Za prv\u00e9&#8230;netu\u0161il, ak\u00fd je to zapr\u00e1van\u00fd kaler\u00e1b&#8230;ke\u010f som mu to pop\u00edsala, tak sa buchol do \u010dela&#8230;ahaaa, Ty mysl\u00ed\u0161 kedlubnov\u00e9 zel\u00ed. Po slovensky kaler\u00e1bov\u00e1 kapusta. Potom som ostala v pomykove aj ja, lebo e\u0161te z \u010dias mojich aktiv\u00edt na Topreceptoch\u00a0 som mala asi 3 rcp, ulo\u017een\u00fdch v &#8222;na vysk\u00fa\u0161anie&#8220; a na\u010disto na ne zabudla. Moja predstava o kaler\u00e1bovej kapuste bola tak\u00e1, \u017ee do kapusty sa struhne kaler\u00e1b a dodus\u00ed sa.\u00a0 Vyhrabala som tie odlo\u017een\u00e9 rcp a ajh\u013ea nie je to tak. A tak mi pr\u00edde celkom zm\u00e4ten\u00fd n\u00e1zov&#8230;kaler\u00e1bov\u00e1 kapusta&#8230;ke\u010f to okolo kapusty ani nechodilo. No nie&#8230;nie je to osso&#8230;.ktor\u00e9 je z\u00e1sadne z te\u013eacieho&#8230;toto je u\u017e hov\u00e4dzia kli\u017eka s kos\u0165ou. \ud83d\ude00<br \/>\nPl\u00e1tky osol\u00edme, opaprikujeme, okoren\u00edme, ja som posypala e\u0161te su\u0161en\u00fdm cesnakom a cibu\u013eou. M\u00e4so z obidvoch str\u00e1n ope\u010dieme do tmavozlata.<br \/>\nTu som zistila, \u017ee som nenarezala m\u00e4so po obvode a za\u010dalo sa mi kr\u00fatit, ale po\u010das dusenia sa to vyrovnalo. Tak\u017ee ked chcete, tak pred opekan\u00edm pl\u00e1ty po bokoch nare\u017ete.<br \/>\nDajte si zovrie\u0165 vodu a ope\u010den\u00e9 rezne podlejeme. Nepodlievala som ve\u013emi, len tak do polovice. Panvicou prikryjeme,\u00a0 dus\u00edme, za ob\u010dasn\u00e9ho podliatia. Vodu som nikdy nedoliala tak, aby mi to m\u00e4so v nej pl\u00e1valo. Prid\u00e1me dve\u00a0\u00a0 ly\u017eice cukru a mie\u0161ame k\u00fdm sa \u00faplne neroztop\u00ed a tro\u0161ku nezhnedne.<br \/>\nPrid\u00e1me nastr\u00fahan\u00fd kaler\u00e1b , posol\u00edme a orasc\u00edme.
