D\u00e1me medzi prsty so\u013e a ry\u017eu var\u00edme, k\u00fdm sa do nej nevsiakne voda. Ak je ry\u017ea nie celkom uvaren\u00e1, to nevad\u00ed. Pri varen\u00ed papr\u00edk \u00faplne zm\u00e4kne.<\/p>\n<p>Cibulu o\u010dist\u00edme a nasek\u00e1me nadrobno. Popra\u017e\u00edme ju na na zbytku oleja do vo\u0148ava.<\/p>\n<p>K mlet\u00e9mu m\u00e4su prid\u00e1me uvaren\u00fa ry\u017eu, otestovan\u00fa cibu\u013eu spolu aj s tukom, vajce, major\u00e1nku a\u00a0 ly\u017ei\u010dku soli.. Ak treba,\u00a0 dolejeme znovu hor\u00facu vodu. Dodus\u00edme e\u0161te 20 min\u00fat.<\/p>\n<p>Papriky a gu\u013eky vyberieme . Do smotany dobre za\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me mal\u00fa ly\u017ei\u010dku hladkej m\u00faky a prilejeme ju do om\u00e1\u010dky. Nech\u00e1me prevrie\u0165 a m\u00e1me hotovo.
