Do takej studenej, vytiahnutej z chladni\u010dky nal\u00e1mem chlieb a jem to tak\u00e9 neohriate.<br \/>\nAlebo\u00a0 \u00a0m\u00e4so, alebo paradajkov\u00e1 polievka, alebo rizoto, skr\u00e1tka hoci\u010do.<br \/>\nKo\u013eko z\u00e1palov hrdla som si takto privodila v hor\u00facom lete.<br \/>\n.A toto ist\u00e9 je aj moja Dobr\u00e1 Cerka&#8230;moje diev\u010datko je to toti\u017eto :-).<br \/>\nTak nie\u017eeby som nejedla aj tepl\u00e9, tak to zas nie, ale ke\u010f si chcem tak pochuti\u0165 v s\u00fakrom\u00ed mojej kuchyne, tak si to jedlo neohrievam.<br \/>\nAle zase napr\u00edklad ry\u017ea, tak\u00e1 pr\u00edlohovit\u00e1. T\u00fa zbo\u017e\u0148uje tak\u00fa, pr\u00e1ve \u010derstvo uvaren\u00fa, vo\u0148av\u00fa. K tej nepotrebujem absol\u00fatne ni\u010d. Pre m\u0148a to m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 k\u013eudne hlavn\u00e9 jedlo.<br \/>\nAlebo vypr\u00e1\u017ean\u00e9 rezne, niet ni\u010d nad \u010derstvo vypra\u017een\u00fd, hor\u00faci reze\u0148 so zemiakovou ka\u0161ou.<br \/>\nRaz som opisovala v jednej spolo\u010dnosti, \u017ee m\u00e1m tak\u00e9to chute a jeden chalan vyhl\u00e1sil, \u017ee d\u00e1vno ni\u010d tak nechutn\u00e9 nepo\u010dul. No trochu som ostala zarazen\u00e1. A na druh\u00fd de\u0148 na obed som videla, \u017ee k vypr\u00e1\u017ean\u00e9mu rez\u0148u si nalo\u017eil ry\u017eu a polial t\u00fa ry\u017eu v\u00fdpekom z pe\u010den\u00fdch kureniec.<br \/>\nTak som sa ve\u013emi r\u00fdchle odrazila.<br \/>\nToto jedlo som uvarila v\u010dera , nechala vychladn\u00fa\u0165 a odlo\u017eila do chladni\u010dky. K mlet\u00e9mu m\u00e4su prid\u00e1me vajce, cibu\u013eu, petr\u017elenov\u00fa vniatku, koreniny a d\u00f4kladne vypracujeme, aby sa n\u00e1m v\u0161etky suroviny spojili. Na panvici rozohrejeme olej a z m\u00e4sa vyprac\u00favame r\u00fdchle gu\u013eky a d\u00e1me ich opiec\u0165 zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch str\u00e1n . Ja som mala t\u00fdch guliek 12.<br \/>\nDo kastr\u00f3la d\u00e1me rozohria\u0165 olej. Prid\u00e1me druh\u00fa nasekan\u00fa cibu\u013eu a restujeme ju do vo\u0148ava. Prid\u00e1me k nej bobkov\u00fd list a mlet\u00fa papriku. Ihne\u010f zamie\u0161ame a okam\u017eite prid\u00e1me kysl\u00fa kapustu bez \u0161\u0165avy. T\u00fdmto zabr\u00e1nime aby n\u00e1m paprika a bobkov\u00fd list zhoreli a zhorkli.<br \/>\nV\u0161etko d\u00f4kladne premie\u0161ame a na kapustu pouklad\u00e1me ope\u010den\u00e9 gu\u013eky. Do panvice po opekan\u00ed, vlejeme hor\u00facu vodu a vlejeme do kastr\u00f3la ku kapuste. Do smotany e\u0161te roz\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me dve ly\u017ei\u010dky m\u00faky.<br \/>\nV\u0161etko nech\u00e1me prevrie\u0165 a odstav\u00edme.
