Jah\u0148acie pri v\u0161etkej v\u00f4li by som ja nejedla a Dobr\u00fd Man\u017eel, len povinn\u00fa porciu&#8230;.pre n\u00e1s dvoch je to \u0161koda jahniatkovho \u017eivota. A hrniec tajin&#8230;.no m\u00f4\u017eem sa aj pokr\u00e1ja\u0165, ale jedin\u00fd \u017eiv\u00fd tajine som videla u mojej Dobrej Svokry, ve\u013ek\u00fd asi ako prerasten\u00fd n\u00e1prstok, ktor\u00fd jej priniesla z Maroka ako suven\u00edr moja Dobr\u00e1 \u0160vagrin\u00e1 Ka\u010denka. DS v \u0148nom naposledy mala 3 \u0161pendl\u00edky. Najprv som chcela uvari\u0165 na tento sp\u00f4sob kuracie, ale nakoniec som sa rozhodla pre kr\u00e1sne prerastan\u00fa krkov\u010dku bez kosti, ktor\u00fa by pravdepodobne nedal do \u00fast \u017eiaden pravovern\u00fd maro\u010dan, alebo sa tam brav\u010dov\u00e9 jed\u00e1va?&#8230;v\u00f4bec neviem ako to s t\u00fdmto maj\u00fa v ich krajine. Probl\u00e9m bol v tom, \u017ee ich nemali medzi norm\u00e1lnymi koreninami, tam sme ich h\u013eadali ako bl\u00e1zni a ni\u010d. Potom sme to vzdali a nakoniec sme ich na\u0161li v takom reg\u00e1li, kde mali hoci\u010do exotick\u00e9, boli tam aj hotov\u00e9 zav\u00e1ran\u00e9 pasty na indick\u00fa kuchy\u0148u, r\u00f4zne druhy \u010datn\u00ed, koreniny, \u010dinske cestoviny a tak r\u00f4zne. Tak\u017ee v Tescu spo\u013eahlivo nak\u00fapite&#8230;..ke\u010f sme h\u013eadali v bystrickom Kauflande, tam bol tie\u017e exotick\u00fd k\u00fatik, ale mizern\u00fd. O Lidli neviem, ako na tom je v tomto smere.<br \/>\nPokia\u013e nie je leto a nem\u00e1m istotu, \u017ee paradajky dozreli na letnom slnku, najlep\u0161ie mimo sklen\u00edka, tak rad\u0161ej pou\u017e\u00edvam konzervovan\u00e9&#8230;deklarujem to v podstate v ka\u017edom rcp, kde ich pou\u017e\u00edvam&#8230;o t\u00fdch konzervovan\u00fdch m\u00e1m tak\u00fa predstavu, \u017ee tam id\u00fa fakt u\u017e tie prezret\u00e9. C\u00edcer si m\u00f4\u017eete samozrejme uvari\u0165 aj su\u0161en\u00fd..nemus\u00ed\u00a0 by\u0165 ten z konzervy. \u010co sa t\u00fdka \u010fumbiera&#8230;.mala som \u010derstv\u00fd, tak som dala ten.<br \/>\nNo a slivky&#8230;.v zdrojovom rcp\u00a0 sa varilo 1,4 kg jah\u0148acie pliecko a i\u0161lo do neho\u00a0 250 g su\u0161en\u00fdch sliviek.\u00a0 Mala som len \u00faboh\u00e9 4 kusy, tak som to doplnila hrozienkami.<br \/>\nSu\u0161en\u00e9 ovocie nevynech\u00e1vame za \u017eiadnu cenu.<\/p>\n<p>V hrnci rozohrejeme olej a popra\u017e\u00edme nasekan\u00fa cibu\u013eu a cesnak do vo\u0148ava&#8230;v tejto f\u00e1ze som dala aj \u010derstv\u00fd nasekan\u00fd \u010fumbier.\u00a0 Prid\u00e1me v\u0161etky koreniny okrem soli a mie\u0161ame nejak\u00e9 dve min\u00faty. M\u00e4so pokr\u00e1jame na kocky cca 2&#215;2 cm a prid\u00e1me na z\u00e1klad&#8230;.premie\u0161ame, posol\u00edme a restujeme ho 5 min\u00fat. Nesmie n\u00e1m ni\u010d prihorie\u0165, st\u00e1le mie\u0161ame.<br \/>\nPrid\u00e1me konzervovan\u00e9 paradajkov\u00e9 k\u00fasky, slivky, hrozienka, Znovu premie\u0161ame. Ak m\u00e1te v\u00fdvar, m\u00f4\u017eete podlia\u0165 tak cca 250 ml hor\u00facim v\u00fdvarom. Ja som v\u00fdvar nemala a podliala som hor\u00facou vodou, aby bolo v\u0161etko zakryt\u00e9. E\u0161te som ocukrila, priviedla k varu, prikryla som pokrievkou. St\u00ed\u0161ime zdroj tepla a varila som dve hodiny. Ob\u010das som skontrolovala \u010di neprih\u00e1ra a asi raz som doplnila vriacu vodu.<br \/>\nTo jah\u0148acie pliecko varili 3 hodiny&#8230;.aj ja by som mala vari\u0165 to\u013eko to brav\u010dov\u00e9.
