M\u00e1me\u00a0 ve\u013ek\u00fd sklen\u00edk, kde vtedy\u00a0 r\u00e1stli papriky a na poli,\u00a0 ak nebolo vysaden\u00fdch 60 kore\u0148ov paradajok, tak sa to mami\u010dke ani ner\u00e1talo.<br \/>\nAko rodina sme boli sebesta\u010dn\u00fd so zemiakmi, cibu\u013eou, cesnakom, fazu\u013eou, kaler\u00e1bom,\u00a0 zelerom zvy\u010dajne \u00faplne a\u017e do jari.<br \/>\nZemiaky trvali a\u017e do prv\u00fdch nov\u00fdch.\u00a0 Mrkvu\u00a0 a petr\u017elen sme nech\u00e1vali\u00a0 na zimu v piesku v pivnici\u00a0 , ale tie sme u\u017e na jar tie\u017e dokupovali.<br \/>\nRepa sa pestovala pre sliepky, kvaka do fazule.\u00a0 Tekvica, nesk\u00f4r aj patiz\u00f3n Sk\u00fa\u0161ali sme raz ru\u017ei\u010dkov\u00fd kel, inokedy norm\u00e1lny kel, zelen\u00fd \u0161al\u00e1t.<br \/>\nZav\u00e1rali sme zo svojej \u00farody\u00a0 le\u010do, zelen\u00fa fazu\u013eku, uhorky, \u010dalam\u00e1du.<br \/>\nA samozrejme \u010dere\u0161ne a jablk\u00e1.\u00a0 A egre\u0161e, ktor\u00e9 nikto nemal r\u00e1d.<br \/>\nA zop\u00e1r rokov sme zakladali v\u00edno z \u010dierneho r\u00edbezlia.<br \/>\nA lekv\u00e1re. R\u00edbezle sme mali svoje a na maliny a \u010dernice sme chodili do\u00a0 b\u00e1nu.\u00a0 Mali sme vlastn\u00fd r\u00edbez\u013eov\u00fd,\u00a0 malinov\u00fd lekv\u00e1r, malinov\u00fd sirup. Bazov\u00fd sirup sme robili\u00a0 z bazov\u00e9ho kvetu, \u010do sme natrhali v Jel\u0161in\u00e1ch pri zemiakovom poli.<br \/>\nJahodov\u00fd komp\u00f3t z vlastnej \u00farody n\u00e1m posielala Dobr\u00e1 Teta Monika .<br \/>\nJa v\u00f4bec nech\u00e1pem, \u017ee sme to st\u00edhali v\u0161etko obr\u00e1ba\u0165.<br \/>\nDoma sme mali v\u0161etko bio, mami\u010dka mala ako 40 ro\u010dn\u00e1 prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t rakovinov\u00fd n\u00e1lez a prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t je zliezli vlasy po chemoterapii. U n\u00e1s sa ni\u010d nemohlo pr\u00e1\u0161kova\u0165, hnojilo sa v\u00e1\u017ene prav\u00fdm hnojom. Ani nejdem p\u00edsa\u0165, ak\u00fdm hnusom sa polievali paradajky.\u00a0 Mandelinky sa zo zemiakov\u00fdch rastl\u00edn\u00a0 zbierali ru\u010dne\u00a0 a ich vaj\u00ed\u010dka sa ru\u010dne pu\u010dili.\u00a0 Na\u0161e ovocn\u00e9 stromy nepoznali postrek, jedin\u00e9 \u010do sa striekalo boli papriky v sklen\u00edku, ale a\u017e potom, ako sme c\u00edtili na ruk\u00e1ch, \u017ee n\u00e1s \u0161teklia mu\u0161ky.<br \/>\nJedl\u00e1 ktor\u00e9 sa u n\u00e1s varili boli skvel\u00e9, v\u00e1\u017ene na to rada spom\u00ednam a mami\u010dkinu kuchy\u0148u som milovala.<br \/>\nTeraz ke\u010f sa na to pozriem sp\u00e4tne, dedina bola vtedy tak\u00e1, \u017ee \u0161al\u00e1ty sa nerobili.<br \/>\nTo\u013eko mo\u017enost\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 sme mali &#8230;.. a ni\u010d.<br \/>\nNepam\u00e4t\u00e1m si ani jedno jedlo, pri ktorom bol \u010derstv\u00fd zeleninov\u00fd \u0161al\u00e1t.\u00a0 Tak v \u017eiadnom pr\u00edpade\u00a0 to nebolo tak, \u017eeby n\u00e1m ich rodi\u010dia nechceli dopria\u0165.\u00a0 Mohli sme si zobra\u0165 a zjes\u0165, \u010do sme chceli. Ale nikto n\u00e1s k tomu neviedol. U n\u00e1s sa jedli komp\u00f3ty.<br \/>\nAk sme chceli papriku, alebo paradajku, alebo uhorku.\u00a0 Skr\u00e1tka \u010doko\u013evek, mohli sme ich ma\u0165 v sez\u00f3ne to\u013eko \u010do len hrdlo r\u00e1\u010di. Pozn\u00e1te die\u0165a, alebo pubertiaka, alebo skor\u00e9ho adolescenta, ktor\u00fd si s\u00e1m ide zobra\u0165 nejak\u00fa zeleninu k rizotu? Ani re\u010fkovky sme nemali&#8230;na poli n\u00e1m ich v\u017edy zlikvidovali mravce a do sklen\u00edka sa nezasadili, ktovie pre\u010do, asi by vytla\u010dili 4 paprikov\u00e9 korene, z ktor\u00fdch sa robilo le\u010do.<br \/>\nHr\u00e1\u0161ok sa sadil, a\u017e ke\u010f sa narodila moja Dobr\u00e1 Cerka. Ke\u010f sme boli na poli , tak sa\u00a0 nimi to\u013eko dok\u0155mila, \u017ee a\u017e.\u00a0 Raz si aj pam\u00e4t\u00e1m, \u017ee sme ho mali zasaden\u00fd, ke\u010f som bola die\u0165a ja, ale i\u0161iel na su\u0161enie, mami\u010dka z neho uvarila hrachov\u00fa polievku.<br \/>\nZo zelen\u00e9ho \u0161al\u00e1tu sa robila len \u0161al\u00e1tov\u00e1 polievka.<br \/>\nKe\u010f sme pretrh\u00e1vali mrkvu, tak tie mlad\u00e9 sladk\u00e9 mrkvi\u010dky sa su\u0161ili a i\u0161li do dom\u00e1cej vegety. Tak ja nem\u00e1m mrkvu rada, ja by som ju aj tak nejedla, ale rozumiete mi \u010do chcem nap\u00edsa\u0165.<br \/>\nKe\u010f som sa rozpr\u00e1vala s mojimi kamar\u00e1tkami, u\u017e ke\u010f som bola dospel\u00e1 , tak u nich to vraj bolo presne to ist\u00e9.<br \/>\nIch mamky tie\u017e neboli nau\u010den\u00e9 jes\u0165 ni\u010d \u010derstv\u00e9, \u0161al\u00e1tov\u00e9, v\u0161etko sa spracov\u00e1valo na zimu a jar.<br \/>\nMoja Stark\u00e1 Betka z Podkon\u00edc. Tak t\u00e1 nejedla absol\u00fatne \u017eiadne ovocie, \u010do mala na z\u00e1hrade. Panovala tak\u00e1 povera, \u017ee do ur\u010dit\u00e9ho \u010dasov\u00e9ho obdobia nemohla zjes\u0165 ani jednu jah\u00f4dku, ani jednu \u010dere\u0161nu, alebo malinu, alebo jablko, ani slivku , preto\u017ee jej umrelo mali\u010dk\u00e9 die\u0165atko. A\u00a0 tak\u00e9to mamky nem\u00f4\u017eu jes\u0165 ovocie, preto\u017ee ich die\u0165atku v nebi Panna M\u00e1ria nem\u00e1 \u010do da\u0165, preto\u017ee na zemi mu v\u0161etko zjedla mamka.<br \/>\nNo hrozn\u00e9.<br \/>\nMoja Dobr\u00e1 \u0160vagrin\u00e1 a Dobr\u00fd Brat s\u00fa u\u017e roky \u0161\u00e9fovia na na\u0161om poli a teraz sa v\u0161etko u\u017e aj za \u010derstva konzumuje.\u00a0 Robievaj\u00fa sa \u0161al\u00e1ty,\u00a0 pestuj\u00fa aj bazalku, aj rukolu a in\u00e9 bylinky.<br \/>\nV sklen\u00edku s\u00fa st\u00e1le papriky, ale s\u00fa tam aj re\u010fkovky, lesn\u00e9 jahody, aby zosladli \u010do najsk\u00f4r, bylinky, \u013eadov\u00fd \u0161al\u00e1t.<br \/>\nA rodi\u010dia to maj\u00fa ve\u013emi radi, som zato ve\u013emi v\u010fa\u010dn\u00e1. Tat\u00edk miluje paradajky, mami\u010dka \u0161al\u00e1ty.<br \/>\nJa im to nevy\u010d\u00edtam, \u017ee to bolo kedysi takto. Obchody neboli tak z\u00e1soben\u00e9 a robili sa skr\u00e1tka z\u00e1soby na \u010das, ke\u010f to u\u017e nebude.<br \/>\nAko p\u00ed\u0161em, teraz v\u0161etko dosta\u0165 v obchodoch a nikomu sa nechce u\u017e to\u013eko pracova\u0165 na poli. Aj to na\u0161e sa zmen\u0161ilo minim\u00e1lne o jednu tretiu a Jel\u0161iny sme vypustili u\u017e pred rokmi rok\u00facimi.\u00a0 Ale ja tak nejako o\u010dak\u00e1vam, \u017ee sa to znovu v\u0161etko vr\u00e1ti. Z nejak\u00e9ho d\u00f4vodu. Bu\u010f z dobr\u00e9ho d\u00f4vodu , alebo z n\u00fadze.<br \/>\nV bud\u00facnosti si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee bude ten \u010dlovek, \u010do vlastn\u00ed dobr\u00fa p\u00f4du,\u00a0 v obrovskej v\u00fdhode, Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed len od \u013eud\u00ed, \u010di to bude nejakou katastrofou, alebo zvy\u0161ovan\u00edm povedomia.<br \/>\nNo pre\u010do som sa tak rozp\u00edsala.<br \/>\nIde pr\u00e1ve o tento recept.<br \/>\nMoja mami\u010dka ke\u010f varila, v\u0161etko muselo by\u0165 \u00faplne m\u00e4kk\u00e9, mrkva bola v\u017edy na blato, z papr\u00edk a paradajok ost\u00e1vali len skr\u00faten\u00e9 \u0161upky, v\u0161etko ostatn\u00e9 bolo rozvaren\u00e9.<br \/>\nKe\u010f som jej hovorila, \u017ee karfiol pred vypr\u00e1\u017ean\u00edm nepredv\u00e1ram, tak ho nechcela ani ochutna\u0165. \u017de to ur\u010dite nebude dobr\u00e9.<br \/>\nKe\u010f\u017ee sme spracov\u00e1vali v\u0161etko do konzerv, flia\u0161, zav\u00e1ran\u00edn, tak v\u0161etko bolo \u00faplne m\u00e4kk\u00e9.<br \/>\nMrkva sa d\u00e1vala len do polievok a do svie\u010dkovej.<br \/>\nTakto na prudko, no neviem skr\u00e1tka toto jedlo by ona nejedla, preto\u017ee by jej pri\u0161lo ako nedovaren\u00e9.<br \/>\nTat\u00edk by zjedol, ale okomentoval by to d\u00f4stojne.<br \/>\nMrkva je al dente a nestratila ni\u010d zo svojej chuti, hr\u00e1\u0161ok taktie\u017e, c\u00edtim chu\u0165 v\u0161etk\u00e9ho a v\u0161etko je jedna symf\u00f3nia.<br \/>\nVlastne som si ist\u00e1, \u017ee toto jedlo by jedla iba moja Dobr\u00e1 Cerka, Dobr\u00e1 Neterka Julka a Dobr\u00e1 \u0160vagrin\u00e1. O niektor\u00fdch \u010dlenoch rodiny m\u00e1m svoje pochybnosti a u niektor\u00fdch m\u00e1m istotu, \u017eeby to nejedli.<br \/>\nA pritom je to b\u00e1je\u010dn\u00e9 jedlo, chut\u00ed \u00faplne fantasticky.<br \/>\nO str\u00e1nkach Tasty si tie\u017e mysl\u00edm svoje.<br \/>\nS\u00fa to americk\u00e9 str\u00e1nky a jedl\u00e1\u00a0 s\u00fa\u00a0 ob\u010das nesmierne prekombinovan\u00e9,\u00a0 s prep\u00e1\u010den\u00edm gebuziny s obrovskou a pritom,\u00a0 \u00faplne zbyto\u010dnou kalorickou hodnotou.<br \/>\nAle ob\u010das Tasty prinesie tak geni\u00e1lny recept, \u017ee sa idem z toho zbl\u00e1zni\u0165. A toto je jeden z nich. S\u00fa to \u0161tyri kombin\u00e1cie s\u00a0 mlet\u00fdm karfiolom\u00a0 pre hydinu, brav\u010dov\u00e9, hov\u00e4dzie a vege.
