Riskovala som a polo\u017eila som ju do ma\u010dacej z\u00f3ny, len aby som ju neust\u00e1le mala na o\u010diach a k\u00fdm som ju po t\u00fd\u017edni musela vyhodi\u0165, tak ju Barbora prevrhla len raz. Nu\u017e a teraz bola rada na mne&#8230;nebudete mi veri\u0165, ale ja ten anan\u00e1sov\u00fd z\u00e1kusok tak nezn\u00e1\u0161am robi\u0165&#8230;a nezn\u00e1\u0161am ho aj jes\u0165&#8230;nie\u017eeby som ho robila pre m\u0148a.\u00a0 Tak som zariskovala a urobila tento. A teraz v\u00e1\u017ene&#8230;.pokial m\u00e1te doma v\u0161etky suroviny&#8230;tak z\u00e1kusok od chv\u00edle ke\u010f ho za\u010dnete robi\u0165, m\u00f4\u017eete ma\u0165 do 45 min\u00fat na stole. Mamka ako si k t\u00fdm z\u00e1kuskom sadla, tak aj r\u00fdchle odsadla&#8230;.a povedala mi hned aj pre\u010do to nem\u00f4\u017ee jes\u0165&#8230;.vraj ke\u010f bola mlad\u00e1 cukr\u00e1rka, tak im do vozili smotanu v t\u00fdch ve\u013ek\u00fdch konv\u00e1ch&#8230;neviem, \u010di to bolo z hlin\u00edka, alebo z \u010doho. a ke\u010f otvorili veko, tak smotana, ktor\u00e1 sa prichytila na tom veku, tak smrdela, ako mascarpone&#8230;to\u013eko k pr\u00edhode. Dobr\u00fd Brat a Dobr\u00fd Tatko&#8230;ni\u010d&#8230;v\u00f4bec sa nechytili.Tak\u017ee toto bude z\u00e1kusok len pre Dobr\u00e9ho man\u017eela. D\u00e1me na plame\u0148 a var\u00edme 5 min\u00fat.<br \/>\nOvocie na sitku prelejeme a \u0161\u0165avu zachyt\u00edme. Do \u0161\u0165avy prid\u00e1me dve ly\u017eice vody a alkohol. V\u0161etko odlo\u017e\u00edme na nesk\u00f4r.<br \/>\nV mise pre\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me cel\u00e9 vajcia s cukrom. Za\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me vodu a olej a nakoniec vsypeme m\u00faku a pr\u00e1\u0161ok do pe\u010diva. V\u0161etko premie\u0161ame.<br \/>\nJa som chcela ma\u0165\u00a0 \u0161tvorcov\u00fd\u00a0 tvar korpusu a nem\u00e1m tak\u00fd\u00a0 plech. Papier na pe\u010denie som upravila na \u0161tvorec 35 x 35 a polo\u017eila na plech. Cesto na korpus som rozotrela na papier, ni\u010d V\u00e1m nebude steka\u0165, ale pri pe\u010den\u00ed bude ma\u0165 tendenciu sa\u00a0 tro\u0161ku rozuteka\u0165, tak rozotrite len centimeter od kraja.<br \/>\nD\u00e1me piec\u0165 do vyhriatej r\u00fary. Piekla som cca 15 min\u00fat, ale Vy si to str\u00e1\u017ete pod\u013ea svojej r\u00fary.<br \/>\nJa som pred pe\u010den\u00edm zv\u00fd\u0161ila teplotu na 200. Mamka ma u\u010dila, \u017ee ke\u010f pe\u010diem tenk\u00e9 cesto, tak rad\u0161ej m\u00e1m piec\u0165 intenz\u00edvne a kr\u00e1tko, preto\u017ee keby som piekla pomaly a dlh\u0161ie , tak by som to zbyto\u010dne vysu\u0161ovala..<br \/>\nCesto po upe\u010den\u00ed, ihne\u010f stiahneme z plechu a odstr\u00e1nime opatrne papier. Pri manipul\u00e1cii s cestom bu\u010fte opatrn\u00ed, aby sa V\u00e1m nestalo to \u010do mne&#8230;.tak mi spadlo na zem \u017ee a\u017e. Nieko\u013eko ly\u017e\u00ed\u010d prid\u00e1me k sladk\u00e9mu mascarpone a pre\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me..prid\u00e1me \u010fa\u013e\u0161ie dve ly\u017eice a pre\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me. Nakoniec zamie\u0161ame v\u0161etko \u010do ostalo.<br \/>\nPokia\u013e by ste chceli aby bol kr\u00e9m farebn\u00fd, m\u00f4\u017eete prida\u0165 tro\u0161ku ovocnej \u0161\u0165avy. Kuch\u00e1rka Benedetta pou\u017e\u00edvala ako ovocie mrazen\u00e9 \u010du\u010doriedky a kr\u00e9m s ich \u0161\u0165avou bol tro\u0161i\u010dku do modra.<br \/>\nJa som chcela kr\u00e9m biely, tak\u017ee som od toho upustila.<br \/>\n\u0160tvorec cesta rozre\u017eeme na 4 men\u0161ie \u0161tvorce.<br \/>\nPrv\u00fd pokvapk\u00e1me dobre \u0161\u0165avou, potrieme kr\u00e9mom a posypeme \u010das\u0165ou ovocia, priklop\u00edme \u010fa\u013e\u0161\u00edm \u0161tvorcom, ten zase hojne pof\u0155kame \u0161\u0165avou, potrieme kr\u00e9mom, posypeme ovoc\u00edm. Videla som \u017ee m\u00e1m kr\u00e9mu dostatok, tak t\u00fato vrstvu som na ovocie znovu naniesla kr\u00e9m a a\u017e tak priklopila cestom.
