Moja bavorsk\u00e1 suseda tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee ona ho var\u00ed odjak\u017eiva a v \u017eivote nebola v \u0161t\u00e1te Dur\u00ednsko.\u00a0 Ale potom uznala, \u017ee to karamelizovan\u00e9 jablko veru ned\u00e1va.\u00a0 U n\u00e1s, na Slovensku , pivn\u00e1 trad\u00edcia v jedle, nie je a\u017e tak\u00e1 v\u00fdrazn\u00e1 a za\u010dala som ho viac po\u017e\u00edva\u0165 v mojej kuchyni, a\u017e ke\u010f som sa privydala do mojej \u010deskej rodiny a m\u00f4\u017eem poveda\u0165, \u017ee s pivom var\u00edm rad\u0161ej ako s v\u00ednom. Cibulu nakr\u00e1jame na rebr\u00e1, cesnak nasek\u00e1me. Kore\u0148ov\u00fa zeleninu nakr\u00e1jame na kocky.<br \/>\nM\u00e4so pokr\u00e1jame na kocky.<br \/>\nV hlbokom kastr\u00f3le rozohrejeme orech masla a 3 PL oleja.<br \/>\nNa tuku ope\u010dieme zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch str\u00e1n m\u00e4so. Rozhrnieme ho do str\u00e1n a do stredu d\u00e1me cibu\u013eu\u00a0 a cesnak. Z\u013eahka porestujeme.<br \/>\nNakoniec prid\u00e1me zeleninu.<br \/>\nV\u0161etko d\u00f4kladne premie\u0161ame a podus\u00edme nejak\u00fdch 5 min\u00fat.<br \/>\nV\u0161etko posol\u00edme, opaprikujeme a okoren\u00edme. Prid\u00e1me rascu a major\u00e1nku.<\/p>\n<p>Ja major\u00e1nku prid\u00e1vam do jedla, a\u017e nakoniec, preto\u017ee ma mami\u010dka u\u010dila, \u017ee m\u00f4\u017ee zhorkn\u00fa\u0165. Tu som si pomyslela, \u017ee s pivom , ktor\u00e9 m\u00e1 v sebe tro\u0161ku horkosti, tak by to nemuselo vadi\u0165&#8230;ak teda ozaj zhorkne. Bolo to v poriadku&#8230;.ale ak Vy m\u00e1te svoje pochybnosti, tak ju k\u013eudne pridajte a\u017e na z\u00e1ver.<br \/>\nNakoniec vmie\u0161ame hor\u010dicu a m\u00faku.<br \/>\nOchuten\u00e9 jedlo znovu d\u00f4kladne premie\u0161ame a podlejeme pivom. Dolejeme vriacou vodou , tak aby bolo v\u0161etko ponoren\u00e9.<br \/>\nPrivedieme v\u0161etko k varu, prikryjeme pokrievkou a st\u00ed\u0161ime zdroj tepla.<br \/>\nDus\u00edme a\u017e k\u00fdm nie je m\u00e4so m\u00e4kku\u010dk\u00e9.\u00a0 Asi raz som e\u0161te podliala vriacou vodou. Mne sta\u010dilo 50 min\u00fat, mala som fakt super m\u00e4so. Vy si to str\u00e1\u017ete pod\u013ea seba.<br \/>\nJablk\u00e1 o\u0161\u00fapeme, zbav\u00edme jadrinca a pokr\u00e1jame na kocky.<br \/>\nV kastr\u00f3liku rozohrejem maslo, prid\u00e1me cukor, mie\u0161ame a\u017e k\u00fdm nie je cukor roztopen\u00fd.<br \/>\nNa cukrov\u00fd z\u00e1klad vhod\u00edme jablko, posypeme tro\u0161ku tymi\u00e1nom\u00a0 a podus\u00edme ho k\u00fdm nezm\u00e4kne a neskaramelizuje.<br \/>\nHotov\u00e9 porcie jedla posypeme jablkov\u00fdmi kockami.<br \/>\nPokrm m\u00e1 \u00fa\u017easnu tmav\u00fa a hust\u00fa om\u00e1\u010dku a s t\u00fdm jalbkom chut\u00ed fantasticky.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1 sa pod\u00e1va\u0165 <a href=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/?p=3746\" target=\"_blank\">s t\u00fdmito knedlami<\/a>, ale ja som podavala najprv s oby\u010dajn\u00fdm chlebom a na druh\u00fd de\u0148 som k tomu uvarila cestoviny. Nejako sa mi nechcelo rie\u0161i\u0165 pr\u00edlohu, tak som si to u\u013eah\u010dila.
