No&#8230;pokia\u013e si pam\u00e4t\u00e1m, tak mne boli such\u00e9 a ona pou\u017e\u00edvala na ich pr\u00edpravu, na tvrdo uvaren\u00e9 vajce, ktor\u00e9 ja v r\u00f4znych pokrmoch \u00faplne odmietam a jem ich len samostatne. A tak ich prestala robi\u0165 \u00faplne. V mojej dospelosti som sa im vyh\u00fdbala vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch z\u00e1vodn\u00fdch jed\u00e1l\u0148ach a ponuk\u00e1ch na jed\u00e1lnych l\u00edstkoch. V mojom poslednom zamestnan\u00ed som sa im tie\u017e vyh\u00fdbala obl\u00fakom, a\u017e som zistila, \u017ee kolegy\u0148a si ich objedn\u00e1vala na m\u00f4j k\u013e\u00fa\u010dik a nosila si ich domov, \u017ee jej nenorm\u00e1lne chutili. A raz som ich tak nejako ochutnala&#8230;.a fakt boli skvel\u00e9. Boli \u0161\u0165avnat\u00e9 a prid\u00e1vali do nich kysl\u00fa kapustu&#8230;.vtedy pred 20 rokmi to bolo nie\u010do nev\u00eddane. Tak som to bola skonzultova\u0165 s pani kuch\u00e1rkou a za\u010dala som ich robi\u0165 tak ako ma nau\u010dila.\u00a0 A tak som sa op\u00e4\u0165 vr\u00e1tila k franc\u00faz\u00e1kom&#8230;dovtedy k\u00fdm som si nevydala za Dobr\u00e9ho Man\u017eela. Z mne nezn\u00e1mych d\u00f4vodov&#8230;.<a href=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/?p=6019\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">.\u0161panielsku zemiakov\u00fa omeletu<\/a> miluje, ale toto do \u00fast ned\u00e1, \u010do by som mu na krk stupila.<br \/>\nAni neviem po ko\u013ek\u00fdch rokoch som ich varila a to len preto, \u017ee som v BB a mami\u010dka s ockom si iste pochutia. Btw&#8230;ke\u010f som sa p\u00fdtala mamky, ako robila zemiaky ona, tak vravela, \u017ee ona tie vaj\u00ed\u010dka neprid\u00e1vala do smotany, ale ich liala len tak. Var\u00edme k\u00fdm nie s\u00fa zemiaky takmer uvaren\u00e9. Sced\u00edme ich a nech\u00e1me \u00faplne vychladn\u00fa\u0165. Obielime ich.<br \/>\nCibu\u013eu o\u010dist\u00edme a nakr\u00e1jame na tenu\u010dk\u00e9 rebr\u00e1.<br \/>\n\u0160peka\u010dky, alebo klob\u00e1sky, ktor\u00e9 pou\u017eijete, ak sa V\u00e1m bude da\u0165, tak stiahnite z \u010drievka a nakr\u00e1jajte na kolieska. Ale ak vytriete a vysypete&#8230;.s rados\u0165ou si spomeniete na tento krok, ke\u010f budete pek\u00e1\u010d um\u00fdva\u0165. \ud83d\ude00<br \/>\nDno pek\u00e1\u010da vylo\u017e\u00edme kolieskami z uvaren\u00fdch zemiakov,\u00a0 z\u013eahka posol\u00edme a posypeme \u010derstvo mlet\u00fdm koren\u00edm, pouklad\u00e1me polovicu cibu\u013eov\u00fdch koliesok a polovicu \u00fadeninov\u00fdch koliesok.\u00a0 Na \u00fadeninu rozlo\u017e\u00edme vy\u017em\u00fdkan\u00fa kysl\u00fa kapustu.<br \/>\nD\u00e1me \u010fal\u0161iu vrstvu zemiakov\u00fdch koliesok, posol\u00edme,\u00a0 rozlo\u017e\u00edme rovnomerne zbytok cibule a \u00fadeniny.<br \/>\nAko posledn\u00fa vrstvu d\u00e1me zemiaky, ale u\u017e nie ako kolieska, ale pretla\u010d\u00edme ich cez kockat\u00e9 sitko na \u0161al\u00e1t.<br \/>\nPosol\u00edme, okoren\u00edme.<br \/>\nV smotane roz\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me vaj\u00ed\u010dka a pol ly\u017ei\u010dky soli.<br \/>\nPolovicu vaje\u010dnej smotany rozlejeme rovnomerne do pek\u00e1\u010da na zemiaky.<br \/>\nPek\u00e1\u010d vlo\u017e\u00edme do predhriatej r\u00fary na 220 stup\u0148ov.
