U\u017e som jedla to\u013eko r\u00f4znych talianskych pizz (kristepane ako sa to slovo sklo\u0148uje), dobr\u00fdch, zl\u00fdch, pe\u010den\u00fdch na ohni, v peci ..u prav\u00fdch talianov, u neprav\u00fdch talianov, \u017ee sa to ned\u00e1 ani vypoveda\u0165, ale \u010do je zvl\u00e1\u0161tne, \u010doraz \u010dastej\u0161ie sa vraciame k tejto mami\u010dkinej a Dobr\u00fd Man\u017eel u\u017e ani nechce in\u00fa a tvrdo vy\u017eaduje presn\u00fd postup, ako to rob\u00ed ona. Ke\u010f bol tatko na oper\u00e1cii a cel\u00e9 zimn\u00e9 gazdovstvo musel obstarov\u00e1va\u0165 m\u00f4j dobr\u00fd man\u017eel, tak mu mamka vrav\u00ed, \u017ee mu upe\u010die nejak\u00fd obl\u00faben\u00fd z\u00e1kusok, len nevie ak\u00fd. A Dobr\u00fd Man\u017eel&#8230;z\u00e1kusky mi u\u017e upe\u010die Dobr\u00e1 Man\u017eelka, ale tak\u00fa pizzu ako Ty mi neupe\u010die&#8230;tak chcem toto.<br \/>\nTak samozrejme mu ju upe\u010diem, ale nikdy som ju napr\u00edklad nepotierala vaj\u00ed\u010dkom&#8230;tak\u017ee, aby som ho pote\u0161ila, u\u017e som za\u010dala robi\u0165 aj to&#8230;.no niet na tomto svete \u0161\u0165astnej\u0161ieho Dobr\u00e9ho Man\u017eela. A miesto klasick\u00e9ho seleck\u00e9ho eidamu d\u00e1vam predsa len mozzarelu, Poves\u0165 na\u0161ej talianskej pizzy t\u00fdm nezachr\u00e1nim&#8230;ale nech sa kto chce, aj na u\u0161i postav\u00ed&#8230;.toto jedlo sa u n\u00e1s bude nav\u017edy vola\u0165 mamina pizza. Ke\u010f sme chodili na kopa\u010dku okolo krumpl\u00ed do Jel\u0161\u00edn, tak tam sme si niesli jedlo na cel\u00fd de\u0148 a pizza tam nemohla ch\u00fdba\u0165. Na pitie sme si nabrali vodu zo studni\u010dky, hne\u010f ved\u013ea po\u013ea, tak\u00e1 bola studen\u00e1, \u017ee ke\u010f sme si ju nenechali ohria\u0165 na slnie\u010dku a pili ju rovno po nabrat\u00ed, v\u017edy sme dostali ang\u00ednu. Dorobili sme sa tam ako kone, ale bolo n\u00e1m tam v\u017edy veselo&#8230;Radka bola mal\u00e1 \u0161kol\u00e1\u010dka a lietala horedolu a neust\u00e1le otravovala, ke\u010f pri\u0161li na susedn\u00e9 pole \u010c\u00ed\u017eikovci a Patr\u00e1\u0161ovci&#8230;povymie\u0148ali sme si \u010do mal kto na jedenie, pochichotali sa a chlapci \u010d\u00ed\u017eikovci zab\u00e1vali Radku a boli si nazbiera\u0165\u00a0 dreven\u00e9 jahody&#8230;.plody moru\u0161ovn\u00edka.\u00a0 A hr\u00e1vali sme v\u0161etci svorne hru &#8222;mysl\u00edm si vec&#8220;\u00a0 Hor\u0161ie bolo ke\u010f som i\u0161la okop\u00e1va\u0165 sama&#8230;niekedy som sa tam aj trochu b\u00e1la, bolo to fakt \u010faleko. \u00a0 A sused Patr\u00e1\u0161, ke\u010f sme vykopali a za\u010dali zv\u00e1\u017ea\u0165 vrecia , vytiahol odniekia\u013e rum. A\u00a0 tatko bol \u0161\u0165astn\u00fd,\u00a0 lebo na kopa\u010dky sme chodili autom a on ne\u0161of\u00e9roval.\u00a0 A tak som vypila ja a mamka a Anna a Janka a Jo\u017eko nie. Nech\u00e1me na teplom mieste\u00a0 nejak\u00fdch 10 min\u00fat.<br \/>\nJa cesto zar\u00e1bam a kysnem v pek\u00e1rni, tak\u017ee do n\u00e1doby d\u00e1m vajce, kv\u00e1sok a m\u00faku. Prid\u00e1m so\u013e a nech\u00e1m miesi\u0165 a kysn\u00fa\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Po ukon\u010den\u00ed programu, e\u0161te nech\u00e1vam cesto v zbytkovom teple v n\u00e1dobe a a\u017e po nadstaven\u00fdch 20 min\u00fatach ho vyberiem na dosku, kde ho prepracujem.<br \/>\nDno plechu vytriem\u00a0 hojnej\u0161ie tukom, alebo vyf\u0155kam d\u00f4kladne olejom.<br \/>\nCesto rozva\u013ek\u00e1m a prenesiem do plechu.<br \/>\nCesto hojne potriem ke\u010dupom a opakom ly\u017eice rozotriem. Chyba ktor\u00fa som robievala, bola t\u00e1 \u017ee ja som potierala paradajkovou om\u00e1\u010dkou. Dobr\u00fd Man\u017eel mi a\u017e po nieko\u013ek\u00fdch pokusoch definoval, \u017ee jemu chut\u00ed pr\u00e1ve t\u00e1 sladkastos\u0165 ke\u010dupu. Tak\u017ee u\u017e si nerob\u00edm n\u00e1silie a d\u00e1vam norm\u00e1lny ke\u010dup. Aj ke\u010f som d\u00e1vala ke\u010dup, tak DM drdlal, \u017ee nevie pre\u010do to aj tak nechut\u00ed ako sel\u010dianska&#8230;.tak som mu to vysvetlila. Moja mamka a teraz u\u017e len\u00a0 Dobr\u00e1 \u0160vagrin\u00e1 rob\u00ed ke\u010dup dom\u00e1ci&#8230;tak\u00fd \u010do ide do neho cvikla pre farbu&#8230;\u017eiadne umel\u00e9 farbivo, prav\u00e9 sel\u010dianske paradajky , ktor\u00e9 ner\u00e1stli v sklen\u00edku,\u00a0 ale dolu pri potoku dozrievali na letnom slnci&#8230;a cibu\u013ea a cesnak&#8230;cukor bol z obchodu&#8230;cukrov\u00fa repu nepestujeme a ostatn\u00e9 pochutiny, ktor\u00e9 do toho ke\u010dupu id\u00fa tie\u017e:-). Sel\u010diansky ke\u010dup pre\u0161iel mnoh\u00fdmi receptov\u00fdmi f\u00e1zami a ke\u010f nie\u010do h\u013ead\u00e1m v mamin\u00fdch receptoch, tak tam n\u00e1jdem&#8230;ke\u010dup od Bo\u017eky..alebo ke\u010dup od Vicianky&#8230;a tak r\u00f4zne. V\u00f4bec netu\u0161\u00edm, pri ktorej variante Dobr\u00e1 \u0160vagrin\u00e1 skon\u010dila. To\u013eko ku ke\u010dupu.<br \/>\nRozotret\u00fd ke\u010dup posypem bylinkami na pizzu.. pozit\u00edvne viem, \u017ee mamka d\u00e1va len oreg\u00e1no.<br \/>\nNo a kladieme \u0161unku&#8230;cel\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky&#8230;nie tak ako ja hl\u00fapa, \u017ee som t\u00fa \u0161unku nakr\u00e1jala nadrobno, pl\u00e1tkami pokryjeme celu plochu. Nakr\u00e1jame na hranol\u010deky oravsk\u00fa slaninu a na kolieska na\u0161u \u00faden\u00fa klob\u00e1su. Tak\u00a0 ja debil som kupovala su\u0161en\u00fa \u0161unku a mortadelu a olivy\u00a0 ..toto je u\u017e minulos\u0165&#8230;Po m\u00e4sitej oblohe posypem tenk\u00e9 cesnakov\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky,\u00a0 nakr\u00e1jan\u00e9 tenk\u00e9 kolieska papriky, fefer\u00f3nky a rebr\u00e1 \u010dervenej cibule.<br \/>\nMamka d\u00e1vala aj paradajky, ale nesk\u00f4r od toho upustila&#8230;chvalabohu.<br \/>\nNo a d\u00e1me piec\u0165 do vyhriatej r\u00faru na 200. Ja m\u00e1m plynov\u00fa a t\u00e1 pe\u010die hocijako&#8230;u\u017e sa nejako neriadim min\u00fatami, ale pozer\u00e1m ako je upe\u010den\u00e1 odspodu&#8230;no dodv\u00edham sa toho cesta nie\u010do.<br \/>\nPo nejak\u00fdch 15 min\u00fatach d\u00e1m na dno r\u00fary plech a pust\u00edm horn\u00fd fuk\u00e1r a dopek\u00e1m mo\u017eno nejak\u00fdch \u010fa\u013e\u0161\u00edch 15 min\u00fat.\u00a0 Pizzu vyberieme a pokladieme po nej nakr\u00e1jan\u00fd syr&#8230;ak m\u00e1m str\u00fahan\u00fd, tak ho nesypem kompaktne po celej ploche, ale sypem ho akokeby v k\u00f4pkach.<br \/>\nVr\u00e1tim plech do tr\u00faby a nech\u00e1m ten syr roztiec\u0165.<br \/>\nVyberieme a nech\u00e1me chv\u00ed\u013eku post\u00e1\u0165 . A teraz to pr\u00edde&#8230;..roz\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me vajce, tro\u0161icku osol\u00edme a ma\u0161lova\u010dkou potrieme cel\u00fa pizzu. Norm\u00e1lnym surov\u00fdm vajcom. A nech\u00e1me to vajce, na tej teplej pokl\u00e1dke, akokeby ztuhn\u00fa\u0165. A\u017e ned\u00e1vno som sa dozvedela, pre\u010do to mami\u010dka rob\u00ed&#8230;..vraj aby t\u00fa pokl\u00e1dku zafixovala a nepadala pri jeden\u00ed z cesta. No smiala som sa, ale ist\u00fa logiku to m\u00e1. T\u00e1to kysnut\u00e1 pizza sa neje pr\u00edborom, ako talianska , alebo sa ned\u00e1 ohn\u00fa\u0165 do lievika, ako talianska&#8230;.vtedy padne ozaj v\u0161etko priamo do \u00fast.
