Aspo\u0148 k\u00fdm, som tam p\u00f4sobila to tak bolo.<br \/>\nA\u017e teraz, ke\u010f som bola v\u00a0 Jihlave na dlh\u0161\u00ed \u010das, som zisitla, \u017ee je v\u00e1\u017ene d\u00f4le\u017eite uv\u00e1dza\u0165, ktor\u00fd tvaroh pou\u017e\u00edvame. Nenorm\u00e1lne ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo druhov som tam objavila, tie be\u017en\u00e9, ktor\u00e9 dosta\u0165 aj u n\u00e1s na Slovensku, ale aj tak\u00e9, ktor\u00e9 by \u00faplne zmenili recept\u00faru r\u00f4znych n\u00e1pln\u00ed a ciest z ktor\u00fdch pe\u010diem, alebo var\u00edm. A\u00a0 nemysl\u00edm t\u00fdm chu\u0165, ale konzistenciu.<br \/>\nKe\u010f som v Jihlave piekla<a href=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/?p=2087\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> t\u00fato b\u00e1bovku<\/a>, musela som pridat \u0161\u0165avu z cel\u00e9ho ve\u013ek\u00e9ho pomaran\u010da, preto\u017ee, tvaroh, ktor\u00fd som pou\u017eila bol s\u00edce jemn\u00fd a hladk\u00fd, ale bol pr\u00edli\u0161 tuh\u00fd na to, aby mi to cesto dostato\u010dne nariedilo. Keby som piekla<a href=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/?p=4971\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> tieto kol\u00e1\u010de<\/a> a pou\u017eila tvaroh, ktor\u00fd som pou\u017eila teraz, tak to maslo by tam bolo \u00faplne zbyto\u010dn\u00e9, ale ten slovensk\u00fd som tak robi\u0165 musela.<br \/>\nSkr\u00e1tka pri roben\u00ed tvarohovej n\u00e1plne sa mus\u00edme riadi\u0165 intu\u00edciou.<br \/>\nNa vrchn\u00e9 n\u00e1plne pou\u017e\u00edvam hladk\u00e9 a plnotu\u010dn\u00e9, do nemeck\u00e9ho tvarohu mus\u00edm pou\u017ei\u0165 ove\u013ea v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie mno\u017estvo \u0161krobu, ako pri t\u00fdch na\u0161ich. Je trochu\u00a0 red\u0161\u00ed. Dochucujem bu\u010f str\u00fahanou k\u00f4rou , alebo vanilkov\u00fdm extraktom.<br \/>\nDo buchiet pou\u017eijem treb\u00e1rs aj jemne hrudkovit\u00fd, ale tam prid\u00e1vam aj \u017e\u013atok a dochucujem pomaran\u010dovou, alebo citr\u00f3novou \u0161\u0165avou.<br \/>\nMaslo prid\u00e1vam do tvarohu vtedy, ke\u010f sa mi zd\u00e1, \u017ee tvaroh je such\u0161\u00ed a drobiv\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>In\u0161pir\u00e1ciu na tieto kol\u00e1\u010de som na\u0161la na internete a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mamincinyrecepty.cz\/mazance-zaviny-buchty\/zamotane-kolace\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zdroj je vraj odtia\u013eto<\/a>, dos\u0165 na tom, cesto aj n\u00e1pl\u0148 s\u00fa moje. Ve\u013emi sa mi p\u00e1\u010di ich v\u00fdroba, ve\u013emi \u0161ikovn\u00fd a r\u00fdchl\u00fd sp\u00f4sob. Nech\u00e1me bohato napeni\u0165.<br \/>\nCesto som dala vypracova\u0165 a vykysn\u00fa\u0165 pek\u00e1rni.<br \/>\nDo n\u00e1doby na mie\u0161anie d\u00e1me roztopen\u00e9 maslo, dve (alebo 3) \u017e\u013atka, vylejeme vodu z kv\u00e1skom a prid\u00e1me skypren\u00fa m\u00faku.<br \/>\nDo m\u00faky d\u00e1me pol ly\u017ei\u010dky soli.<br \/>\nZapneme program &#8222;cesto&#8220; a nech\u00e1me vypracova\u0165 hmotu. Ak je cesto pr\u00edli\u0161 tuh\u00e9, prid\u00e1me primeran\u00e9 mno\u017estvo teplej vody. Ak je naopak pr\u00edli\u0161 riedke prisypeme m\u00faku. Oby\u010dajne sa jedn\u00e1 o ly\u017eicov\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00e1.<br \/>\nAk pek\u00e1re\u0148 nem\u00e1me, spracujeme cesto ru\u010dne. Pri ru\u010dnom spracovan\u00ed m\u00e1vam sk\u00fasenos\u0165, \u017ee tej tekutiny treba o nie\u010do viac.<br \/>\nCesto nech\u00e1me vykysn\u00fa\u0165.<br \/>\nPriprav\u00edme si n\u00e1pl\u0148.<br \/>\nDo tvarohu nastr\u00fahame citr\u00f3nov\u00fa k\u00f4ru z umyt\u00e9ho plodu. Prid\u00e1me cukor a p\u00e1r kvapiek vanilkov\u00e9ho extraktu.<br \/>\nNakoniec d\u00e1me pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00fd cukor a \u0161krob.
