V ani jednej cukr\u00e1rni v ktorej piekla\u00a0 moja mamka, netvorili sortiment&#8230;zato na ka\u017ed\u00fa svadbu, ktor\u00fa piekla, tak tam ch\u00fdba\u0165 nemohli. A to piekla minim\u00e1lne 40 rokov 2 x do mesiaca.<br \/>\nKvalitn\u00fd , trv\u00e1cny kol\u00e1\u010d, ako stvoren\u00fd do svadobn\u00fdch v\u00fdslu\u017eiek (po\u0161\u00e1desov), do krabice na pon\u00fakanie div\u00e1kom pred kostol, alebo na str\u010denie do ruky mal\u00fdm svadobn\u00fdm deti\u010dk\u00e1m. Netr\u00fasili, ne\u0161pinili, dokonale zapchali \u00fasta.\u00a0 A ke\u010f mami\u010dka,\u00a0 chvalabohu prestala piec\u0165 na svadby, tak tak nejako sa vytratili z n\u00e1\u0161ho dom\u00e1ceho reperto\u00e1ra. A \u010do sa nestalo&#8230;.moja Dobr\u00e1 Cerka ich za\u010dala doved\u00fava\u0165&#8230;.a kde s\u00fa \u013eadovky a pre\u010do nem\u00e1me \u013eadovky a \u013eadovky a \u013eadovky. Mami\u010dka ho vol\u00e1 &#8222;miesen\u00fd linzert&#8220; :-). Je to akoby lineck\u00e9 cesto.<br \/>\nNa dosku nasypeme nakypren\u00fa m\u00faku, pr\u00e1\u0161ok do pe\u010diva, pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00fd cukor a citr\u00f3nov\u00fa k\u00f4ru.<br \/>\nDo stredu vklepneme vajce + 1 \u017e\u013atok. Bielok si starostlivo schovajte, do poh\u00e1ra a ak ho nepl\u00e1nujete pou\u017ei\u0165 hne\u010f, tak ho vlo\u017ete do mrazni\u010dky.<br \/>\nNakoniec do stredu postr\u00fahajte maslo. M\u00f4\u017eete ho aj pokr\u00e1ja\u0165 na mal\u00e9 kocky, je to na V\u00e1s, ale to str\u00fahanie na malej, alebo ve\u013ekej slzi\u010dke, v\u00fdrazne ur\u00fdchli spracovanie do cesta.<br \/>\nKe\u010f to m\u00e1me v\u0161etko pekne v kope, r\u00fdchle vypracujeme cesto, \u017eiadne ve\u013ek\u00e9 prepracov\u00e1vanie, akon\u00e1hle sa v\u0161etky suroviny spoja do jednoliatej hmoty, prestaneme.<br \/>\nCesto&#8230;ak treba podsypeme\u00a0 a rozva\u013ek\u00e1me na ve\u013ekos\u0165 plechu.<br \/>\nPlech vylo\u017e\u00edme papierom na pe\u010denie a prenesieme do neho vyva\u013ekan\u00e9 cesto. Bude V\u00e1m to pravdepodobne robi\u0165 \u0165a\u017ekosti&#8230;mne to teda rob\u00ed a tak cesto prikryjem plechom a cesto preklop\u00edm. D\u00f4kladne umyjeme v hor\u00facej vode metli\u010dky a vy\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me bielka so \u0161tipkou soli do m\u00e4kk\u00e9ho snehu. Prid\u00e1me u\u0161etren\u00fd cukor a vy\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me pevn\u00fd sneh.<br \/>\nSneh zapracujeme\u00a0 do \u017e\u013atkov\u00e9ho cesta\u00a0 a primie\u0161ame mlet\u00e9 orechy a kakao.<br \/>\nVzniklo n\u00e1m tuh\u00e9 \u0165ahav\u00e9 a lepkav\u00e9 cesto. Sk\u00faste najprv 15 min\u00fat a potom uvid\u00edte.<br \/>\nUpe\u010den\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d nech\u00e1me vychladn\u00fa\u0165.<br \/>\nNo a z\u00e1ver.<br \/>\nPoleva.<br \/>\nDo pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9ho cukru prid\u00e1me citr\u00f3nov\u00fa \u0161\u0165avu a pomaly premie\u0161avame. Pokia\u013e je to st\u00e1le v hr\u010di, tak po kvapk\u00e1ch pridajte tepl\u00fa vodu&#8230;.ale skuto\u010dne len po kvapk\u00e1ch. Poleva nesmie tiec\u0165.<br \/>\nRozotrieme ju a nech\u00e1me vyschn\u00fa\u0165.
