Bolo to tak fantastick\u00e9, \u017ee som nenechala ni\u010dov\u00e9 ni\u010d,\u00a0 ani na ochutnanie Dobr\u00e9mu Man\u017eelovi. Je pravda, \u017ee on nezn\u00e1\u0161a franc\u00fazske zemiaky a nad t\u00fdmto by automaticky preto ohrnul nos, tak preto som ni\u010d nenechala. Ale aj keby mal, tak by som mu nenechala. Ja som ich kr\u00e1jala max. 2 mm hrub\u00e9 a t\u00fdm som v\u00fdrazne skr\u00e1tila dobu pe\u010denia.<br \/>\nK t\u00fdm fialov\u00fdm zemiakom..chutia \u00faplne rovnako ako oby\u010dajn\u00e9, tak\u017ee ich m\u00f4\u017eete k\u013eudne zameni\u0165, ja som stavila na farebn\u00fd akcent, preto som ich k\u00fapila \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nDo smotany pretla\u010d\u00edme cesnak a nasekan\u00fd \u010derstv\u00fd tymian. Pokia\u013e m\u00e1 stonky tvrd\u0161ie, tak l\u00edstky rad\u0161ej otrhajte a stonky vyho\u010fte. Ak budete pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 su\u0161en\u00fd tymi\u00e1n, tak dajte len pol ly\u017ei\u010dky.<br \/>\nPrid\u00e1me do smotany pod\u013ea svojej chuti&#8230;so\u013e, \u010derstvo drven\u00e9 korenie a cayensk\u00e9 korenie.<br \/>\nD\u00e1me smotanu vari\u0165 a pomal\u00fdm varom ju zredukujeme o slab\u00fa tretinu.<br \/>\nZlo\u017e\u00edme zo zdroja tepla a vmie\u0161ame str\u00fahan\u00fd parmaz\u00e1n.<br \/>\nZapekac\u00ed pek\u00e1\u010d vytrieme maslom a slabo vysypeme str\u00fahankou.<br \/>\nNa dno striedavo rozlo\u017e\u00edme pl\u00e1tky kvaky a zemiakov a zalejeme ochutenou smotanou.<br \/>\nD\u00e1me piect do vyhriatej r\u00fary na 180 stup\u0148ov a pe\u010dieme cca 30 min\u00fat.\u00a0 D\u013e\u017eka pe\u010denia z\u00e1vis\u00ed od hr\u00fabky zeleniny.
