Kuch\u00e1r vytla\u010d\u00ed pomlet\u00e9, ochuten\u00e9 m\u00e4so z \u010drievka vytvaruje gu\u013eky a tie sa zav\u00e1raju. M\u00e4so je ochuten\u00e9 a pripraven\u00e9 na spracovanie. Ve\u013emi jednoduch\u00e9 a \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9. Tak\u017ee som do minestrone zavarila bratwurstkl\u00f6\u00dfchen. Bohu\u017eia\u013e aj v lete sa mus\u00ed jes\u0165 a toto je naozaj pr\u00e1ca hrou. Su take jemnejsie. Tie vytla\u010d\u00edm z \u010drievka a urobim z prejtu gulky, mo\u017eno ako men\u0161ie vla\u0161sk\u00e9 orechy. D\u00e1me vari\u0165 vodu s ly\u017ei\u010dkou soli a ke\u010f za\u010dne vrie\u0165, pokladieme do nej gu\u013eky. Nech\u00e1me ich vari\u0165 nejakych 15 min\u00fat a potom vodu vypneme. Fazu\u013ek\u00e1m odstr\u00e1nime koncov\u00e9 \u010dasti a rozkr\u00e1jame na ve\u013ekos\u0165 jedn\u00e9ho hryzu.<br \/>\nNo a cibu\u013eu posek\u00e1me, huby napl\u00e1tkujeme a bylinky tie\u017e nasek\u00e1me.\u00a0 Paradajky rozkr\u00e1jame na kocky.<br \/>\nP\u00f4jde to ur\u010dite r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie v skuto\u010dnosti, ako \u010das potrebn\u00fd na popis \ud83d\ude00<br \/>\nRozohrejeme olej, popra\u017e\u00edme cibu\u013eu, prid\u00e1me feniklov\u00e9 semen\u00e1 a bobkov\u00fd list. Potom prid\u00e1me pl\u00e1tky h\u00fab, dolejeme a nech\u00e1me bubla\u0165 \u010fa\u013e\u0161\u00edch 15 min\u00fat.<br \/>\nVodu prilievajte tak, aby nebola z toho klasick\u00e1 riedka zeleninov\u00e1 polievka, ale fakt hust\u00e1. Toto jedlo supluje aj hlavn\u00e9 jedlo.<br \/>\nNa z\u00e1ver som vy\u017em\u00fdkala do polievky limetu. Niekoho to m\u00f4\u017ee \u0161okova\u0165, tak\u017ee sk\u00faste najsk\u00f4r len polovi\u010dku a uvid\u00edte.
