Jedine su\u0161en\u00e9, uvaren\u00e9 v kapustnici.<br \/>\nNa Slovensku sa c\u00edtil DM na hub\u00e1ch ako vo vytr\u017een\u00ed, v okol\u00ed Jihlavskej chaty je h\u00fab hr\u00fazu (teda pre t\u00fdch \u010do ich vedia h\u013eada\u0165), ale dub\u00e1ky s\u00fa sk\u00f4r vz\u00e1cnos\u0165ou, tak\u017ee do n\u00e1\u0161ho bystrick\u00e9ho okolia by na huby chodil ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148. A potom \u010fal\u0161\u00ed a drah\u0161\u00ed a \u010fal\u0161\u00ed v\u00edkend. A furt sme v\u0161etko zjedli.<br \/>\nNa rozdiel od chud\u00e1ka rodiny DB. T\u00ed boli u\u017e z toho tak frustrovan\u00fd, \u017ee dokonca si raz urobili hubov\u00fa pra\u017eenicu. Neocenili ju, ako som aj o\u010dak\u00e1vala, vraj bola na tom najlep\u0161ia aj tak slanina, ktor\u00fa tam dali. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee boli radi, ke\u010f sme sa ne\u010dakane rozhodli, \u017ee od\u00eddeme e\u0161te na\u00a0 pred\u013a\u017een\u00fd v\u00edkend na chatu\u00a0 a mali od hub\u00e1r\u010denia sv\u00e4t\u00fd pokoj.<br \/>\nV Jihlave\u00a0 si DM splnil ob\u010diansku povinnos\u0165 a i\u0161iel zavoli\u0165, ja\u00a0 som si u\u017eila e\u0161te posledn\u00fa tohtoro\u010dn\u00fa n\u00e1dhern\u00fa okrouhlick\u00fa jese\u0148 a ma\u010dky za\u017eili poriadny no\u010dn\u00fd lov v divo\u010dine \ud83d\ude42 .<br \/>\nBolo tam &#8230;&#8230;n\u00e1dherne&#8230;neviem ako inak to op\u00edsa\u0165 a ja som \u00faplne vypla mozog od starost\u00ed.<br \/>\nRodina sa miesto v\u00a0 byte u Mojej Dobrej Svokry sch\u00e1dzala na chate, Dobr\u00e1 Teta Pavla mi priniesla obrovsk\u00fa z\u00e1sobu su\u0161en\u00fdch h\u00fab, \u013dubom\u00edr v\u00edno a zmrzlinu a Dobr\u00e1 Svokra n\u00e1m uvarila fantastick\u00e9 zemiakov\u00e9 gu\u013eky v kyslej kapuste a svie\u010dkov\u00fa.<br \/>\nDM i\u0161iel e\u0161te na posledn\u00e9 huby a priniesol ich ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148. Tie posledn\u00e9, noc pred odchodom som u\u017e nevarila, tak som ich len nahrubo podusila..bez soli, bez vody, bez cibule a v poh\u00e1roch som si ich priniesla do Mn\u00edchova a i\u0161li hne\u010f\u00a0 v \u0161katu\u013eke do mrazni\u010dky.<br \/>\nTento recept na jesenn\u00fd pek\u00e1\u010d som na\u0161la u Dobrej \u010ceskej \u0160vagrinej v \u010dasopise Apetito. Aj ona sa na\u0148 chyst\u00e1, ale zo su\u0161en\u00fdch h\u00fab, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa pou\u017eit\u00e9 v p\u00f4vodnom recepte. Ja som v \u0148om urobila zmeny pod\u013ea mojich chut\u00ed&#8230;.a preto mi aj nenorm\u00e1lne toto jedlo chutilo. Zemiaky zlejeme a zatia\u013e odlo\u017e\u00edme bokom.<br \/>\nR\u00faru zapneme na pln\u00fd v\u00fdkon.<\/p>\n<p>Prsia nakr\u00e1jame na vhodn\u00e9 k\u00fasky, cibu\u013eu o\u0161\u00fapeme a nakr\u00e1jame na tenk\u00e9 rebr\u00e1.<br \/>\nAk pou\u017eijete \u010derstv\u00e9 huby, tak ich o\u010dist\u00edme, pokr\u00e1jame na k\u00fasky. Ak pou\u017eijete su\u0161en\u00e9 huby, Tak ich zalejte vriacou vodou.<br \/>\n\u010cerstv\u00e9 huby na troche tuku podus\u00edme, nemusia by\u0165 \u00faplne do m\u00e4kka. Huby nech\u00e1me vychladn\u00fa\u0165.<br \/>\nDo misy vlo\u017e\u00edme kuracie k\u00fasky, prid\u00e1me koreniny a m\u00faku.
