Bez robota, ru\u010dne. Pri t\u00fdch kvant\u00e1ch franc\u00fazskych a oby\u010dajn\u00fdch kreme\u0161iek, \u010do napiekla, sa teda namiesila a nava\u013ekala, to V\u00e1m poviem. Vlastn\u00e9 l\u00edstkov\u00e9 cesto sa zd\u00e1, \u017ee je brnka\u010dka, ale v\u00e1\u017ene nie je.<br \/>\nKe\u010f sme jedli tak\u00fdto dom\u00e1ci kr\u00e9me\u0161, tam sa n\u00e1m vyslovene odde\u013eovali jednotliv\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky cesta od seba, tenk\u00e9 ako papier, poukladan\u00e9 jedno na druhom<br \/>\nJa sa v\u00f4bec ne\u010dudujem, \u017ee po \u010dase za\u010dala piec\u0165 kreme\u0161ku medov\u00fa a prizn\u00e1m sa, \u017ee t\u00e1 bola v rodine ob\u013e\u00fabenej\u0161ia. Do k\u00fasku medov\u00e9ho kr\u00e9me\u0161a sme zaborili vidli\u010dku a jedn\u00fdm \u0165ahom odrezali z nej k\u00fasok, od vrchu a\u017e po spodok, \u010do pri takej franc\u00fazskej, alebo oby\u010dajnej nebolo celkom mo\u017en\u00e9. To l\u00edstkov\u00e9 cesto l\u00edstkovalo na ka\u017ed\u00fa stranu a nech\u00e1valo po sebe bordel. Jedna mimi\u010dkina kolegy\u0148a to vyrie\u0161ila fajne zato. Ona si na spodok tanierika v\u017edy uliala jednu, alebo dve ly\u017eice rumu. To sa jej pekne pozliepalo a mala e\u0161te aj rumov\u00fa chu\u0165\u2026..pri vanilkov\u00fdch kr\u00e9moch fantastick\u00e1 kombin\u00e1cia, to mus\u00edte uzna\u0165.<br \/>\nAko mlad\u00e1, som si v\u00f4bec nedok\u00e1zala predstavi\u0165, \u017ee budem niekedy piec\u0165 kr\u00e9me\u0161e alebo \u0161tr\u00fadle . Poprv\u00e9 som netu\u0161ila, ako si ten recept zapam\u00e4t\u00e1m, a\u00a0 podruh\u00e9 som si nevedela predstavi\u0165, ako to budem va\u013eka\u0165. Teraz je to fajn, m\u00e1m ka\u017ed\u00fd recept na sieti, v pr\u00edpade potreby.<br \/>\nOb\u010das ma m\u00e1taj\u00fa tak\u00e9 my\u0161lienky, \u017ee glob\u00e1lna sie\u0165 padne, nebude elektrina, alebo tak\u00e9to katastrofick\u00e9 v\u00edzie, to e\u0161te len bude. Ako ja urob\u00edm par\u00ed\u017esku tortu, alebo ako urob\u00edm k\u00e1vov\u00e9 zrn\u00e1, robi\u0165 ich viem, ale z hlavy recept nie.<br \/>\nMami\u010dka to bola in\u00e1 k\u00e1va, t\u00e1 vo svojej vrcholnej kond\u00edcii nie\u017ee vedela v\u0161etko z hlavy, ale ani nev\u00e1\u017eila, sypala v\u0161etko od oka. Raz ke\u010f sme spolu piekli na objedn\u00e1vku, na nejak\u00fa udalos\u0165, tak som to chcela presk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165 a \u010do nasypala, to som prev\u00e1\u017eila. Ke\u010f mi povedala, \u017ee je tam 300 gramov mlet\u00fdch orechov, tak tam bolo 300 gramov mlet\u00fdch orechov. Ke\u010f povedala, \u017ee je tam 80 gramov kakaa, tak tam to\u013eko bolo . A to sa t\u00fdkalo aj cukru a aj m\u00faky, skr\u00e1tka hoci\u010doho. Ob\u010das vytiahla svoju star\u00fa \u201ckuch\u00e1rsku p\u00edsanku\u201d, aby sa uistila, \u017ee do lond\u00fdnskych rezov ide toto a nie tamto.<br \/>\nKe\u010f som vo filme Skrotenie zl\u00e9ho mu\u017ea z roku p\u00e1na \u010faleko \u010faleko pred internetom, videla na\u0161u hlavn\u00fa hrdinku, ako va\u013ek\u00e1 cesto na \u0161tr\u00fadlu, f\u00ednskemu tr\u00e9nerovi, kdesi v Kanade, mala som dos\u0165. Zahustila som ho pudingov\u00fdm pr\u00e1\u0161kom. Cukor si upravte pod\u013ea svojej chuti.<br \/>\nMaslo roztop\u00edme.<\/p>\n<p>Prv\u00fd pl\u00e1t cesta rozbal\u00edme a rozre\u017eeme na tri , rovnako \u0161irok\u00e9 p\u00e1sy.<br \/>\nPrv\u00fd potrieme roztopen\u00fdm maslom a polo\u017e\u00edme na\u0148 druh\u00fd a ten tie\u017e potrieme maslom. Nakoniec pr\u00edde tret\u00ed p\u00e1s.<br \/>\nNaskladan\u00fd p\u00e1s zrolujeme do rol\u00e1dy.<br \/>\nTakto postupujeme aj pri druhom pl\u00e1te cesta<br \/>\nObidve rol\u00e1dy, nech\u00e1me hrub\u00fdch koliesok, to ist\u00e9 aj pri druhej rol\u00e1de.<br \/>\nKa\u017ed\u00e9 koliesko chyt\u00edme, stri\u010d\u00edme do neho dva palce a tvarujeme ko\u0161\u00ed\u010dek, respekt\u00edve korn\u00fatok<br \/>\nSna\u017eme sa ho \u0165aha\u0165 dohora a nie do \u0161iroka.<br \/>\nModelujeme tak ako s plastel\u00ednou.<\/p>\n<p>Do korn\u00fatka d\u00e1me ly\u017ei\u010dku ochuten\u00e9ho tvarohu a ly\u017ei\u010dku d\u017eemu. \u010co sa t\u00fdka d\u017eemu, tak ak nem\u00e1te chu\u0165 na pomaran\u010dov\u00fd, sk\u00faste nejak\u00fd pikantn\u00fd.<br
