Ke\u010f som si kupovala \u010dasopis s receptami z nemeck\u00fdch regi\u00f3nov, padol mi do oka ako prv\u00fd, \u010do ur\u010dite budem robi\u0165. Poch\u00e1dza z Br\u00e9m a pri jeho pe\u010den\u00ed som si teda v\u00fdrazne u\u013eah\u010dila pr\u00e1cu, \u010do sa t\u00fdka postupu. Za mojim postupom budem do z\u00e1tvoriek p\u00edsa\u0165 , pre zauj\u00edmavos\u0165 , ten postup z p\u00f4vodn\u00e9ho rcp. Ten ich br\u00e9msky je tak\u00fd prplavej\u0161\u00ed, pou\u017e\u00edvali len svoje ruky na miesenie a ja bez tej pek\u00e1rne u\u017e h\u00e1dam ani dobr\u00e9 kysnut\u00e9 cesto nevymie\u0161am \ud83d\ude00 Raz ked dojde k takej dobe, \u017ee elektrika nebude, nebude tiect voda a budeme odk\u00e1zan\u00ed na slnie\u010dko, vietor a d\u00e1\u017ed&#8230;no&#8230;ale h\u00e1dam, \u017ee v tej dobe budem rada, ked si d\u00e1m do \u00fast oby\u010dajn\u00fd zemiak&#8230;a nie kol\u00e1\u010de od v\u00fdmyslu sveta. Pou\u017eila som mal\u00fd hlbok\u00fd plech&#8230;vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 rozmery mal 20 x 20 cm. Kol\u00e1\u010d bol dostato\u010dne vysok\u00fd.\u00a0 Na obr\u00e1zku v \u010dasopise bol ten kol\u00e1\u010d ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ako s\u00fa moje. Neb\u00e1la by som sa pou\u017ei\u0165 naozaj nejak\u00fd v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed hlbok\u00fd plech.<br \/>\nKysl\u00fa smotanu vylo\u017e\u00edme, nech\u00e1me zahria\u0165, aby bola minim\u00e1lne izbovej teploty (v p\u00f4vobnom rcp ju d\u00e1vali ohria\u0165 na chv\u00ed\u013eu do r\u00fary). Mne sta\u010dil balk\u00f3n s 30 stup\u0148ami v tieni.<br \/>\nV smotane dobre rozmie\u0161ame vajce. V 50 ml teplej vody, rozmie\u0161amie cukor a dro\u017edie. Nech\u00e1me ho post\u00e1\u0165, k\u00fdm sa d\u00f4kladne nespen\u00ed.\u00a0 (V PR pou\u017eili cel\u00fa kocku \u017eiv\u00e9ho dro\u017edia a to rozmrvili po m\u00fake a zasypali cukrom, pokropili vodou a zmie\u0161ali. Takto tvrd\u00e9 cesto nechali v teple post\u00e1\u0165 30 min\u00fat)<br \/>\nNa dno n\u00e1doby vylejeme smotanu, spenen\u00fd kv\u00e1sok, prisypeme m\u00faku, hrozienka\u00a0 a zapneme program cesto. Ten n\u00e1m cesto vymie\u0161a a vykysne. Som zvedav\u00e1 kde n\u00e1jdem \u0161katu\u013eku v ktorej m\u00e1m ampulky s pr\u00edchu\u0165ami. Minule som upratovala a na\u0161la som pre \u0148u jedno super miesto, akur\u00e1t si neviem spomen\u00fa\u0165, kde to super miesto asi tak je. &#8230;<br \/>\nNo nasp\u00e4\u0165 ku kol\u00e1\u010du, tak\u017ee do cukru kvapneme p\u00e1r kvapiek pr\u00edchute&#8230;a 3 \u00b4PL vody. Ja som e\u0161te p\u00e1r kvapiek vody pridala.
