Ona je kuch\u00e1rka skvel\u00e1, ale v\u0161etky knedlov\u00e9 pr\u00edlohy rob\u00ed z pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9ho polotovaru&#8230;.a n\u00e1m to v\u00f4bec, ale v\u00f4bec nevad\u00ed.<br \/>\nDobr\u00fd Man\u017eel odmieta jes\u0165 na\u0161e paren\u00e9 kysnut\u00e9 knedle, ale\u017ee \u00faplne. Jemu vadia dro\u017e\u010fov\u00e9 knedle! No a ja som sa tie, pomocou pr\u00e1\u0161ku do pe\u010denia nenau\u010dila robi\u0165. A tak aj ja\u00a0 kupujem\u00a0 ten sypk\u00fd polotovar na v\u00fdrobu knedl\u00ed .<\/p>\n<p>Tu pre poriadok mus\u00edm uvies\u0165, \u017ee na rozdiel\u00a0 od mojich krajanov, ktor\u00ed z Nemecka vozia od pr\u00e1\u0161kov na pranie a drogistick\u00fd tovar , a neviem \u010do v\u0161etko vlastne, lebo je je &#8222;lep\u0161ie a lacnej\u0161ie&#8220;,\u00a0 ja to rob\u00edm naopak (<a href=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/?p=7047\" target=\"_blank\">okrem opisovan\u00e9ho ma\u010dacieho jedla, teraz\u00a0 ho vezieme na Slovensko pln\u00fd kufor)<\/a>. Zo Slovenska si voz\u00edm pln\u00fd kufor knedl\u00ed\u00a0 v pr\u00e1\u0161ku, m\u00faku, lieky a vitam\u00edny,\u00a0 hermel\u00edny,\u00a0 krem\u017esk\u00fa hor\u010dicu, sal\u00e1mu Vyso\u010dinu a roztierate\u013en\u00e9 ochuten\u00e9 taven\u00e9 syry.<\/p>\n<p>\u010co sa t\u00fdka pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00fdch zemiakov\u00fdch knedl\u00ed, tak tie m\u00e1m, na rozdiel od t\u00fdch , kysnut\u00fdch , len jeden s\u00e1\u010dok &#8222;do foroty&#8220;. Tie si robievam zo \u017eiv\u00fdch nemeck\u00fdch zemiakov.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00f4bec nech\u00e1pem, ako som mohla jed\u00e1va\u0165 k pe\u010denej husacine, alebo ka\u010dke, alebo k moravsk\u00e9mu vrabcovi, kysnut\u00fa kned\u013eu. Tie zemiakov\u00e9 dop\u013a\u0148aj\u00fa tieto bo\u017esk\u00e9 pokrmy dokonale.<br \/>\nNa Prv\u00fd sviatok viano\u010dn\u00fd sa z\u00edde v\u017edy cel\u00e1 na\u0161a sel\u010dianska rodina pri pe\u010den\u00fdch ka\u010dk\u00e1ch. Pred p\u00e1r rokmi som prepa\u0161ovala k pariacim nad\u00fdchan\u00fdm knedliam aj zemiakov\u00e9&#8230;.okrem Dobr\u00e9ho Brata sa nikto nechytil, dokonca ani tatko, ktor\u00fd je experiment\u00e1tor. Jedol ich DM, DB a ja. Tu mus\u00edm doplni\u0165, \u017ee sa nechytili ani lok\u0161e k pe\u010den\u00fdm husiam. Tie ale jed\u00e1va Dobr\u00fd Za\u0165.<br \/>\nZemiakov\u00e9 knedle robievam r\u00f4zne, ke\u010f do cesta primie\u0161am r\u00f4zne bylinky, alebo su\u0161en\u00fa cibu\u013eu, tak nemus\u00edm ma\u0165 ani m\u00e4so, sta\u010d\u00ed mi ich trochu nie\u010d\u00edm omasti\u0165, alebo s trochou v\u00fdpeku, alebo \u0161pen\u00e1tu.<br \/>\nTieto\u00a0 s\u00fa s pra\u017eenou str\u00fahankou, pre DM to bolo ako h\u00e1dza\u0165 perly sviniam, nie\u017eeby to neocenil, alebo mu nechutili, ale v kombin\u00e1cii s pe\u010den\u00fdm v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm m\u00e4som a dusenou \u010dervenou kapustou mu ten efekt nebol potrebn\u00fd.<br \/>\nJa ich oce\u0148ujem zato nenorm\u00e1lnym sp\u00f4sobom. Na Slovensku som u\u017e p\u00e1rkr\u00e1t k\u00fapila tak jemn\u00fa str\u00fahanku,\u00a0 ktor\u00e1 bola pomlet\u00e1 ako m\u00faka. V Mn\u00edchove kupujem str\u00fahanku, ktor\u00e1 je hrub\u0161ia a ke\u010f si ju rob\u00edm doma, tak je tak akur\u00e1t. V ceste nezanech\u00e1vajte mali\u010dk\u00e9 nepostr\u00fahane k\u00fasky zemiakov.<br \/>\nPrid\u00e1me vajce, so\u013e, krupi\u010dku a m\u00faku, plus \u0161krob.<br \/>\nR\u00fdchle vypracujeme cesto. Pracujeme\u00a0 naozaj kr\u00e1tko a r\u00fdchle. Zemiakov\u00e9 cesto redne a museli by ste pri dlhom miesen\u00ed, prid\u00e1va\u0165 neust\u00e1le m\u00faku a nakoniec by ste mali knedle v\u00e1\u017ene nechutn\u00e9 a tvrd\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Vypracovan\u00e9 cesto rozdel\u00edme na \u0161tyri rovnak\u00e9 \u010dasti.<br \/>\nPapier na pe\u010denie posypeme m\u00fakou a rozlo\u017e\u00edme na\u0148 prv\u00fa gu\u013eu, pribli\u017ene do tvaru obd\u013a\u017enika\u00a0 pod\u013ea m\u00f4jho pribli\u017en\u00e9ho odhadu na 20 x 10. Je to len m\u00f4j odhad, nemerala som to presne.<br \/>\nPosypeme povrch \u0161tvrtinou str\u00fahanky, zatla\u010d\u00edme ju do dla\u0148ou do cesta a prid\u00e1me \u0161tvrtinu nasekanej petr\u017elenovej v\u0148atky.<\/p>\n<p>Cesto pomocou papiera zarolujeme. Spoj prstami poriadne pozaliepame a uzatvor\u00edme aj konce.<br \/>\nStl\u00e1\u010dan\u00edm a \u0165apkan\u00edm vytvor\u00edme \u0161i\u0161ku.\u00a0 Sna\u017e\u00edme sa aby sa cesto vo vn\u00fatri rol\u00e1dy spojilo. T\u00e1 rol\u00e1da\u00a0 by sa mala skr\u00e1tit a stu\u010dnie\u0165. Nebojte sa s t\u00fdm pracova\u0165 ako s plastel\u00ednou.<br \/>\n\u0160i\u0161ku zabal\u00edme do potravinovej f\u00f3lie.
