Ke\u010f som sa ja nau\u010dila jes\u0165 \u00faden\u00e9 m\u00e4so so zemiakovou ka\u0161ou a tvrd\u00e9 pr\u00edlohov\u00e9 knedle, miesto mami\u010dkin\u00fdch p\u00e1perov\u00fdch..tak in\u00fa mo\u017enos\u0165 ani nemal.\u00a0 Ja som pou\u017eila na pr\u00edpravu norinmbersk\u00e9 p\u00e1ro\u010dky, ktor\u00e9 sa povinne jed\u00e1vaju s dusenou kyslou kapustou. Na Slovensku by som pou\u017eila hocijak\u00e9 tenk\u00e9 ne\u00faden\u00e9, tak\u00e1 v\u00ednova klob\u00e1sa by bolo tie\u017e skvel\u00e1. Keby som mala dlh\u00e9 klob\u00e1sy, tak by som pou\u017eila okr\u00fahlu formu a zapekala ich pokr\u00faten\u00e9 do slim\u00e1ka. Keby som kol\u00e1\u010d po vychladnut\u00ed kr\u00e1jala ako pizzu, vyzeralo by to nenorm\u00e1lne efektne. Pokia\u013e budete piec\u0165 v okr\u00fahlej forme a s klob\u00e1skov\u00fdm slim\u00e1kom, tak po skr\u00faten\u00ed klob\u00e1sy do \u0161pir\u00e1ly, ju prepichnite\u00a0 skrz, \u0161pajdlou. Bude sa V\u00e1m s \u0148ou omnoho lep\u0161ie manipulova\u0165 pri obracan\u00ed a prekladan\u00ed.<br \/>\nKlob\u00e1sky vyberieme\u00a0 a odlo\u017e\u00edme bokom.<br \/>\nNa v\u00fdpek hod\u00edme tenk\u00e9 kolieska s o\u010distenej cibule. Porestujeme ju, k\u00fdm nezm\u00e4kne cca 5 min\u00fat. Vsypeme cukor a mie\u0161ame k\u00fdm sa neroztop\u00ed\u00a0 a min\u00fatku nech\u00e1me karamelizova\u0165.<br \/>\nPrid\u00e1me vy\u017em\u00fdkan\u00fa a poprekrajovan\u00fa kysl\u00fa kapustu.. Dobre premiesame, prehrejeme a osolime a okoren\u00edme pod\u013ea svojej chuti.<br \/>\nVajcia roz\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me v smotanovom mlieku, prid\u00e1me hor\u010dicu, so\u013e a \u010derstvo drven\u00e9 korenie a znovu pre\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me.<br \/>\nJa som formu vystlala papierom na pe\u010denie a ten som e\u0161te vymazala tenu\u010dkou vrstvou masla.<br \/>\nNa dno formy pouklad\u00e1me krajce chleba, jeden ved\u013ea druh\u00e9ho.
