Ale vskutku som objavila&#8230;aspo\u0148 \u010do sa mojej slovenskej rodiny t\u00fdka. O rozdieloch medzi kuchy\u0148ou mojej Dobrej Svokry a mojej Dobrej Mami\u010dky som u\u017e p\u00edsala xkr\u00e1t. A neust\u00e1le ich o\u010daren\u00e1 nach\u00e1dzam&#8230;.napr\u00edklad&#8230;.Ke\u010f sme boli naposledy v Jihlave, DS n\u00e1m upiekla koleno&#8230;absol\u00fatne \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9, dokonalos\u0165 sama. Ke\u010f sme boli minule na v\u00fdlete, dali sme si obed vo vyhl\u00e1senej bavorskej kr\u010dme . So spomienkou na to jihlavsk\u00e9 koleno, som si v Zemi, ktor\u00e1 pe\u010den\u00e9 koleno vymyslela a\u00a0 priviedla k \u0161pi\u010dke, objednala t\u00fato \u0161pecialitku. Tak bolo skvel\u00e9, malo n\u00e1dherne chrumkav\u00fa k\u00f4rku, odde\u013eovalo sa od kosti a jeho ochuten\u00e9 m\u00e4so sa na jazyku rozpadalo&#8230;.ale to jihlavsk\u00e9&#8230;.to jihlavsk\u00e9 mi chutila nieko\u013ekon\u00e1sobne viac. Neviem, \u010di to bolo lok\u00e1lpatriotstvom,\u00a0 alebo t\u00fdm, \u017ee bolo prv\u00e9 a to bavorsk\u00e9 a\u017e druh\u00e9 v porad\u00ed jedenia&#8230;.skr\u00e1tka&#8230;.\u00c1kyna si v\u00ed\u0165az . \ud83d\ude00\u00a0 Do frasa, zase som odbehla. Alebo&#8230;.brav\u010dov\u00e9 kosti&#8230;.v Selciach by i\u0161li automaticky do gul\u00e1\u0161u, alebo do seged\u00ednu&#8230;.\u010d\u00edry v\u00fdvar s rezancami&#8230;.som z kost\u00ed u n\u00e1s jak\u017eiv nejedla&#8230;.No a DS t\u00e1 nede\u013en\u00fa polievku var\u00ed len z t\u00fdchto kost\u00ed&#8230;tie\u017e vynikaj\u00faci. U n\u00e1s sa skr\u00e1tka jed\u00e1valo hutnej\u0161ie&#8230;.a je to na n\u00e1s aj vidie\u0165, na rozdiel od tej \u010deskej strany, ktor\u00e1 sa k\u0155mi \u013eah\u0161ie \ud83d\ude00\u00a0 Tak som sa nechala in\u0161pirova\u0165 a odkladala som si kosti z kar\u00e9, z b\u00f4\u010dika a tak r\u00f4zne. Voda sa v hrnci len tak prevalovala, ani to nie&#8230;.Ak by V\u00e1m voda i\u0161la klokotom, tak to je ve\u013emi zle..bude to m\u00fat\u0148ava m\u00fatna. Pomal\u00fd a dlh\u00fd var zabezpe\u010d\u00ed aj silu v\u00fdvaru.<br \/>\nOb\u010das som pozbierala vyzr\u00e1\u017ean\u00e9 \u0161liamy, je to vyzr\u00e1\u017ean\u00e1 bielkovina&#8230;vraj. Voda, ktor\u00e1 bola na za\u010diatku ru\u017eov\u00e1, tak sa vy\u010dist\u00ed.<br \/>\nPo dvoch hodin\u00e1ch som o\u010distila dve\u00a0 ve\u013ek\u00e9 mkrvy, petr\u017elen, polovicu kaler\u00e1bu, \u0161alotku, \u010das\u0165 zelerovej bu\u013evy a k\u00e1piu.<br \/>\nZeleniu a paradajku\u00a0 vhod\u00edm ku kostiam , doliala som e\u0161te asi hrn\u010dek vody. Jaj&#8230;.a e\u0161te samozrejme \u0161tip\u013eav\u00fa papri\u010dku.<\/p>\n<p>Ke\u010f var\u00edm be\u017en\u00fd kurac\u00ed, alebo hov\u00e4dz\u00ed v\u00fdvar, tak \u0161tip\u013eav\u00fa papri\u010dku d\u00e1vam hne\u010f na za\u010diatku. Teraz som mala ale len habanero papri\u010dku&#8230;a to uzn\u00e1te, \u017ee je in\u00e1 k\u00e1va, ako fefer\u00f3nkovit\u00e9 srandi\u010dky\u00a0 :D, e\u0161te aj jalapeno stoj\u00ed za habanerom v \u00factivej vzdialenosti.\u00a0 K\u00fasok habanera som teda dala spolu so zeleninou a\u017e po t\u00fdch dvoch hodin\u00e1ch.<br \/>\nVar\u00edm \u010fa\u013e\u0161iu polhodinu, ob\u010das som ochutnala, \u010di bude po tom habanere polievka jedl\u00e1, ale bolo to v pohode, vyvarila som ju a\u017e do konca.\u00a0 Po polhodine bola zelenina super a mala som hotovo.<br \/>\nPolievku preced\u00edme cez hust\u00e9 sitko&#8230;.ja som tento \u00fakon zo z\u00e1budlivosti vynechala&#8230;.akur\u00e1t som ju ju precedila cez norm\u00e1lny cedn\u00edk. To hust\u00e9 sitko je celkom nutn\u00e9, kv\u00f4li zvy\u0161kov\u00fdm \u0161liamom&#8230;pre istotu.<br \/>\nHne\u010f ako som postavila polievku, tak som urobila z\u00e1varku.<br \/>\nPriprav\u00edme si palacinkov\u00e9 cesto pod\u013ea rozpisu surov\u00edn v \u00favode. Prid\u00e1me do neho nasekan\u00e9 bylinky.<br \/>\nOchuti\u0165 z\u00e1varku m\u00f4\u017eete \u010d\u00edm len chcete.<br \/>\nUpe\u010dieme na rozp\u00e1lenej panvici, vytretej olejom,\u00a0 be\u017en\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom palacinky.<br \/>\nPalacinky hne\u010f , akon\u00e1hle V\u00e1m neodpadn\u00fa ruky od teploty, napevno zarolujeme&#8230;naozaj ve\u013emi napevno. No a nech\u00e1me ich \u00faplne vychladn\u00fa\u0165.\u00a0 Slim\u00e1\u010diky kr\u00e1jame tesne pred pod\u00e1van\u00edm polievky a ned\u00e1vame ich hne\u010f do polievky&#8230;nech si ka\u017ed\u00fd nakladie s\u00e1m do polievky. Videla som to v nejakom variacom \u010dasopise a povedala som si, \u017ee to ur\u010dite raz tak vysk\u00fa\u0161am.<br \/>\nJe to skvel\u00fd n\u00e1pad&#8230;naozaj super, ve\u013ek\u00e9 ozvl\u00e1\u0161tnenie&#8230;..ur\u010dite sa toho nebojte.<\/p>\n<p>Polievka je skvel\u00e1 a t\u00fdm, \u017ee je hust\u00e1 od sal\u00e1my a celest\u00fdnskych rezancov, vynikaj\u00face zas\u00fdti.
