Ke\u010f si Dobr\u00fd Man\u017eel\u00a0 prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t v na\u0161ej ob\u013e\u00fabenej indickej re\u0161tike objednal vindaloo, tak \u010da\u0161n\u00edk sa ho op\u00fdtal, \u010di to chce scharf\u00a0 a DM, \u017ee jasne. A \u010dasn\u00edk&#8230;..ale toto je in\u00e1 scharf, ako si predstavuj\u00fa nemci, toto je v\u00e1\u017ene scharf. A DM&#8230;.ja nie som nemec, sk\u00faste to teda scharf, ale tak, aby mi nevypadali z toho zuby. S\u00edce sa mu vtedy zapotila ple\u0161ka a zjedol k tomu o nie\u010do viac ry\u017ee ako oby\u010dajne (dodato\u010dne mi tvrdil, \u017ee to preto, lebo mu t\u00e1 ry\u017ea ve\u013emi chutila a mo\u017eno vravel aj pravdu, preto\u017ee v bud\u00facnosti zjedol aj t\u00fa moju, ci\u00a0 bolo jedlo scharf, alebo nie), ale dojedol do poslednej omrvinky a e\u0161te si naanom aj vytrel misku.\u00a0 Pre m\u0148a osobne to bolo tro\u0161i\u010dku za hranicou znesite\u013enosti, nevedela som si to dobre vychutna\u0165 pre t\u00fa p\u00e1livos\u0165 a bola som rada, \u017ee som si objednala nie\u010do in\u00e9. Od tej doby sme mali s t\u00fdm doty\u010dn\u00fdm \u010da\u0161n\u00edkom skuto\u010dne skvel\u00fd profesion\u00e1lny vz\u0165ah a ke\u010f som ho stretla na n\u00e1mest\u00ed v civile tak na mna k\u00fdval a zdravil ma ako star\u00fa zn\u00e1mu. Ktovie kde je mu koniec&#8230;..re\u0161tiku zru\u0161ili. No ni\u010d&#8230;zase som niekde inde.<br \/>\nPotrebovali sme urobi\u0165 fakt velik\u00e1nsky n\u00e1kup a DM ma nahovoril na nemeck\u00fd LIDL, na SK si ho nesmierne ob\u013e\u00fabil a tak sme i\u0161li vysk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165 ten nemeck\u00fd.\u00a0 Zna\u010dky tovarov \u00faplne nejak\u00e9 in\u00e9, m\u00e1lo druhov&#8230;no stra\u0161ne nespokojn\u00e1 som odtia\u013e odi\u0161la&#8230;to len tak na okraj. No a hne\u010f som k\u00fapila aj moje dlh\u00e9 fefer\u00f3nky, tie\u017e inej zna\u010dky a o p\u00e1r centov lacnej\u0161ie. Varila som len dve porcie polievky, pre m\u0148a&#8230; DM mal ned\u00e1vno paradajkov\u00fa om\u00e1\u010dku s m\u00e4som a tak som vedela, \u017ee polievku moment\u00e1lne neocen\u00ed.\u00a0 Pri pr\u00edprave som skr\u00e1jala cel\u00fa fefer\u00f3nku ako v\u017edy. Aj som zauva\u017eovala , \u017ee \u010di v dvoch hrn\u010dekoch polievky, nepreraz\u00ed t\u00e1 paprika, paradajkov\u00fa chu\u0165&#8230;a o p\u00e1livosti som ani neuva\u017eovala. No dala som cel\u00fa. Priatelia&#8230;..tak lidlovsk\u00e1 fefer\u00f3nka a be\u017en\u00e1 tengelmanovsk\u00e1&#8230;s\u00fa dve rozdielne veci&#8230;..Ke\u010f som ju varila, tak som musela otvori\u0165 okno, tak ma t\u00e1 p\u00e1livos\u0165 dr\u00e1\u017edila v o\u010diach, v krku&#8230;.Ja som t\u00fa polievku nemohla v\u00f4bec jes\u0165!!!!!!! Ja som videla len \u0161kared\u00e9 svetl\u00e9 a tak som k\u00fapila \u010dere\u0161nov\u00e9, sladk\u00e9 a \u010derven\u00e9.<br \/>\nParadajky umyjeme. Ak m\u00e1te ve\u013ek\u00e9, tak jednu paradajku prere\u017eeme, vyberieme mokr\u00e9 vn\u00fatro so semienkami a to d\u00e1me k ostatn\u00fdm paradajk\u00e1m. Odsemienkovan\u00fa paradajku pokr\u00e1jame na mal\u00e9 kocky a odlo\u017e\u00edme na nesk\u00f4r<br \/>\nOstatn\u00e9 paradajky pokr\u00e1jame na kocky tak ako s\u00fa. Pokia\u013e k\u00fapite \u010dere\u0161nov\u00e9 paradajky, tak tie tie\u017e prekrojte na polovice v\u0161etky, tak ako s\u00fa.<br \/>\n\u0160alotku, alebo \u010derven\u00fa cibu\u013eu o\u010dist\u00edme a pokr\u00e1jame na kocky.<br \/>\n\u010cerstv\u00e9 bylinky zvia\u017eeme nitkou&#8230;.m\u00e1me bouquet garni.\u00a0 Ak nem\u00e1te dostato\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estvo \u010derstv\u00fdch, tak d\u00e1me primeran\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00e1 su\u0161en\u00fdch&#8230;v ka\u017edom pr\u00edpade&#8230;tymi\u00e1n nevynech\u00e1vajte \u010di v takej, alebo onakej forme a su\u0161en\u00e9ho dajte za mal\u00fa ly\u017ei\u010dku.<br \/>\nRozohrejeme v hrNci maslo a prid\u00e1me \u0161alotku, nakr\u00e1jan\u00fa fefer\u00f3nku a kyti\u010dku byliniek (alebo su\u0161en\u00e9) restujeme do sklovita.<br \/>\nPrid\u00e1me paradajkov\u00fd pretlak&#8230;ten ur\u010dite nenahr\u00e1dzajte pas\u00edrovan\u00fdmi, pou\u017eite star\u00fd zn\u00e1my, klasick\u00fd pretlak. Premie\u0161ame\u00a0 a prid\u00e1me nakr\u00e1jan\u00e9 paradajky aj so semienkami a \u0161tavou,\u00a0 premie\u0161ame a nech\u00e1me dusi\u0165 nejak\u00fdch 10 min\u00fat , ob\u010das premie\u0161ame.\u00a0 Zalejeme 800 ml hor\u00facou vodou, alebo hor\u00facim v\u00fdvarom.<br \/>\nPrid\u00e1me cukor a privedieme k varu&#8230;prikryjeme pokrievkou a nech\u00e1me mierne bubla\u0165 10 min\u00fat.<br \/>\nZ polievky vyberieme zviazan\u00e9 bylinky a ty\u010dov\u00fdm mix\u00e9rom premixujeme do hladka.<br \/>\nAk je polievka hust\u00e1 dolejeme trochou hor\u00facej vody .<br \/>\nPrid\u00e1me odlo\u017een\u00e9 kocky nakr\u00e1janej paradajky&#8230;kto d\u00e1val \u010der\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9&#8230;ned\u00e1 ni\u010d \ud83d\ude00<br \/>\nNech\u00e1me mierne prevrie\u0165 e\u0161te 5 min\u00fat&#8230;ak je polievka pr\u00edli\u0161 riedka, tak ju varom nechajte zredukova\u0165, ale ve\u013ek\u00fd pozor, aby V\u00e1m neprihorela.<br \/>\nBagetu pokr\u00e1jame na pl\u00e1tky a na mierne vymastenej panvici ich opecieme z obidvoch str\u00e1n.<br \/>\nCamembert , alebo nejak\u00fd in\u00fd syr s bielou ples\u0148ou, pokr\u00e1jame a pokladieme na ope\u010den\u00e9 bagetky.<br \/>\nD\u00e1me ich zapiec\u0165 pod gril.
