Ohromne sa mi p\u00e1\u010dil.\u00a0 Ten jej pek\u00e1\u010d mi pri\u0161iel nesmierne fotogenick\u00fd. Pri\u0161iel mi v niektor\u00fdch krokoch komplikovan\u00fd, tak som ho robila po svojom. No a niektor\u00e9 veci som doplnila \u00faplne. O\u010dist\u00edme , pokr\u00e1jame na \u0161tvr\u0165ky a d\u00e1me varit do osolenej vody. Ke\u010f za\u010dn\u00fa vrie\u0165, nech\u00e1me ich 10 min\u00fat a potom ich odced\u00edme a nech\u00e1me prikryt\u00e9. Asi 100 ml vody si odlo\u017e\u00edme bokom.<br \/>\nJa som zemiaky nepredvarila a bola som z\u00fafala&#8230;nedo\u0161lo mi, \u017ee varenie v paradajkovej \u0161\u0165ave bude asi tak\u00e9, ako vari\u0165 v kyslej kapuste.\u00a0 Nemala som s t\u00fdm sk\u00fasenos\u0165 a tak sa mi kv\u00f4li nepredvaren\u00fdm zemiakom,\u00a0 pred\u013a\u017eil enormne \u010das pe\u010denia, zemiaky boli neust\u00e1le tvrd\u00e9. Ke\u010f budem robi\u0165 nabud\u00face, tak ich ur\u010dite predvar\u00edm&#8230;.a opakova\u0165 budem ur\u010dite.<br \/>\nDo kastr\u00f3la d\u00e1me nasekan\u00fa cibu\u013eu, orestujeme ju a prid\u00e1me mlet\u00e9 m\u00e4so a nastr\u00fahan\u00fa mrkvu. M\u00e4so restujeme k\u00fdm sa nerozpad\u00e1, raz som aj m\u00e1lo podliala hor\u00facou vodou. Rajnicu po restovan\u00ed neum\u00fdvame.<br \/>\nNech\u00e1me m\u00e4so trochu vychladn\u00fa\u0165 a ochut\u00edme ho so\u013eou, \u010derstvo mlet\u00fdm koren\u00edm a \u00fadenou paprikou.<br \/>\nT\u00e1 \u00faden\u00e1 paprika dala tomu m\u00e4su naozaj skvel\u00fa , nov\u00fa chu\u0165,\u00a0\u00a0 po uvaren\u00ed som ju a\u017e tak nepostrehla.<br \/>\nPrelisujeme cesnak a nakoniec prid\u00e1me nasekan\u00fa petr\u017elenov\u00fa v\u0148a\u0165.<br \/>\nPrekvapilo ma, \u017ee sa nepridalo vajce a tak som pre\u0161la viacero rcp na podobne plnen\u00fa papriku&#8230;.v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou sa to vajce ned\u00e1va, aj ke\u010f niekde ano. Robila som pod\u013ea Zoki, tak\u017ee som ho nedala ani ja.<br \/>\nPlnka chutila skvele&#8230;.fakt skvele. Nesmierne som ocenila to, \u017ee to nebola t\u00e1 klasick\u00e1 fa\u0161\u00edrkov\u00e1 chu\u0165.<br \/>\nPapriky som mala len ve\u013ek\u00e9,\u00a0 lep\u0161ie by boli men\u0161ie, ale mal\u00e9 som mala len biele tenkostenn\u00e9 a tu sa \u017eiadaju sk\u00f4r tie m\u00e4sitej\u0161ie odrody.\u00a0 Potom ma napadlo, \u017ee som ich mohla jednoducho zreza\u0165 na spodku, aspo\u0148 by mali pevnej\u0161iu z\u00e1klad\u0148u.\u00a0 O\u010disten\u00e9 papriky napln\u00edme. <a href=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/paprika-napln.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-6061\" alt=\"paprika napln\" src=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/paprika-napln-150x150.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/paprika-napln-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/paprika-napln-50x50.jpg 50w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nDno pek\u00e1\u010da pokrop\u00edme olejom a pouklad\u00e1me kolieska o\u010distenej cibule. Pouklad\u00e1me naplnen\u00e9 papriky a prikryjeme ich klob\u00fa\u010dikami. Klob\u00fa\u010diky som e\u0161te pokropila olejom.<br \/>\nDo rajnice po restovan\u00ed vlejeme zemiakov\u00fa vodu a privedieme k varu. Vlejeme pas\u00edrovan\u00e9 paradajky a nech\u00e1me prehria\u0165.<br \/>\nPod\u013ea svojej chuti osol\u00edme, okoren\u00edme, znovu som dala t\u00fa \u00faden\u00fa papriku a nejak\u00e9 talianske su\u0161en\u00e9 bylinky. Ja som to neurobila, ale nabud\u00face by som vysk\u00fa\u0161ala do om\u00e1\u010dky prida\u0165 aj ly\u017eicu cukru. Ten cukor som do rozpisu nedala, nech\u00e1m to na V\u00e1s. Ako p\u00ed\u0161em&#8230;nabud\u00face ho prid\u00e1m.<br \/>\nDo pek\u00e1\u010da pomedzi papriky , pouklad\u00e1me\u00a0 zemiaky a nakoniec v\u0161etko prelejeme om\u00e1\u010dkou.
