Z dochucovadiel pozn\u00e1m u\u017e\u00a0 jedine pr\u00edrodn\u00e9 koreniny a bylinky.\u00a0 Pou\u017e\u00edvam kvalitn\u00e9 panvice a olejom len z\u013eahka vytieram dno.\u00a0 Jednu tretinu taniera tvor\u00ed v\u017edy \u010derstv\u00e1 zelenina . DM dost\u00e1va s obedov\u00fdmi \u0161katu\u013ekami ako ma\u0161krtu, len ovocie.<br \/>\nSladk\u00e9 mu \u00faplne odopiera\u0165 nechcem, tak\u017ee \u00e1no, ob\u010das mu upe\u010diem a uvar\u00edm sladk\u00e9 jedlo. Vlastne u\u017e aj tento blog funguje od roku 2013.<br \/>\nSkr\u00e1tka ke\u010f som za\u010d\u00ednala na soci\u00e1lnych sie\u0165ach s varen\u00edm, tak v tom \u010dase, bol nesmierne popul\u00e1rny tento recept.<br \/>\nKuracie rezne z vykosten\u00fdch a odko\u017een\u00fdch kurac\u00edch p\u0155s, marinovan\u00e9 v ochutenom jogurte a vypr\u00e1\u017ean\u00e9.<br \/>\nJeda moja, to bolo terno.<br \/>\nAj ja som ich p\u00e1rkr\u00e1t urobila a v\u00f4bec si nepam\u00e4t\u00e1m ako n\u00e1m vtedy chutilo.<br \/>\nDM asi pred mesiacom za\u010dal na m\u0148a nen\u00e1padne tla\u010di\u0165, \u010di si to pam\u00e4t\u00e1m a \u017eeby to chcel znovu sk\u00fasi\u0165.<br \/>\nKo\u013ekokr\u00e1t som k\u00fapila biely jogurt, to\u013ekokr\u00e1t sme ho zjedli a nebolo na marin\u00e1du.<br \/>\nKupovala som gr\u00e9cky.<br \/>\nGr\u00e9cky jogurt milujem na moju \u0161kodu, preto\u017ee je tu\u010dnej\u0161\u00ed ako oby\u010dajn\u00fd, ale dovo\u013eujem\u00a0 si tento prepych.<br \/>\nNo a ke\u010f som\u00a0 dokupovala tret\u00edkr\u00e1t aj kuracie prsia, tak som sa k tej tretej sade rozhodla nekupova\u0165 gr\u00e9cky, ale tak\u00fd oby\u010dajn\u00fd.<br \/>\nNo oby\u010dajn\u00fd, bol bio a tu\u010dn\u00fd. \u017diaden \u0161krob, \u017eiadna \u017eelat\u00edna. Norm\u00e1lny pr\u00edrodn\u00fd bio biely hust\u00fd jogurt.<br \/>\nTak\u017ee kone\u010dne do\u0161lo aj na tie rezn\u00edky.<br \/>\nV\u00e1\u017ene s\u00fa tie rezne \u00faplne in\u00e9. S\u00fa krehk\u00e9, m\u00e4kk\u00e9, \u0161\u0165avnat\u00e9\u00a0 a daj\u00fa sa odkrajova\u0165 pokojne ly\u017eicou.<br \/>\nUr\u010dite tento sp\u00f4sob vysk\u00fa\u0161am aj na rez\u0148och z kar\u00e9. Vlastne neviem \u010di ur\u010dite. Kar\u00e9 som naposledy k\u00fapila asi pred desiatimi rokmi, a aj to len preto, \u017ee nemali in\u00e9 m\u00e4so. Neoba\u013eujeme dopredu.<br \/>\nOhromne sme si pochutili. Za studena chutil mo\u017eno e\u0161te lep\u0161ie ako za tepla.<br \/>\n.Ve\u013ek\u00e1 ve\u013ek\u00e1 fajnotka.<br \/>\nTak\u017ee suma sum\u00e1rum.
