Akur\u00e1t som musela prehltn\u00fa\u0165 hork\u00fa pilulku, preto\u017ee nejed\u00e1va moje milovan\u00e9 kysnut\u00e9 kol\u00e1\u010de (okrem toho,\u00a0 od tety Pavly..ten je \u00fapln\u00e1 bomba a st\u00e1le si nejako na\u0148 netr\u00fafam). Za t\u00fdch 16 rokov som zistila, \u017ee z\u00e1kusok pre neho mus\u00ed by\u0165 kr\u00e9mov\u00fd a svetl\u00fd&#8230;.prav\u00fd opak toho, \u010do sa u n\u00e1s jed\u00e1valo. Tak\u017ee jemu som neust\u00e1le piekla anan\u00e1sov\u00fd rez, ktor\u00fd ozaj jedol len DM. A \u010do sa nestalo&#8230;mamka upiekla nejak\u00fd orechov\u00fd rez a DM sa i\u0161iel za n\u00edm zbesnie\u0165. Bol za n\u00edm besn\u00fd tak, \u017ee vnu\u010dka Dorka, ke\u010f ho uvidela, tak si povedala &#8230;.tento nejdem jes\u0165 , ten je dedu\u0161kov. Tak\u017ee mal tento rok moju premi\u00e9ru. Mamka ma klasick\u00e9 velik\u00e1nske , rovn\u00e9, cukr\u00e1rensk\u00e9 plechy. Pokia\u013e nem\u00e1te a predpoklad\u00e1m, \u017ee nem\u00e1te,\u00a0 tak\u00fd ve\u013ek\u00fd, tak pe\u010dte na co najv\u00e4\u010dsom \u010do m\u00e1te. Ja m\u00e1m napr\u00edklad doma 35 x 28 (\u010dist\u00e1 plocha, bez okrajov)&#8230;v tom by to e\u0161te mo\u017eno \u0161lo, ale z\u00e1kusok bude o trochu vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. Pokia\u013e ve\u013ek\u00e9 plechy nem\u00e1te, tak si rad\u0161ej suroviny na cesto, prer\u00e1tajte na 10 vajec.<br \/>\nR\u00faru zapneme na 180 stup\u0148ov.<br \/>\n12 vajec oddel\u00edme \u017e\u013atka od bielkov.<br \/>\nDo \u017e\u013atkov vsypeme cukor ( z cukru pred t\u00fdm, odoberieme\u00a0 jednu tretinu a d\u00e1me bokom).<br \/>\nPrid\u00e1me\u00a0 6 pol \u0161krup\u00edn vody. Oh\u013eadne vody &#8230;..mamka tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee t\u00e1 voda tam \u00eds\u0165 mus\u00ed a mus\u00ed. Ja si pam\u00e4t\u00e1m ako die\u0165a, ke\u010f som jej pom\u00e1hala pri pe\u010den\u00ed svadieb, \u017ee mi vravela&#8230;.Ko\u013eko vajec m\u00e1\u0161, to\u013eko pol \u0161krup\u00edn vody treba da\u0165.\u00a0 Pravda je tak\u00e1, \u017ee ke\u010f sme piekli tento z\u00e1kusok, tak ja som \u0161\u013eahala a ona mi tam vliala vodu rovno z poh\u00e1ra, tak\u017ee nevedno, ko\u013eko jej tam chrstla&#8230;.preto d\u00e1vam t\u00fa radu, \u010do si pam\u00e4t\u00e1m.<br \/>\nNo ale ke\u010f som si za\u010dala mera\u0165 t\u00fa vodu s \u0161krupinami, tak t\u00fdch 12 sa mi videlo stra\u0161ne ve\u013ea, neviem \u010di som mala ve\u013ek\u00e9 vajcia \u010di \u010do. Skr\u00e1tka dala som ich 6.<br \/>\n\u0160\u013eah\u00e1me k\u00fdm masa nezbelie a nenaberie na objeme. \u0160\u013eah\u00e1me trpezlivo na n\u00edzkych obr\u00e1tkach.<br \/>\nStarostlivo vy\u010dist\u00edme metli\u010dky pod hor\u00facou vodou a za\u010dneme \u0161\u013eaha\u0165 sneh. Do bielkov d\u00e1me \u0161tipku soli a \u0161\u013eah\u00e1me k\u00fdm nem\u00e1me bublinkat\u00fd m\u00e4kk\u00fd sneh. Potom prid\u00e1me cukor, \u010do sme si odlo\u017eili bokom a do\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me pevn\u00fd sneh s ostr\u00fdmi \u0161pi\u010dkami.<br \/>\nDo \u017e\u013atkovej masy zamie\u0161ame m\u00faku, mlet\u00e9 orechy a olej. V\u0161etko dobre premie\u0161ame a nakoniec rezav\u00fdmi pohybmi , zapracujeme sneh.<br \/>\nAk m\u00e1me, tak si priprav\u00edme\u00a0 tri rovnako ve\u013ek\u00e9 plechy a vylo\u017e\u00edme papierom na pe\u010denie.\u00a0 Cesto rozdel\u00edme na tri \u010dasti a rovnomerne rozotrieme na plechy,<br \/>\nAk nem\u00e1me tri, tak pe\u010dieme postupne\u00a0 po jednom.<br \/>\nPlech vlo\u017e\u00edme do predhriatej r\u00fary, zv\u00fd\u0161ime teplotu na 210 stup\u0148ov a pe\u010dieme cca 6 min\u00fat.<br \/>\nStr\u00e1\u017ete si to podal svojho spotrebi\u010da.<br \/>\nTieto tenk\u00e9 cest\u00e1 pe\u010dieme na vy\u0161\u0161ej teplote a kr\u00e1tko. Keby sme ich piekli na ni\u017e\u0161ej a dlho, tak by bezn\u00e1dejne vyschli. Vy\u0161\u0161ie cest\u00e1 pe\u010dieme naopak na ni\u017e\u0161ej a dlh\u0161ie.<br \/>\nUpe\u010den\u00e9 cest\u00e1, stiahneme z plechu , nech\u00e1me vychladn\u00fa\u0165 aby boli letn\u00e9 a e\u0161te s papierom ich pouklad\u00e1me na seba.<br \/>\nJa som raz ten posledn\u00fd pl\u00e1t dala tak\u00fd hor\u00faci a pri\u0161iel mi rovno na spodok.<br \/>\nCel\u00fd sa odparil a bol lepkav\u00fd . Preto ich nech\u00e1vajte trochu vychladn\u00fa\u0165.<br \/>\nA ideme na kr\u00e9m.<br \/>\nCel\u00e9 vajcia d\u00e1me\u00a0 ve\u013ekej sklenenej misy.<br \/>\nPrimie\u0161ame cukor a \u0161\u013eaha\u010dom som \u0161\u013eahala dobr\u00fdch 5 min\u00fat.<br \/>\nMedzit\u00fdm mi zovrela voda v kastr\u00f3le a ja som polo\u017eila na paru misu s vajcami.<br \/>\nElektrick\u00fd \u0161\u013eaha\u010d vymen\u00edme za metli\u010dku.<br \/>\nMetli\u010dkujeme.\u00a0 (mami ako dlho to m\u00e1m mie\u0161a\u0165&#8230;&#8230;&#8220;str\u010d do toho prst a ke\u010f je to hor\u00face, \u017ee ho neudr\u017e\u00ed\u0161, tak dovtedy&#8220;)<br \/>\nS t\u00fdm str\u010den\u00fdm prstom je to na figu rada. V BB m\u00e1m misu ve\u013ek\u00fa,\u00a0 tam sa to prehreje raz dva.<br \/>\nV Mn\u00edchove m\u00e1me ale mal\u00fa a m\u00e1m t\u00fdch vajec a\u017e do plna a tam to ide pomal\u0161ie.<br \/>\nNiekedy to par\u00edm aj 20 min\u00fat, niekedy krat\u0161ie. Viem \u017ee t\u00fdch 20 min\u00fat je ve\u013ea, ale tak mi to nejako vych\u00e1dza.<br \/>\nV BB som tento z\u00e1kusok nepiekla u\u017e ani nepama\u0165\u00e1m a v\u00f4bec to neviem odhadn\u00fa\u0165, ako dlho to tam m\u00e1m.<br \/>\nMetli\u010dkou stierame boky a strk\u00e1me prst.<br \/>\nKe\u010f je masa dostato\u010dn\u00e9 tepl\u00e1, cukor pusten\u00fd a m\u00e1 konzistenciu ako vymie\u0161an\u00fd jogurt, tak je to dobr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e1me dolu z pary a metli\u010dkou mie\u0161ame, k\u00fdm kr\u00e9m nevychladne. Nesta\u010d\u00ed odlo\u017ei\u0165 a necha\u0165 vychladn\u00fa\u0165, mus\u00ed chladn\u00fa\u0165 premie\u0161an\u00edm.<br \/>\nAbsol\u00fatne netu\u0161\u00edm pre\u010do. Ja to nech\u00e1m v chlade a ob\u010das premie\u0161ame.<br \/>\nMaslo mus\u00ed by\u0165 zm\u00e4knut\u00e9 a izbovej teploty.<br \/>\nNakr\u00e1jame obidve kocky do misy a pre\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me ho, aby sme ho rozbili.<br \/>\nPrid\u00e1me k nemu tretinu uvaren\u00e9ho kr\u00e9mu a za\u010dneme\u00a0 \u0161\u013eaha\u0165 na n\u00edzkych obr\u00e1tkach, ke\u010f za\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me v\u0161etko, m\u00f4\u017eeme prida\u0165 tretinu , za\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me a prid\u00e1me posledn\u00fa tretinu.<br \/>\n\u0160\u013eaha\u0165 tieto varen\u00e9 kr\u00e9my je o\u0161emetn\u00e1 z\u00e1le\u017eitos\u0165.<br \/>\nOni toti\u017eto redn\u00fa.<br \/>\n\u0160\u013eah\u00e1te, \u0161\u013eah\u00e1te a st\u00e1le si mysl\u00edte, \u017ee e\u0161te trochu treba a n\u00e1hle. Riedky kr\u00e9m !!!!!<br \/>\n\u0160\u013eahajte na n\u00edzkych obr\u00e1tkach a nie viac ako 10 min\u00fat, maxim\u00e1lne 12.<\/p>\n<p>Do hotov\u00e9ho kr\u00e9mu zamie\u0161ame mlet\u00e9 orechy a dochut\u00edme pod\u013ea seba rumom.<br \/>\nKe\u010f d\u00e1te do kr\u00e9mu alkohol, tak ho u\u017e v \u017eiadnom pr\u00edpade ne\u0161\u013eahajte, za\u010dal by ten kr\u00e9m redn\u00fa\u0165 a zni\u010d\u00edte si ho.<br \/>\nDajte pre istotu len ly\u017eicu a tou istou ly\u017eicou ho len do kr\u00e9mu zamie\u0161ajte a dos\u0165. Rad\u0161ej ten rum pou\u017eite na vykropenie pl\u00e1tov.<br \/>\nZ pl\u00e1tov cesta, odstr\u00e1nime opatrne papier.\u00a0 Prv\u00fd polo\u017e\u00edme, vykrop\u00edme rumom a natrieme v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu tretinu kr\u00e9mu, priklop\u00edme \u010fal\u0161\u00edm pl\u00e1tom, ten vykrop\u00edme rumom, natrieme rovnak\u00fa vrstvu kr\u00e9mu a priklop\u00edme tret\u00edm pl\u00e1tom. Ten vykrop\u00edme rumom, potrieme poslednou \u010das\u0165ou kr\u00e9mu a ten posypeme mlet\u00fdmi orechmi.
