Ke\u010f sme boli v tom najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161om mraze na predviano\u010dn\u00fdch\u00a0 trhoch v BB, nebolo st\u00e1nku, v ktorom by si nedal hriat\u00f4 a lok\u0161u. Veru sme museli \u00eds\u0165 s tax\u00edkom. DM s mojim Dobr\u00fdm Bratom ko\u0161tovali v ka\u017edom kde mali&#8230;.DB bez lok\u0161\u00ed. My s mojou Dobrou \u0160vagrinou sme sa za nimi \u0165ahali ako chvosty&#8230;bol to krasny ve\u010der, Bystrick\u00e9 n\u00e1mestie bolo \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9, zima bola tak\u00e1, \u017ee dych n\u00e1m od \u00fast odpad\u00e1val a DM mal v jednom momente na pere prilepen\u00fa \u0161kvarku a nie a nie ju odlepi\u0165. Taxik\u00e1r sa ohromne bavil, k\u00fdm n\u00e1s doviezol domov \ud83d\ude00<br \/>\nLok\u0161e nerob\u00edm \u010dasto&#8230;s\u00fa veci, ktor\u00e9 sa nerozpakujem k\u00fapi\u0165 ako polotovar&#8230;napr\u00edklad l\u00edstkov\u00e9 cesto a lok\u0161e. V Mn\u00edchove je l\u00edstkov\u00e9 cesto omnoho kvalitnej\u0161ie&#8230;ale zato nemaj\u00fa tu lok\u0161e. Tie maj\u00fa na Slovensku. Vyberieme z vody a nech\u00e1me \u00faplne vychladn\u00fa\u0165 v \u0161upke. \u00daplne studen\u00e9 ich o\u0161\u00fapeme a postr\u00fahame na str\u00fahadle. Teraz som mala mal\u00e9 mno\u017estvo, preto\u017ee som robila len jednu porciu na ve\u010deru, tak som ich str\u00fahala na malej slzi\u010dke, ale ke\u010f by som ich robila viac, bolo by to ve\u013emi \u00fanavne a str\u00fahala by som ich na robote, alebo na ve\u013ekej slzi\u010dke.<br \/>\nPri va\u013ekan\u00ed sa m\u00f4\u017ee sta\u0165, \u017ee bude vidie\u0165 k\u00fasky zemiakov, ale pri pe\u010den\u00ed sa to \u00faple strat\u00ed a nebude ni\u010domu vadi\u0165.<br \/>\nPostr\u00fahan\u00e9 zemiaky prelo\u017e\u00edme na dosku a prisypeme k nim m\u00faku. Ve\u013emi r\u00fdchle vypracujeme cesto. \u010c\u00edm viac sa s n\u00edm budete hra\u0165, t\u00fdm viac bude redn\u00fat a budete musiet st\u00e1le dos\u00fdpa\u0165 m\u00faku a nakoniec nebudete m\u00f4c\u0165 upe\u010den\u00fa lok\u0161u prelo\u017ei\u0165, leda zlomi\u0165. \ud83d\ude00<br \/>\nMaslo roztop\u00edme a ochut\u00edme ho dvoma ly\u017eicami rumu. Keby som robila lok\u0161e k pe\u010denej ka\u010dke, tak ich nerob\u00edm tak\u00e9 tenk\u00e9, ale tieto boli po upe\u010den\u00ed tenk\u00e9 ako palacinka. Tak\u017ee pokia\u013e lok\u0161e podrez\u00e1vate a podsyp\u00e1vate&#8230;dielo sa podar\u00ed.<br \/>\nVa\u013ekanie a pe\u010denie ide ve\u013emi plynule jedno za druh\u00fdm,\u00a0 len len \u017ee som st\u00edhala. K\u00fdm som vyva\u013ekala placku, tak som z obidvoch str\u00e1n , z\u00e1rove\u0148 opiekla lok\u0161u. Pe\u010dieme nasucho , lok\u0161e sa mi vyd\u00favali a a akon\u00e1hle maj\u00fa na sebe zlat\u00e9 ok\u00e1, ot\u00e1\u010dame a odober\u00e1me. Ak sa V\u00e1m na panvici nahromad\u00ed m\u00faka a za\u010dne nah\u00e1ra\u0165, neum\u00fdvajte, sta\u010d\u00ed pretrie\u0165 obr\u00faskom.<br \/>\nLok\u0161u polo\u017e\u00edme na alobal a bohate potrieme roztopen\u00fdm maslom, m\u00f4\u017eeme prikry\u0165 nejak\u00fdm poklopom, miskou, hlbok\u00fdm tanierom, alebo prelo\u017ei\u0165 alobalom, aby sa parila.
