Som si aj prem\u00fd\u0161\u013eala, ako sa do \u0160panielska dostalo gumbo&#8230;ale \u0161panielska koloni\u00e1lna, krvav\u00e1 minulos\u0165 mi dala tak nejako v tejto veci zmysel. Gumbo je jedlo \u010derno\u0161sk\u00e9ho obyvate\u013estva v New Orleans a \u0160panieli, ako dobre vieme boli surov\u00ed otrok\u00e1ri , len\u017ee to mi zase ned\u00e1va celkom zmysel, preto\u017ee v Lousiane boli\u00a0 sk\u00f4r Franc\u00fazi. Pri tejto pr\u00edle\u017eitosti by ma nesmierne zauj\u00edmalo, ako asi vyu\u010duj\u00fa v \u0160panielsku dejepis, oh\u013eadne toho, \u017ee absol\u00fatne zdecimovali ind\u00e1nske obyvate\u013estvo v Strednej Amerike, vyplienili ho a zlikvidovali \u00faplne cel\u00fa jednu civiliz\u00e1ciu&#8230;asi t\u00fato \u010das\u0165 taktne vynech\u00e1vaj\u00fa&#8230;.asi ako moju gener\u00e1ciu nikto neu\u010dil o Tisovom fa\u0161istickom \u0161t\u00e1te, neviem \u010di sa teraz na SK t\u00e1to t\u00e9ma v dejepise spom\u00edna&#8230;.No \u010do u\u017e, ka\u017ed\u00fd \u0161t\u00e1t m\u00e1 nie\u010do za \u010do sa mus\u00ed pred gener\u00e1ciami hanbi\u0165. Z\u013eahka posypeme hladkou m\u00fakou a v\u0161etko zatla\u010d\u00edme do m\u00e4sa.\u00a0 Na panvici rozohrejeme dve ly\u017eice oleje a m\u00e4so zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch str\u00e1n d\u00f4kladne ope\u010dieme.\u00a0 M\u00e4so odlo\u017e\u00edme na tepl\u00e9 miesto.<br \/>\nV rajnici rozohrejeme 5 PL oleja, vloz\u00edme tam nesakan\u00fa cibu\u013eu, cesnak , stopkat\u00fd zeler, mrkvu, zemiaky, polmesia\u010diky p\u00f3ru a kolieska klob\u00e1sky. Posol\u00edme, okoren\u00edme a poriadne v\u0161etko premie\u0161ame. Nech\u00e1me dusi\u0165 nejak\u00fdch 5 min\u00fat. Po tomto \u010dase prid\u00e1me \u00faden\u00fa papriku a \u0161afr\u00e1nov\u00e9 ty\u010dinky. Pokia\u013e nem\u00e1te \u00faden\u00fa papriku, ni\u010domu to nevad\u00ed, dajte norm\u00e1lnu. Ja som mala, tak som dala \u00faden\u00fa, ale to len preto, aby som po prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t varila pod\u013ea p\u00f4vodn\u00e9ho receptu. D\u00e1va\u0165 \u00faden\u00fa papriku mi pr\u00edde celkom zbyto\u010dn\u00e9, preto\u017ee, t\u00fa \u00faden\u00fa pr\u00edchu\u0165 dokonale zast\u00fapi, \u00faden\u00e1 klob\u00e1ska.\u00a0 Chorizo v na\u0161ej samo\u0161ke s\u00edce m\u00f4\u017eem k\u00fapi\u0165, ale ja ju nem\u00e1m rada&#8230;.pr\u00edde mi mastn\u00e1 a bez cesnaku bez chuti&#8230;ale to je m\u00f4j n\u00e1zor, ke\u010f\u017ee je tak\u00e1 zn\u00e1ma, tak bude ma\u0165 pre ostatn\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed, bezpochyby nejak\u00e9 \u010daro.<br \/>\nNo a \u010do sa t\u00fdka toho \u0161afranu&#8230;je pravda, \u017ee on m\u00e1 \u0161pecifick\u00fa chu\u0165, ale v mno\u017estve a v\u00fdraznej chuti, ostatn\u00fdch surov\u00edn sa tam tak nejako stratil&#8230;..no a farbu mi zabezpe\u010dila spom\u00ednan\u00e1 klob\u00e1sa a pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e1 paprika. Znovu&#8230;ja som \u0161afr\u00e1n mala, tak som ho dala, ale nabud\u00face ak ma\u0165 nebudem, v\u00f4bec sa nebudem kv\u00f4li tomu un\u00fava\u0165 na n\u00e1kup.<br \/>\nV tejto f\u00e1ze som pridala fazu\u013eu, neviem ko\u013eko som varila suchej, preto\u017ee som chcela e\u0161te aj fazu\u013eu na \u0161al\u00e1t a varila som v\u0161etko naraz. Z toho uvaren\u00e9ho celku,\u00a0 som jednoducho odsypala potrebn\u00e9 mno\u017estvo. Znovu premie\u0161ame.<br \/>\nTu e\u0161te chcem nap\u00edsa\u0165, \u017ee niekto by mo\u017eno chcel pou\u017ei\u0165 plechovkov\u00fa fazu\u013eu&#8230;t\u00fa v tejto f\u00e1ze neprid\u00e1vajte, neostalo by V\u00e1m z nej ni\u010d&#8230;po n\u00e1sledom\u00a0 varen\u00ed a mie\u0161an\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0161etko d\u00f4kladne premie\u0161ame a na vrch polo\u017e\u00edme kuracie k\u00fasky. Podlejeme hor\u00facou vodou, tak aby bola zelenina takmer ponoren\u00e1.. M\u00f4\u017eete aj v\u00fdvarom ak m\u00e1te, ale pr\u00edde mi to tie\u017e zbyto\u010dn\u00e9, preto\u017ee om\u00e1\u010dka je celkom v\u00fdrazn\u00e1.<br \/>\nPrivedieme k varu, prikryjeme pokrievkou a st\u00ed\u0161ime zdroj tepla.\u00a0 Po nejak\u00fdch 25 min\u00fatach prid\u00e1me prekrojen\u00e9 paradajky&#8230;kto pou\u017e\u00edva fazu\u013eu z plechovky&#8230;tak teraz pri\u0161iel jej \u010das. Ja som e\u0161te podliala&#8230;pou\u017e\u00edla som na to vodu, v ktorej som t\u00fa fazu\u013eu varila. \u00a0 Var\u00edme e\u0161te nejak\u00fdch 15 min\u00fat a moje m\u00e4so bolo m\u00e4kk\u00e9 a hotov\u00e9.
