Vyberieme, nech\u00e1me odtiec\u0165 a\u00a0 hrn\u010dek vody zachyt\u00edme. Rezance odlo\u017e\u00edme bokom.<br \/>\nMrkvu, cesnak, a papriku o\u010dist\u00edme. Mrkvu nare\u017eeme na \u00fazke z\u00e1palkov\u00e9 hranol\u010deky, papriku na pr\u00fa\u017eky. Cesnak napl\u00e1tkujeme.<br \/>\n\u010eumbier o\u010dist\u00edme hranou ly\u017ei\u010dky a nasek\u00e1me na mal\u00e9 koc\u00f4\u010dky.<br \/>\nKuracie prsia nakr\u00e1jame na 1 hlt.<\/p>\n<p>Vo ve\u013ekom woku, alebo podobnej n\u00e1dobe s hrub\u00fdm dnom, rozohrejeme 5 PL oleja.<br \/>\nPrid\u00e1me kuracie prsia a opek\u00e1me ich zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch str\u00e1n 6 min\u00fat.<br \/>\nPrid\u00e1me napl\u00e1tkovan\u00fd cesnak, mrkvu a papriku. Nech\u00e1me ich opeka\u0165 z jednej strany dve min\u00faty.
