Izrael \u0161ak\u0161uku nesmierne spopularizoval a tak nejako sa ujalo, \u017ee je to jedlo izraelsk\u00e9.\u00a0 Ale to s\u00fa len tak\u00e9 tan\u010deky o p\u00f4vode jedla.<br \/>\nJe zauj\u00edmav\u00e9 sledova\u0165, \u017ee mnoh\u00e9 recepty, ak sa aj ozna\u010duj\u00fa za poch\u00e1dzaj\u00face z takej a z onakej krajiny, maj\u00fa svoje mnoh\u00e9 varianty po celom svete, a mnoh\u00e9 n\u00e1rodnosti ani netu\u0161ia, \u017ee toto \u010do oni jedia veky vek\u00face, vlastne nie je ich, ale nejak\u00fdch arabov.<br \/>\nTak m\u00e1lo tomuto jedlu ch\u00fdba, aby sa stalo na\u0161im \u00faplne oby\u010dajn\u00fdm le\u010dom.<br \/>\nNo, ale le\u010do to skr\u00e1tka nie je.<br \/>\nKoreniny a technol\u00f3gia urobili z toho nie\u010do in\u00e9.<br \/>\nA mus\u00edm poveda\u0165 , \u017ee jedlo \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9.<br \/>\nTak dlho som ho mala odlo\u017een\u00e9 na vysk\u00fa\u0161anie a nejako som ho ne\u0161la urobi\u0165.<br \/>\nKe\u010f sme vlani b\u00fdvali na Okrouhl\u00edku, tak mi \u010dasto pani Milu\u0161ka z chaty na pro\u0165aj\u0161om brehu rybn\u00edka, posielala paradajky.<br \/>\nVlani bola nad\u00faroda v\u0161etk\u00e9ho, paradajok nevyn\u00edmaj\u00fac a Milu\u0161ka u\u017e nevedela, \u010do s nimi. A tak mi okrem svojich dvoch vnu\u010diek, posielala v\u0161eli\u010do.<br \/>\nRaz jablkov\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d, raz keks\u00edky a ke\u010f jej Maru\u0161ka s Terkou povedali, \u017ee pe\u010diem aj ja a kv\u00f4li \u010fal\u0161ej Dorkinej kamar\u00e1tke Zitu\u0161ke, m\u00e1me bohat\u00e9 z\u00e1soby sladkost\u00ed a zmrzl\u00edn, Milu\u0161ka celkom bezradn\u00e1 mi poslala paradajky.<br \/>\nParadajky presne tak\u00e9 ako sme kedysi pestovali u n\u00e1s v Selciach na poli. Ve\u013ek\u00e9, m\u00e4kk\u00e9,\u00a0 tepl\u00e9 od slnka, vo\u0148av\u00e9 a akosi nevhodn\u00e9 na jedenie. Tak som urobila najprv le\u010do, potom paradajkov\u00fa om\u00e1\u010dku a ke\u010f som h\u013eadala nie\u010do nov\u00e9, tak ma napadla \u0161ak\u0161uka. No doh\u013eadala som sa ju, k\u00fdm som na\u0161la presne t\u00fa \u010do som chcela vysk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165.<br \/>\nVariant je mnoho a konkr\u00e9tne t\u00e1, \u010do som chcela bola niekde v hlbin\u00e1ch mojich s\u00faborov.<br \/>\nNenorm\u00e1lne dobre sme si pochutili. A v\u00f4bec to nechutilo ako le\u010do a v\u00e1\u017ene to bolo skvel\u00e9.<br \/>\nVraj je to ra\u0148ajkov\u00e9 jedlo. Nepam\u00e4t\u00e1m si kedy sme to jedli my, ale ra\u0148ajky to ur\u010dite neboli, tie paradajky som musela obieli\u0165 a rozvari\u0165 a toto je to posledn\u00e9, \u010do sa mi chce robi\u0165 r\u00e1no.<br \/>\nNeviem kto m\u00e1te ak\u00fa mo\u017enos\u0165, \u010do sa t\u00fdka paradajok, ale h\u00e1dam, \u017ee nie ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 to \u0161\u0165astie, aby si \u0161ak\u0161uku mohol urobi\u0165 z vlastn\u00fdch \u010derstvo natrhan\u00fdch paradajok. Tak jasne \u017ee si m\u00f4\u017eeme urobi\u0165 z t\u00fdch \u010do si vlastnoru\u010dne k\u00fapime v obchode, ale som si ist\u00e1, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd ch\u00e1pe ako to mysl\u00edm.<br \/>\nP\u00f4vodne som chcela , \u017ee urob\u00edm \u0161ak\u0161uku tak\u00fa ako vlani v lete. \u017de si\u00a0 u Turka k\u00fapim \u010derstv\u00e9 paradajky. Papriku zbav\u00edme jadrinca a nakr\u00e1jame na mal\u00e9 kocky.<br \/>\nDo panvice d\u00e1me rozohria\u0165 olej a podus\u00edme na \u0148om nejak\u00fdch 5 min\u00fat cibu\u013eu, aby bola \u0161\u0165avnat\u00e1.<br \/>\nPrid\u00e1me nasekan\u00fa papriku a chilli papri\u010dku.
