Ke\u010f som si na\u0161la Dobr\u00e9ho Man\u017eela a zistila som, \u017ee on \u0161pen\u00e1t miluje, tak som si od radosti pohopkala a hned mi dal aj ich ob\u013e\u00faben\u00fd rodinn\u00fd rcp na <a href=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/?p=1096\" target=\"_blank\">\u0161pen\u00e1tov\u00e9 omelety<\/a>. A\u017e do minul\u00e9ho roka som varila v\u00fdhradne zo zmrazen\u00e9ho \u0161pen\u00e1tu, ale u\u017e som za\u010dala aj s \u010derstv\u00e9ho.<br \/>\nTento recept je absol\u00fatna bomba&#8230;.nie\u010do nenorm\u00e1lne dobr\u00e9, tak dlho\u00a0 som sa priberala, aby som ho uvarila a nie a nie sa do toho pusti\u0165.\u00a0 Konkr\u00e9tne od tohtoro\u010dn\u00e9ho febru\u00e1ra. Suroviny som si nak\u00fapila h\u00e1dam 3x a 3x som ich pou\u017eila\u00a0 tesne pred uplynut\u00edm d\u00e1tumu spotreby, na nie\u010do in\u00e9. No stra\u0161ne dlho mi to trvalo.<br \/>\nV\u010dera som sa kone\u010dne dokopala&#8230;&#8230;\u013eudia moji&#8230;..Dobr\u00fd Man\u017eel, ktor\u00fd za prv\u00e9.. nem\u00e1 r\u00e1d modr\u00fd syr, za druh\u00e9&#8230;nem\u00e1 r\u00e1d zapekan\u00e9 jedl\u00e1 so syrom&#8230;za tretie bohvieako nem\u00e1 r\u00e1d makar\u00f3ny&#8230;veru kol\u00e1\u010d mal u neho hne\u010f tri handicapy&#8230;.aj tak sa nad n\u00edm rozpl\u00fdval. V tom pr\u00edpade doporu\u010dujem tvrd\u00e9 maslo nastr\u00faha\u0165. S cestom sa nehr\u00e1me, \u017eiadne ve\u013ek\u00e9 vymie\u0161avanie. Akur\u00e1t \u010do sa cesto spoj\u00ed.\u00a0 Robot na to potreboval len p\u00e1r ot\u00e1\u010diek. Gu\u013eu cesta, tak ako som ju vybrala z n\u00e1doby, tak som ju dala do s\u00e1\u010dku a na chv\u00ed\u013eu dala do chladni\u010dky. Tak\u017ee tam prelisujem ostatn\u00fd cesnak a pod\u013ea Va\u0161ej chuti si to oso\u013ete.<br \/>\nMakar\u00f3ny pou\u017eite kvalitn\u00e9 a varte ich 10 min\u00fat vo vriacej a osolenej vode&#8230;.po uvaren\u00ed ich preced\u00edme a prelejeme studenou vodou.<br \/>\nDo vy\u0161\u0161ej n\u00e1doby vlejeme smotanu, mlieko, prid\u00e1me tri vajcia a na mal\u00e9 kocky nakr\u00e1jan\u00fa gorgonzolu. Ja som e\u0161te ochutila pol ly\u017ei\u010dkou soli. Ponorn\u00fdm mix\u00e9rom som premixovala mlie\u010dnu zmes, ak V\u00e1m ostanu hrudky syra&#8230;to nevad\u00ed, on sa roztop\u00ed pri pe\u010den\u00ed.<br \/>\nCesto vyberieme z chladu, podsypeme m\u00fakou a cez igelitov\u00fd s\u00e1\u010dok rozva\u013ek\u00e1me do okr\u00fahlej formy.\u00a0 Cesto mus\u00ed by\u0165 aj na bokoch formy. Je mo\u017en\u00e9 , \u017ee sa V\u00e1m bude cesto trha\u0165 a nebude sa v\u00e1m da\u0165 prenies\u0165&#8230;.toto sa mne v mojich zaciatkoch robilo pravidelne. V\u00f4bec si s t\u00fdm nel\u00e1mte hlavu, a cesto tam naskladajte aj potrhan\u00e9 a prstami potom tie trhance zacelte. Hlavne nech je rovnomerne hrub\u00e9.<br \/>\nFormu pred naskladan\u00edm cesta vyma\u017eeme maslom a vysypeme m\u00fakou.<br \/>\nNa cesto , do \u0161pir\u00e1ly, pouklad\u00e1me tretinu makar\u00f3nov. Kladieme ich nahusto ved\u013ea seba. Ly\u017eicou po makar\u00f3noch pokladieme tretinu mlie\u010dnej zmesi. Ak m\u00e1te v mlieku hrudky syra, tak dbajte aby sa rovnomerne dostali do ka\u017edej vrstvy. Na mokr\u00fa vrstvu rozde\u013ete polovicu udusen\u00e9ho \u0161pen\u00e1tu. Ak m\u00e1te doma cimprlichov (ako ja), ktor\u00fd trvaj\u00fa na teplom k\u00fasku, tak rad\u0161ej tortu najprv ostr\u00fdm no\u017eom pokr\u00e1jajte a a\u017e tie ohrievajte.<br \/>\nTorta je na reze n\u00e1dherne \u010dlenen\u00e1 a e\u0161te n\u00e1dhernej\u0161ie chut\u00ed.\u00a0 Konzumuje sa ve\u013emi \u013eahko, vrchn\u00e1 vrstva dr\u017e\u00ed pokope a nesklzuje.
