Ten mi z\u00e1klad cesta urobil a ja som po preklopen\u00ed na dosku, len p\u00e1r \u0165ahmi ru\u010dne dala cesto dokopy.<br \/>\nMajte na pam\u00e4t\u00ed, \u017ee pri krehk\u00fdch cest\u00e1ch, je najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ia r\u00fdchlos\u0165 a \u00faspornos\u0165. \u017diadne dlh\u00e9 a d\u00f4kladne miesenie, inak cesto &#8222;ztrhnete&#8220; a u\u017e ho budete va\u013eka\u0165 s ve\u013ek\u00fdmi probl\u00e9mami.<br \/>\nCesto zabal\u00edme do f\u00f3lie a nech\u00e1me v chlade minim\u00e1lne pol hodinu.<\/p>\n<p>Priprav\u00edme si n\u00e1pl\u0148.<br \/>\nK pomlet\u00fdm orechom prid\u00e1me dve bielka, pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00fd cukor a rum. Pokia\u013e nechcete da\u0165 rum, m\u00f4\u017eete pou\u017ei\u0165 vanilkov\u00fa pr\u00edchu\u0165&#8230;tie s\u00fa r\u00f4zne. Ja m\u00e1m privezen\u00fa z Karibiku\u00a0 a prid\u00e1vam ju po kvapk\u00e1ch, ria\u010fte sa svojou chu\u0165ou. Cesto by malo by\u0165 \u0165ak 3 mm hrub\u00e9. Ja som ten kruh aj zmerala\u00a0 a vy\u0161lo mi, \u017ee som mal priemer cca 24 cm.<br \/>\nKruh predel\u00edme na dve rovnak\u00e9 \u010dasti a ka\u017ed\u00fa polovicu na tri trojuholn\u00edky. Moja plynov\u00e1 r\u00fara ich piekla asi 25 min\u00fat, ale elektrick\u00e1 ich bude piec\u0165 asi inak. Str\u00e1\u017ete si pe\u010denie pod\u013ea svojej r\u00fary. Cuketka napr\u00edklad uv\u00e1dzal 15 min\u00fat, ale ja som ich mala e\u0161te po tej dobe, vyslovene nedope\u010den\u00e9.<br \/>\nHne\u010f ako ro\u017eteky vytiahneme z r\u00fary, e\u0161te tak\u00e9 hor\u00face potrieme zmesou mlieka a rumu.
