V jednej trvale \u017eije Deda Old\u0159ich a jeho man\u017eelka Vilma. A v druhej \u017eila jeho star\u0161ia sestra, na\u0161a Dobr\u00e1 Babi\u010dka. Babi\u010dka si u\u017e , bohu\u017eia\u013e, spieva pri nebeskom t\u00e1bor\u00e1ku a ako n\u00e1\u0161 anjelik d\u00e1va pozor, aby sme sa v lese nestratili.<br \/>\nOld\u0159ich s Vilmou o\u010dividne o\u017eili, ke\u010f sme na chate pobudli t\u00fdch p\u00e1r mesiacov. Ani sa nediv\u00edm, \u017eij\u00fa tam celoro\u010dne a ich spolo\u010densk\u00fd \u017eivot skon\u010dil niekedy pred 20 rokmi. Pracovn\u00fd ten nie, aj pri svojich \u00f4smich kr\u00ed\u017eikoch, s\u00fa si absol\u00fatne sebesta\u010dn\u00fd a len pri t\u00fdch naozaj zlo\u017eit\u00fdch veciach, ako je opravi\u0165 a nastavi\u0165 vodn\u00e9 \u010derpadlo, alebo obmurova\u0165 kom\u00edn, tak pr\u00edde jeho syn Martin, ktor\u00fd takto chatuje v Jizersk\u00fdch hor\u00e1ch.<br \/>\nOld\u0155ich ma nau\u010dil ako sa nakupuje v akci\u00e1ch. Ja som dovtedy v\u017edy s preh\u013eadom ignorovala akciov\u00e9 let\u00e1ky supermarketov. Ke\u010f som nie\u010do potrebovala , tak som i\u0161la a k\u00fapila si to, bez oh\u013eadu, ko\u013eko to stoj\u00ed. Dobr\u00fd Man\u017eel, po vzore M\u00f4jho Dobr\u00e9ho Za\u0165a, k\u00fapil to \u010do bolo na cenovke v \u010dervenom,\u00a0 ale to boli v\u017edy len n\u00e1hodn\u00e9 n\u00e1kupy.<br \/>\nNa chate sme takto zistili, ak\u00e9 s\u00fa skvel\u00e9 Zlat\u00e9 ovsen\u00e9 Op\u00e1via keksy s kokosom, alebo jablkami. Dorka s kamar\u00e1tkami mali neskuto\u010dn\u00fa spotrebu sladkost\u00ed a ke\u010f som nap\u00edsala na n\u00e1kupn\u00fd zoznam &#8222;sladkosti pre deti\u010dky&#8220;, tak DM kupoval tie s \u010derven\u00fdmi cenovkami a takto raz priniesol pr\u00e1ve tieto ovsen\u00e9. S\u00fa absol\u00fatne \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9 a odpustili sme im, \u017ee maj\u00fa v sebe palmov\u00fd olej.<br \/>\nOld\u0159ich v ur\u010dit\u00e9 dni vystriehol DM, ke\u010f odch\u00e1dzal do Jihlavy do pr\u00e1ce (aby bolo jasn\u00e9, pr\u00e1ca DM bola izbi\u010dka v jihlavskom byte Mojej Dobrej Svokry, kde si zriadil office), a nak\u00e1zal mu aby priniesol akciov\u00fd let\u00e1k xy supermarketu. DM pri schr\u00e1nkach v\u017edy zhrabol \u010do tam v\u0161etko bolo a Old\u0159ich s roz\u017eiaren\u00fdmi o\u010dami si to prevzal.\u00a0 Raz ke\u010f som sedela u nich na k\u00e1vi\u010dke, tak si p\u00edsal n\u00e1kupn\u00fd zoznam a tam \u010d\u00edtam 3 kilo krkovi\u010dky. No ne\u0161la som to pochopi\u0165, \u010di oni zjedia to\u013eko krkovi\u010dky. A potom mi to uk\u00e1zal. Krkovi\u010dka stoj\u00ed oby\u010dajne 160 \u010desk\u00fdch kor\u00fan a teraz v akcii st\u00e1la 79. Brav\u010dov\u00e1 panenka st\u00e1la 160 kor\u00fan a p\u00f4vodne stoj\u00ed tristo aj nie\u010do, u\u017e som zabudla ko\u013eko. No ohromn\u00e1 z\u00e1bava prech\u00e1dza\u0165 akciov\u00e9 let\u00e1ky.<br \/>\nRaz bolo v akcii maslo,st\u00e1lo 30 \u010desk\u00fdch kor\u00fan, \u010do je 1,20 eur. Takto lacn\u00e9 maslo som nek\u00fapila u\u017e asi 3 roky. Pr\u00e1ve v\u010dera som kupovala v mn\u00edchovskej Edeke najlacnej\u0161ie maslo za 1,90 eur.<br \/>\nDM mi priniesol dve kil\u00e1 masla a Old\u0159ich sa tomu stra\u0161ne smial. \u017de \u010do budeme robi\u0165 s to\u013ek\u00fdm maslom.<br \/>\nTak som mu to vysvetlila.<br \/>\nJeden kol\u00e1\u010d = jedno maslo.<br \/>\nA piekla som dva a\u017e trikr\u00e1t do t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a.<br \/>\nJasne \u017ee nie v\u017edy som minula jedno maslo na jeden kol\u00e1\u010d, to zas nie, ale dovol\u00edm si tvrdi\u0165, \u017ee za t\u00fdch 100 dn\u00ed som s preh\u013eadom minula desa\u0165 k\u00edl masla.<br \/>\nA smiech ho pre\u0161iel.<br \/>\nTento kol\u00e1\u010d vol\u00e1 moja mami\u010dka miesen\u00fd. Krehk\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d je vraj nie\u010do in\u00e9. Tak\u017ee ho vol\u00e1m miesen\u00fd aj ja.<br \/>\nDoteraz som ho nerobievala, ale na chate, kde sa spotreb\u00fava v\u0161etko \u010do je, tak som ho veru piec\u0165 za\u010dala. \u010co s t\u00fdmi jablkami v\u0161ak\u00e1no. A ne\u013eutujem. Miesen\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d pripom\u00edna v\u017edy detstvo. Robili ho prababky, babky. Jablk\u00e1 za\u010dn\u00fa p\u00fa\u0161\u0165a\u0165 \u0161\u0165avu a cukor sa rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a\u0165. Jablk\u00e1 dus\u00edme, k\u00fdm nezm\u00e4kn\u00fa, nato\u013eko, aby sa dali d\u00f4kladne rozpu\u010di\u0165 a k\u00fdm sa nevypar\u00ed prebytok \u0161\u0165avy. V\u0161etko zmiesime a vypracujeme hladk\u00e9 cesto.<br \/>\nZabal\u00edme ho do f\u00f3lie a odlo\u017e\u00edme na chladn\u00e9 miesto aspo\u0148 na polhodinku.<br \/>\nCesto rozdel\u00edme na dve \u010dasti.<br \/>\n\u010co sa t\u00fdka ve\u013ekosti plechu. Ke\u010f som robila po prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t tak som pou\u017eila\u00a0 plech ve\u013ek\u00fd 33x 27 a kol\u00e1\u010d bol pr\u00edli\u0161 n\u00edzky. Pou\u017eila som teda men\u0161\u00ed, ale keby som mala e\u0161te men\u0161\u00ed o dva centimetre na ka\u017edom kraji, tak by to bolo ide\u00e1lne. Potom ma napadlo, \u017ee ve\u013ekos\u0165 som mohla korigova\u0165, ve\u013ekos\u0165ou papiera na pe\u010denie, ale tak\u00e9to veci V\u00e1s napadn\u00fa a\u017e nesk\u00f4r.<br \/>\nPod\u013ea plechu vystrihneme papier na pe\u010denie a cesto va\u013ek\u00e1me priamo na \u0148om, k\u013eudne podsyp\u00e1vajte pritom m\u00fakou, alebo to cesto va\u013ekajte medzi dvoma papiermi na pe\u010denie.<br \/>\nNesporn\u00e1 v\u00fdhoda va\u013ekania na papieri je v tom, \u017ee ho prenesiete raz dva. Mne teda veta z podobn\u00fdch rcp &#8220; cesto prenesieme pomocou val\u010deka &#8220; pr\u00edde jednoduch\u00e9 nap\u00edsa\u0165, ale \u0165a\u017eko uskuto\u010dni\u0165.
