Cukr\u00e1re\u0148 v ktorej piekla,\u00a0 bola v BB najprest\u00ed\u017enej\u0161ia a \u0160OI si u nich pod\u00e1vali k\u013eu\u010dky a nemohli nikdy ni\u010d vytkn\u00fa\u0165, jej cukr\u00e1rskemu umeniu. Ke\u010f som h\u013eadala v jej star\u00fdch zo\u0161itoch recepty, na\u0161la som tam z\u00e1pis z jednej kontroly, kde jej preva\u017eovali z\u00e1kusky, \u010di maj\u00fa spr\u00e1vnu gram\u00e1\u017e. Bolo nap\u00edsan\u00e9, \u017ee otvorili chladiarensky box, vybrali pokr\u00e1jan\u00e9 pl\u00e1ty. Pokr\u00e1jan\u00e9 kusy,\u00a0 sp\u013a\u0148ali v\u017edy predp\u00edsan\u00fa hmotnos\u0165 a\u00a0 pani poznamenala, \u017ee t\u00e1to cukr\u00e1re\u0148 bola ur\u010dite o ich kontrole potajomky informovan\u00e1, inak to nie je mo\u017en\u00e9. Primie\u0161ame m\u00faku<br \/>\nStarostlivo umyjeme metli\u010dky a do bielok prid\u00e1me \u0161tipku soli. \u0160\u013eah\u00e1me k\u00fdm nem\u00e1me m\u00e4kk\u00fd sneh a vsypeme u\u0161etren\u00fd cukor. Vy\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me pevn\u00fd sneh.<br \/>\nSneh zapracujeme do \u017e\u013atkov\u00e9ho cesta.<br \/>\nCesto prelo\u017e\u00edme do hlbok\u00e9ho plechu , na papier na pe\u010denie.<br \/>\nD\u00e1me piec\u0165 do prehriatej r\u00fary na cca 190 stup\u0148ov.<br \/>\nUpe\u010den\u00fd pl\u00e1t po vychladnut\u00ed prekroj\u00edme po d\u013a\u017eke, polo\u017e\u00edme polovice na seba a pokr\u00e1jame na hranoly.<br \/>\nPri druhej mase postupujeme \u00faplne rovnako.<br \/>\n8 vajec oddel\u00edme, do \u017e\u013atkov prid\u00e1me polovicu cukru a 10 ly\u017e\u00edc vody. Vy\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me. Zamie\u0161ame m\u00faku.<br \/>\nBielka vy\u0161lah\u00e1me s druhou polovicou cukru do pevn\u00e9ho snehu.<br \/>\nZmie\u0161ame sneh so \u017e\u013atkami a cel\u00fa masu rozdel\u00edme na dve casti. Ka\u017ed\u00fa \u010das\u0165 rozrieme na 2 plechy s papierom na pe\u010denie a upe\u010dieme dve cest\u00e1.<br \/>\nUvar\u00edme si sirup&#8230;.vodu zmie\u0161ame s cukrom a uvar\u00edme, k\u00fdm sa cukor nerozpust\u00ed.<br \/>\nSirup rozdel\u00edme do dvoch misiek a do jednej vlejeme rum, griotku a \u010derven\u00e9 farbivo. M\u00e1 sa prid\u00e1va\u0165 po kvapk\u00e1ch, ale mamka tam rovno vliala najprv jednu ly\u017eicu farby, omo\u010dila k\u00fasok hranolu, aby videla ako ho sirup zafarb\u00ed a potom e\u0161te trochu farby pridala.<br \/>\nPrv\u00e9 cesto stiahneme z papiera a vlo\u017e\u00edme naspa\u0165 do plechu&#8230;potrieme ho pikantn\u00fdm lekv\u00e1rom&#8230;my sme dali marhu\u013eov\u00fd.<br \/>\nNa tento pl\u00e1t striedavo uklad\u00e1me hranoly, namo\u010den\u00e9 raz v \u010dervenom sirupe, raz v bielom.
