Do m\u00e4sa sa mal zarolova\u0165 mangold, kv\u00f4li tomu som to jedlo chcela vari\u0165, preto\u017ee som e\u0161te s mangoldom ni\u010d nikdy nerobila. I\u0161la som ako na hotov\u00e9&#8230;jeden obchod, druh\u00fd obchod&#8230;ni\u010dov\u00e9 ni\u010d . Tak som i\u0161la k Turkovi&#8230;k v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iemu Turkovi,\u00a0 do zdravej v\u00fd\u017eivy&#8230;ni\u010dov\u00e9 ni\u010d. Tak ked u\u017e sa ten pak choi, tak podob\u00e1 na mangold, aj ke\u010f s\u00fa botanicky niekde inde, rozhodla som sa teda do jednej pre ten cesnak a do druhej pre pa choi. Ochutnala som obidve a ten pak choi, tam vyzeral\u00a0 s\u00edce n\u00e1ramne dobre&#8230;bol v\u00fdrazne zelen\u00fd aj po uvaren\u00ed, na reze sa urobila pekn\u00e1 mozaika, ale nem\u00f4\u017eem si pom\u00f4c\u0165&#8230;ten pak choi tam jednoducho nepatril. S tym medved\u00edm cesnakom to bolo v poriadku, a\u017e na to, \u017ee sa na reze \u00faplne stratil&#8230;prisudzujem to tomu, \u017ee bol zmrazen\u00fd a sekan\u00fd , s \u010derstv\u00fdmi listami, by to bola in\u00e1 k\u00e1va. V ka\u017edom pr\u00edpade&#8230;.neviem ako to chut\u00ed s mangolgom.\u00a0 Varila som to u\u017e minul\u00fd t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 a st\u00e1le som ot\u00e1\u013eala s vlo\u017een\u00edm na blog, \u017ee akon\u00e1hle dostanem ten mangold, alebo \u010derstv\u00fd medved\u00ed cesnak&#8230;uvar\u00edm a nafot\u00edm znovu. Furt ho nemaj\u00fa a ja u\u017e m\u00e1m v pl\u00e1ne vari\u0165 \u010fa\u013e\u0161ie veci&#8230;.u\u017e sa nebudem fixova\u0165 a vlo\u017e\u00edm to tak ako to je s t\u00fdm, \u017ee n\u00e1zov je s mangoldom a varenie bez.\u00a0 Chcem aby to bolo jasn\u00e9, aby ma nikto neobvinil, \u017ee zav\u00e1dzam&#8230;.V texte rcp, uz nebudem spom\u00edna\u0165 pak choi&#8230;t\u00e1 chu\u0165 ma neoslovila a Dobr\u00fd Man\u017eel , tie\u017e nebol oslnen\u00fd, hoci zjedol&#8230;.on ale zje v\u0161etko, kde je tento typ om\u00e1\u010dky. Pokia\u013e chu\u0165ove nevyhovuje jedlo aspo\u0148 jedn\u00e9mu z n\u00e1s, tak to jedlo na blog nevklad\u00e1m, preto som sa rozhodla takto. D\u00fafam, \u017ee t\u00ed, ktor\u00ed mangold v kuchyni vyu\u017e\u00edvaju, si tento rcp n\u00e1jdu a ja &#8230;.a\u017e na ten mangold kone\u010dne natraf\u00edm, ho uvar\u00edm znovu.<br \/>\nTo bolo o mangolde&#8230;teraz o syre. Tento rcp sa uv\u00e1dza ako taliansky&#8230;.m\u00e1 p\u00f4vodn\u00fd n\u00e1zov te\u013eacie rol\u00e1di\u010dky Napoli. Okrem mangoldu sa do rol\u00e1dy d\u00e1val aj taliansky syr Tallegio. Ver\u00edm, \u017ee na s\u00eddlisku v samo\u0161ke ho nedostanete&#8230;.silne pochybujem, \u017eeby bol aj v Bille a podobne. Ale napr\u00edklad v bratislavskom Avione v Raji syrov ho maj\u00fa. Tak\u017ee ak si nezoderiete nohy kv\u00f4li mangoldu, m\u00f4\u017eete si ich zodra\u0165 kv\u00f4li tallegiu. Ten syr vyzer\u00e1 povedzme &#8230;.ako\u00a0 vysok\u00fd nezrel\u00fd camembert bez bielej plesne. Samozrejme, \u017ee len VYZER\u00c1. Listy na min\u00fatu ponor\u00edme do vriacej osolenej vody, vyberieme ich a z\u013eahka osu\u0161\u00edme.<br \/>\nNa vyklepanie m\u00e4sa, pou\u017eijte hladk\u00fa \u010das\u0165 , ak tak\u00fdto t\u013a\u010dik nem\u00e1te, vyklepte ich napr\u00edklad dnom rajnice. M\u00e4so klepeme cez f\u00f3liu.<br \/>\nR\u00faru zapneme na 200 stup\u0148ov.<br \/>\nPl\u00e1tky z obidvoch str\u00e1n osol\u00edme, okoren\u00edme . Pri varen\u00ed u\u017e z\u00e1sadne pou\u017e\u00edvam len \u010derstvo drven\u00e9 korenie, pou\u017e\u00edvam na to eletrick\u00fd mlyn\u010dek, ale napr\u00edklad na SK som mala ru\u010dn\u00fd a sl\u00fa\u017eil mi dlho a dobre. Posledne sa mi rozpadol, nas\u0165astie pred\u00e1vaju u\u017e koreniny priamo v d\u00f3zi\u010dk\u00e1ch, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa jednor\u00e1zov\u00fdm mlyn\u010dekom\u00a0 a tak som pou\u017e\u00edvala ten. Narodeninko aspo\u0148 dostal tip na dar\u010dek. Prestante kupova\u0165 mlet\u00e9 korenie, a sk\u00faste si ho drvi\u0165 takto&#8230;zbad\u00e1te ten rozdiel.<br \/>\nNa ka\u017ed\u00fd pl\u00e1tok rozde\u013ete mangoldov\u00e9 listy, po dva pl\u00e1tky syr. Natesno zarolujte a zabezpe\u010dte \u0161p\u00e1radlami, alebo \u010d\u00edmko\u013evek \u010do zvyknete pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165.<br \/>\nRol\u00e1di\u010dky obal\u00edme v m\u00fake a na rozohriatom oleji ope\u010dieme zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch sr\u00e1n do tmavozlata. Odlo\u017e\u00edme ich bokom na tepl\u00e9 miesto.<br \/>\n\u010cere\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9 paradajky poprekrajujeme. Ak m\u00e1me konzervovan\u00e9 kr\u00e1jan\u00e9 paradajky, tak n\u00e1m t\u00e1to pr\u00e1ca odpadne :-).<br \/>\nO\u0161\u00fapan\u00fa cibu\u013eu a cesnak napl\u00e1tkujeme , ak treba do v\u00fdpeku po opekan\u00ed, prid\u00e1me e\u0161te 1 PL oleja, rozohrejeme a restujeme 2 min\u00faty cibu\u013eu, cesnak a nasekan\u00e9 mangoldov\u00e9 stonky, Prid\u00e1me paradajkov\u00fd pretlak a restujeme e\u0161te min\u00fatku a v\u0161etko zalejeme hor\u00facou vodou. Ja som v tejto f\u00e1ze zabudla na paradajkov\u00fd pretlak a doplnila ho a\u017e ke\u010f som dochucovala om\u00e1\u010dku po upe\u010den\u00ed rol\u00e1d.<br \/>\nDo pek\u00e1\u010dika vlo\u017e\u00edme rol\u00e1dy.<br \/>\nVlejeme k nim rozrieden\u00fd paradajkov\u00fd v\u00fdpek, prid\u00e1me \u010derstv\u00e9, alebo konzervovan\u00e9 paradajky.<br \/>\nDolejeme hor\u00facou vodou, tak, aby boli rol\u00e1di\u010dky takme ponoren\u00e9.<br \/>\nTakmer v ka\u017edom rcp, kde sa dolieva tekutina, tak sa p\u00ed\u0161e, aby sa dolial v\u00fdvar. Nie ka\u017ed\u00fd si var\u00ed v\u00fdvar na dolievanie a pou\u017eije len ten buj\u00f3nov\u00fd&#8230;takto som to robievala pred rokmi aj ja. Ak to robievate&#8230;je to fakt zbyto\u010dn\u00e9..DM absol\u00fatne nepostrehol, kedy som pre\u0161la z buj\u00f3novej kocky na oby\u010dajn\u00fa vodu&#8230;.pokia\u013e om\u00e1\u010dku dobre ochut\u00edme so\u013eou a koren\u00edm a in\u00fdmi koreninami a bylinkami, tak \u017eiaden buj\u00f3n V\u00e1m ch\u00fdba\u0165 nebude.<br \/>\nPek\u00e1\u010dik prikryjeme a vlo\u017e\u00edme do vyhriatej r\u00fary.\u00a0 V\u00f4bec si u\u017e nepam\u00e4t\u00e1m ako dlho som presne piekla, ale viac ako 45 min\u00fat to nebolo. Vy si to str\u00e1\u017ete pod\u013ea svojej r\u00fary&#8230;ja m\u00e1m napr\u00edklad plynov\u00fa a je to rozdiel oproti elektrickej. Mo\u017eno by bolo dobre, keby ste t\u00fa om\u00e1\u010dku preliali cez sitko a prepas\u00edrovali, alebo spas\u00edrovali ju ty\u010dov\u00fdm mix\u00e9rom. Ja toto nerobievam, m\u00e1me radi om\u00e1\u010dku tak,\u00a0 \u017ee ju v \u00fastach aj &#8222;c\u00edtime&#8220;, nielen n\u00e1m prete\u010die priamo do hrdla.<br \/>\nJa do t\u00fdchto paradajkov\u00fdch talianskych om\u00e1\u010dok prid\u00e1vam aj cukor&#8230;DM to m\u00e1 r\u00e1d na sladko&#8230;.a chu\u0165 vyv\u00e1\u017eim balsamikov\u00fdm octom.<br \/>\nRol\u00e1di\u010dky zbav\u00edme sp\u00e1radiel, prekroj\u00edme.
