fefer\u00f3nka nema gr\u00e1dy, tak ocot ich teda m\u00e1. Nechcite vedie\u0165 ako chutili moje prv\u00e9 hust\u00e9 polievky na kyslo. Na Sk som d\u00e1vala po polievkov\u00fdch ly\u017eiciach&#8230;tu len jednu mal\u00fa ly\u017ei\u010dku&#8230;.no, ale to som \u00faplne odbo\u010dila. Skr\u00e1tka &#8230;.mysl\u00edm, \u017eeby ste ten ocot zamie\u0148a\u0165 nemali.<br \/>\nN\u00e1dobu uzavrieme a odlo\u017e\u00edme do chladu . Ak treba tak podlievame hor\u00facou vodou.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e4so vyberieme a zabal\u00edme do alobalu. Om\u00e1\u010dku nech\u00e1me trochu vychladn\u00fa\u0165 a mix\u00e9rom zmixujeme. Je to na V\u00e1s, ci ju chcete ma\u0165 do hladka, alebo tro\u0161ku plastickej\u0161iu.\u00a0 Ak treba, tak om\u00e1\u010dku nariedime hor\u00facou vodou, na hustotu ak\u00fa chcete. Dochut\u00edme cukrom , so\u013eou a stvr\u0165 ly\u017ei\u010dkou struhan\u00fdm mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fdm orie\u0161kom.<br \/>\nNo a teraz je na V\u00e1s \u010di budeme jes\u0165 v sobotu, alebo v nede\u013eu. Ako som p\u00edsala doporu\u010dujem nede\u013eu.<br \/>\nOm\u00e1\u010dka sa rozle\u017e\u00ed a m\u00e4so sa bude kr\u00e1ja\u0165 jedna b\u00e1se\u0148.<br \/>\nOm\u00e1\u010dka je \u00fa\u017easn\u00e1, m\u00e4so tie\u017e.
